When I left my small town in Texas, I remember missing how everyone helped each other and it always felt like you were doing business with a family member when you hired a company. It's been years since I left Texas but I finally found that "hometown feeling" when I hired Accurate Air!
After my AC decided to quit in the middle of the summer on a hot Saturday night, I made the decision to totally replace the entire unit with a new one. My 17yr old Trane air conditioner was replaced with another Trane.
Several, good meaning friends, suggested different AC companies but none measured up to Accurate Air's service and competitive price.
Accurate Air is such a top quality company and I'm so grateful that they are actually right down the street from me and a family owned and operated company. They care and it shows! Thank you Erin, Chuck and the entire team that got on top of my roof on one of the hottest days in August!

We’ve been working with Accurate Air for years. They’re a family-owned business. The company has installed two new units for us in the past few years as well as servicing our units (they were older units and lasted a long time!). The twice-a-year service visits give us peace of mind and they call to schedule every fall and spring. The company is very responsive and all the technicians are professional, knowledgeable and nice. I have recommended the company to friends and colleagues and enjoy working with them!!

Nathan was our Accurate Air Service Technician. He arrived on time and checked out both our ac units. He quickly determined that there was an issue with one unit but tracked down and fixed the problem. He was very professional and pleasant to deal with. We have been looking for an AC company that we felt comfortable with and now believe we have found it with Accurate Air Conditioning.

I cannot speak highly enough about Accurate Air. As a young, single, female homeowner, I am always wary of companies working on my home, but I was referred by a very close family friend after my AC broke on a 90 degree day.
Dolly & David couldn’t have put me more at ease. David was at my house within 30 MINUTES of me calling and scheduling with Dolly, and within the hour they had completed their troubleshooting, installed a new thermostat for me (I was terrified it was my unit or that someone would try and tell me it was for money - Accurate Air did nothing of the sort), and were on their way.
Everyone was incredibly professional, managed my expectations while staying positive, and incredibly friendly.
I will be calling them again the next time I need AC help. Thank you guys so much!!!

I just want to say that accurate air is awesome! They just installed a Brand New Lennox AC unit and my wife and I couldn't be happier! The customer service is awesome that technicians are awesome! Technician Jordan came out and let us know what was going on gave us the best options possible. It was a great experience. Go ahead and give them a call and talk to Dolly she'll take care of you!! 😄

Very professional tech! I called them out for a second opinion because my A/C had been blowing out hot air, and he told me what the issue could have been and how to fix it. The other company before Accurate Air, not only did quoted me a $7k repair or 13k replacement, but they left a panel off of the unit, which Accurate Air informed me of and fixed. Thank you, Accurate Air, for being honest and timely. Will be using you in the future!

I dreaded needing to replace my AC unit. Accurate Air saved me 6 thousand dollars compared to my first quote from another company. What really surprised me was the quality of my new unit and the speed of the installation process. The Accurate Air team proved to be truly professional. We had our AC replaced in 2021 with Accurate Air and have stayed with them for the fall and spring maintenance checks.

Tom was super detailed with his quotation and pricing was way better than anyone else we worked with. There was no high pressure sales tacticslike some of the other folks. He even introduced me to the best reusable shoe covers to protect the carpet from foot traffic.

We've had Jose out twice and David out twice for our annual maintenance and both are super nice, respectful and always take time to answer my questions in detail.

Hayden Mattix was exceptional. Very precise, fully on the job every second, explained every detail and did a perfect install. A skilled Plummer and will call for him again. A genuine gentleman .

I called and specifically said what I needed done, a tub drain removed. Will arrived and said he could probably pry it out but that it would likely chip my tub.I said no. He then said maybe another one of their plumbers might have the tool. They did, he didn’t. I paid $99 for nothing. He said he could reschedule me for $200+. Why didn’t he have the tool with him.? Won’t use or recommend!

Emilio was excellent! Very punctual, friendly, explained everything clearly to us about our AC system. Would recommend him and be happy to have him service our AC again!

We had an appointment scheduled between 8:00 and 12:00, around 11:15 the appointment was canceled. We rescheduled and the technician inspected our ductwork stating he would get the paperwork to the company and we would be emailed an estimate. We did not receive and estimate the day we were told we would receive it. We were told to call back the next day. We called back and still no estimate because the technician did not submit the paperwork . We have to wait until Monday to talk to a supervisor. What a poor first and second impression. Would definitely not recommend using this company.
