Collin was an excellent plumber. He came out right away the next day in the morning after I scheduled the appointment the day before. He was very knowledgeable, able to explain the problem and fixed it right away. I’m so grateful for him fixing my drain and removing the disposal after weeks of problems.

Rene our technician fixed the water heater issue we had for months now ! Please hire more technicians like him so there’s less confusion and potential loss of customers.
He did a fantastic job. We diagnosed together and he solved the issue other techs tried selling us faucets we don’t need.

I have been with Hays HVAC for about 20 years. The technician was knowledgeable, professional and on time. But the rates they are charging now are outrageous. I had the tank flush mechanism on two of my toilets changed out and my charge was over $500!
I am not sure if this merge was such a good idea if that is what happens. Just like George Brazil rates and up sell.

Darrel came by to check our unit and was courteous and on time. He explained things clearly to me and was great! Happy with our service!

This company, evidently, recently bought out Hays. We did business with Hays for years. Hays was a great company. We routinely payed for the special that gave us 2 routine cleaning and maintenance services a year for around $300. Recently, Service Experts contacted us and told us we still had a service left. We scheduled for them to come out today. Not only did a technician (wearing a Hays shirt) show up, but a salesman (wearing an Orangutan shirt) showed up too. Never before had more than one person showed up, so we already knew this was going to be a problem. There's no need for a salesman on a routine maintenance call. The Hays people always started inside, and then moved outside plus they brought their own ladder and what not. The guys that showed up today started outside and had no ladder. After checking a few things out, of course they told us they weren't going to be able to do the regular maintenance service unless we agreed to either 1) replace the coils inside for like $5500 (coils were already replaced just a few years ago), or 2) sign up for their service agreement which was going to cost $400/month on a ten year contract. We told them to kick rocks. We will never do service with this company.

Juan and Hunter completed the inspection of the two a/c's that I have. They were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They gave me different options for improvements on my older A/C. Thank you for completing the inspection today. Happy customer.

Colin was great. I had a hot water issue on a unit that was not even 2 yrs. old. Colin quickly diagnosed that the pilot was faulty and ordered the part directly from Rheem. It was under warranty. I was charged $99 for the visit but that will be taken off the price when he comes back for the install. Solid communication and nice kid. Will probably sign-up for the service plan where they check on AC units and Water system twice a year. It's well worth it and we had done this with Orangutan before they merged with Service Experts.

Mark was the tech that came out to my house for the issues I was having with both of the toilets in my house. He was amazing and I will have my parents request him to service their house in North Scottsdale. He was prompt, polite, he explained everything, went through options and made recommendations without hard selling me on things I didn't need. He was clean and made sure all the areas were also clean before he left the house. I like these guys so much I have my team at work using them for pluming services too!

Great system checkup from Hunter & Chris! They made sure to let us know exactly how our systems were doing and how to ensure we keep them running properly. Prompt, polite & knowledgeable. I would these guys to anybody. Thanks!

Thank you for the great repair work on the leak in my backyard faucet. The Plummer, Cole Russell, explained what was causing the problem, applied the needed new attachments to the faucets, and described everything that I needed to know on how to use and take care of the faucet again. He also adjusted the gate to get into the backyard, as it was stuck and very difficult to open. I really appreciated all of his information about the problem and how to take care of it to keep it working properly. Thank you so much.

My technician was great but I was quoted $950 to install a water heater from homedepot and I had already removed the old one, technician spent about an hour on installation, told me it was an extra $150 for new lines. I felt like I was in a vulnerable situation and needed the water heater replaced asap. Way overpriced and maybe the tech is making commission for selling at a higher price. If I had known what the price was gonna be over the phone I might have shopped around before removing the old tank as there was water going into places I did not want. Everyone should be a plumber when you make 1k an hour. Gonna be looking for a new plumber.

Had a very good one hour appt with Hayden Maddix to fix our dual ejection sewer pump system. No major repair needed !! One of the control settings had set off the alarm , but it was fixed, and well explained to me etc. 👍

This company is a masterclass in how not to run a business.

They came out to service my sewer line over three months ago. The job was fully approved by my home warranty, yet somehow nothing ever happened. Instead, I was fed the same tired lie over and over: “We’re waiting on permits.” Anyone with even basic experience knows permits do not take 90+ days.

For three months, I was strung along, ignored, and forced to chase them for updates that never came. No proactive communication. No honesty. Just excuses.

Then, after wasting over 90 days of my time, they suddenly announced they are “unable to complete the job.” So instead of admitting early on that they couldn’t or wouldn’t do the work, they chose to leave me stuck in limbo with an unresolved sewer issue.

This is not bad luck or a one-off mistake — this is gross incompetence and total disrespect for the customer. If you enjoy being lied to, ignored, and left hanging for months, this is the company for you. Otherwise, run.

Great Friendly service from Rene. Price quote within expectations. Service repair was fast, and replacement plumbing was better than I was expecting to be used. Very satisfied. We continue to use Service Experts due to satisfaction with their workmanship.

Rene is the BOSS. Best service ever. HIGHLY SUGGEST. Water heater was perfect.

Emilio was here today to do maintenance on our HVAC unit was very informative very professional and polite young man. Give us all the information we needed to know and that gave up options on upgrading the filtering system and all costs that were available for that. Was very knowledgeable about his job and what he was doing. Number once felt pressure about in any of the upgrading that you. Overall it was a great experience today.

Isaac and Jonathan arrived on time, explained the change in ownership of Hayes (which had me worried), then proceeded to reassure me that Service Experts will take good care of my needs.
They completed the half yearly check up on my a/c and furnace in timely fashion.
I appreciate having service techs who know what they’re doing and who treat their customers with respect. I highly recommend the service from this company and these two techs in particular.

Colin did an excellent job of fully replacing our home's exterior water service line. He worked fast and efficiently. We're very pleased with the results and
quality of service.

Jonathan competed routine maintenance of our HVAC system, explaining system functions in easy to understand detail. As an extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable technician, we would not hesitate to request his services again should a need arise. We highly recommend Service Experts Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing, and in particular, their technician Jonathan, great job!

Darrell Edwards assessed our heating pump issue and discovered the problem with it right away so that we could have a part ordered. Additionally, he took us through the way the systems work since my dad had installed them and he spent as much time as we needed to understand how they work, what they do and when we should be changing filters, etc.
