My first experience with this company was very good. Then I called them back for another issue. Felt the assessment was very incomplete, was charged $79 for the visit and never received an estimate! When I called, she said the techs phone wasn’t working to send the estimate? They cashed my check anyway- not happy!

If you’re in need of an HVAC company look no further. Jonathan and Sarah at High Efficiency Heating And Cooling are amazing and such a blessing. Can’t say enough great things about their quick response and willingness to come out diagnose, and fix my broken A/C after the first 100 degree day in Phoenix. Highly professional, knowledgeable, exceptional work, prompt, friendly, and most importantly trustworthy. So thankful I was led to this company. Definitely recommend them to anyone with an HVAC need.

Great atmosphere and beautiful architecture

Love Wolff Mechanical. Had some issues installing 2 Nest Thermostats in my house. Nest told me to contact a Nest Pro installation company. I saw that Wolff Mechanical was one. So I set the appointment and am glad that I did.

The technician showed up in the timeframe I was given. Was extremely nice and knowledgable. He knew what the issue was right away, worked quick, fixed the issues, got the system up and running, charged me less than what was anticipated, and then he went on his way.

I've got to tell you, nothing I like more than someone knowing what they are doing, doing it right, and only charging for what was fair - I will always gladly pay for that.

I will be using Wolff Mechanical for all of my heating / air conditioning repairs, tune-ups, etc... in the future. Everyone else would be smart to do the same.

My service technician from Wolff Mechanical was Brandon Dubose. I have used him on multiple occasions and he has always been terrific. He communicates very effectively, is always prompt, and does a great job for us. Most recently, he and his team installed a completely new system for us as ours was original equipment that came with the house. We are very pleased with the new system and especially pleased with the Nexia remote operating APP he put on my phone so I can control the entire system wherever I am, including out-of-state. After 4 summers of AC problems I decided to get a complete new setup. Called Wolff Mechanical based on the reviews on different sites as well as the fact that they're a highly rated company on the Lennox website - Ryan showed up & went over all of the different options with me. He was able to get me something in my budget without any high pressure sales. I got more than I expected for a lot less than the other companies quoted. After a professional install with no problems, I can say I've got the coldest house in the Valley thanks to Wolff. Top notch service, product & warranty. Will refer to friends & family.

Andre is an excellent technician. He has been servicing our home for several years and does an outstanding job, and more importantly we trust him completely.He takes his time and explains things to us making sure we understand what he's saying. We appreciate him coming and working on our four units.

I called Wolff Mechanical on a Friday at 5pm. The tech was at my house by 5:30. He walked me through the issues, explained my options, and when I decided to move forward with a full replacement, the PM was at my house a half an hour later to discuss options.
Tim Friederich was professional, courteous, and thorough. He gave us many options and explained the costs, pros and cons, and expected outcomes of each. We made a decision and no more than 24 hours later, our new unit was installed and functioning.
The installation crew was professional and had exceptional attention to detail. I felt they took pride in their work.
Tim Friederich returned several days later to inspect the job and further discuss my new system.
I have not had an experience like this with a contractor in a long time. I highly recommend Wolff Mechanical.

On April 24th, Brandon D. came to my house to check our three air conditioners to make sure they were running properly and to install a thermastat. He called before arriving, which I really appreciate. He did his work efficiently and was courteous and professional. I am very happy with Wolff Mechanical, Inc.

We had used a couple of different companies in the valley, every year or 2 we needed more freon. Come to find out, that wasn't normal. We've now been with Wolff for 12+ years & have zero plans of going elsewhere. We even replaced our builder grade a/c thru Wolff & its an amazing difference in cooling & efficiency.

Great experience! I contacted Wolff Mechanical based on a recommendation of a neighbor and friend. I also contacted two other AC contractors. All three came on Monday. Tuesday morning (early)I got a follow up call from Tim Slater (Wolff sales)....I had decided ....based on price, reputation and product warranty that Wolff was my preferred contractor. They had a cancellation and came out a couple hours later. The unit arrived with two technicians - Zaid and Ferris - BOTH very professional and knowledgeable. By the end of the day I sitting in my QUIET(I could hardly believe my AC was running) COOL living room. Later I got a follow-up call from Tim Slater to see if everything was ok; or if I had any questions. I look forward to many years with Wolff as my AC maintenance/service provider.
