It was easy to schedule an appointment with Shannon, who took the time to explain the procedures and policy of the industry clearly with me. I appreciated that! On the day of the appointment the tech arrived early and followed up afterwards to provide an update on the condition of the unit for our rental property. It is always a pleasant surprise to see this level of professionalism along with fair pricing in the A/C business. Accurate Air is a diamond in the rough!

The first contractor my home warranty company sent out tried to scam me into replacing the whole machine. Luckily I decided to get a second opinion from Accurate Air! David identified and fixed the problem, a rotted hose, in 10 minutes and tada, my heat was working! He said he couldn't believe what the previous company was trying to do to me and that it was a simple easy fix.

All 3 workers sent out were respectful, kind, professional and very knowledgeable. They were up-front about what was needed and why. I was referred to Accurate Air by two different people. My air conditioner had a problem that needed a quick resolve and I was able to have it fixed on the same day. The gal in the office was lovely to speak with and the technician, Ben, was very professional, polite, and took the time to answer all of my questions.
It is so difficult finding companies that you feel like you can trust, but this will be a business that I will definitely use again! 100 star rating!

Very nice company to work with throughout the inspection process. They gave me updates of when my tech would be arriving as well as the tech calling to introduce himself. They were very efficient with the inspection while giving me feedback. The tech also put notes in our profile on items he recommended for future inspection which I appreciate, so I don’t have to remember it all. Overall, I am very satisfied and would recommend them anytime.

With so many HVAC companies in the valley it’s difficult to know which ones offer value and quality. I must admit it took us years before we found Accurate Air. We used them several summers back in the dead of a brutal summer. They were communicative, responsive, and fair.

We’ve used them ever since….as we now have them out twice a year as part of a preventative maintenance plan. A special “shout out” to Ben as he’s consistently been our AC tech the past few years.

Very recent experience: If you live in The Valley of the Sun, this is not the scenario you want to experience: Early July, hottest day of the year, so far at 115 degrees, air conditioner running... and then you realize it's not blowing cold air. Worse, it's not blowing any air, at all. Old school townhome in South Scottsdale, so the unit is quite old. Mentally, you start doing the math and it's really ugly. This happens on a Sunday afternoon. Make it through the night while the indoor temp is over 90 degrees. Monday morning, you're faced with making a call to a business you know little to nothing about if you've not had the experience before.

Accurate Air had solid reviews online and they were only 10 minutes or down the road from me. I called and spoke with a wonderful young woman named Erin. She was incredibly helpful and attentive. She explained that she had a tech heading to an appointment close by and she'd get him to call me after that. A few minutes later, I received a call from the technician, Jose. His appointment was a wash and he'd be by in 10 minutes. Serendipity by any other name ...

The work he did was exemplary. His professionalism and responsiveness are a throwback (positively) in these times, and greatly appreciated. The specific part replacement repair was done quickly and efficiently. But there was still a potential issue with a blower that was from the Pliestocene Epoch: It could fail in a week... a month... a year. Replacing it would not be cheap, but it was not over the top, either. No pressure tactics on this, either. I'm 20-plus years in sales, so that would have flown like an anvil with me. Jose simply laid out the facts and details. Made the call to replace it, Jose was out first thing the next day, and my AC is blowing cold. Yippee Ki Yay.

Bottom line: Accurate Air is a family-owned company with many decades of service in The Valley. Erin and Jose are indicative of a lost ethos in these times: They actually care about their work and the people they help, who are, often, in some sense of crisis. I do not believe that they are outliers in their company; they seem to be more like standard bearers, and that is a Godsend.

If you have read this far, make a call to Accurate Air in complete confidence that you are contacting a business that will provide you with a great experience in the midst of what is often chaos. And be thankful that "old school" still matters in many things, including mechanical repairs provided by humans that truly care.

I have used the services of Accurate Air for some years both for my Mesa house and previously for my Gold Canyon house. They have installed and serviced the air conditioners in both homes and I have found their Company to be professional, efficient and fair in price. I like a company to be ethical as well as tops in quality and be NATE qualified for their techs, which they are.

One of the most difficult tasks for any homeowner is finding a reliable company to help when you need something replaced or fixed in your home. I was fortunate that I found Accurate Air when I needed help with the air conditioner and they were helpful in this selection of a new air conditionier when I needed one.

This is an excellent A/C and HVAC service company! My family has been using them for over 30 years. The technicians and office staff are polite, efficient, and accommodating. They installed a new A/C heat pump unit for us in 2018 and did a fantastic job at a very fair price. I would never consider using anyone else.
