Nothing worse than losing both of your AC Units when it is 115 degrees, with an office full of people - Phoenix Air came to the rescue. They diagnosed the problem, and had two units installed in 4 days! I had a previous company tell me it would take 3 to 4 weeks to get new units, and wanted to charge a lot more for their poor service! Phoenix Air ROCKS!!

I had a new 2 Unit System installed on my new build. From quote to completion of the install, these guys rocked! They did not quote me anything overkill like I was being quoted by others. The communication is great, which is hard to come by. You knew when they were coming, you received reminders. You knew who was coming to your house. The install was great quality! Highly recommend these guys.

Outstanding service!!! Phoenix Air Department has been our ONLY call for HVAC needs. They service all of our commercial locations as well as my residence. Always top notch customer service from the girls in the office to their techs that are onsite. Techs are very professional, knowledgeable and most importantly honest.

These guys have professionalism down! AC was out, they went up to take a look, ran to grab a few parts, and before I knew it the air was blowing cold. The communication on status as they went was perfect and to the point. I would recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

PHX AIR DEPARTMENT is outstanding. They are responsive, flexible, thorough, and friendly. I appreciated the time the mechanic spent with me to help explain what was going on with my AC unit. He gave me several suggestions and options to repair my unit. Their finance options through Wisetrack are great as well!!

I put an email in to get an appointment scheduled and within 5 minutes. Received a phone call and was on the books for the next morning. Thomas showed up to my house looking professional with all the right gear! He went right to work to adjust the motor speed on my hear pump unit which gave me a better air flow of hot air this winter. They only charged a 100 dollars, which is very reasonable for the amount of time and the knowledge that was given to me as the home owner about my unit.
I will only use them going forward.

My a/c went out on a Thursday, I never heard back from the serviceman that I used for over 20 years.I called in the late afternoon/early evening and Angela answered. Tom and his helper came out on Friday. By Monday my new unit was installed and operating at a reasonable cost. Phoenix Air are my service people from now on

Great job! My technician Tomas was ahead of schedule and they gave me the option to have him out early for my appointment. Loved that! Also, he informed me that my system was undersized for the square footage of my home, which explained why my unit was always running and struggling to keep my set temperature. He made adjustments to my system and by the next morning my home was considerably cooler.
I would recommend Phx. Air Dept. and when it cools off I'll have them install a bigger unit.

Shout out to Jacob and his office staff and crew! They all were amazing! We had a new AC unit installed and the process was easily explained to me. They were on time, quick, efficient, and my AC is working fantastic! We are now ready to stay nice and cool in the brutal Arizona summer. From start to finish I could not say enough good things. I can’t say enough great things about my HVAC company PHX AIR DEPT. A few years ago they installed our 3 new units. In these past 4 years we have not had a single issue. The house has never been so cool. Today they came out to service my units. They were courteous and knowledgeable and clean. Tomas and Thaddeus are hardworking and friendly. I feel like my home is in good hands with PHX AIR DEPT. I highly recommend their company.

Angela was so friendly and helpful on the phone. I was trying to get everything done between shifts at work and she did her best to make sure that happened.
The guys were excellent and never pushy or trying to sell me something I didn't need.
Overall great experience and I would recommend giving them a call!
