Damian was great! He was very knowledgeable and completed the fix quickly. And they came out same day, which I was grateful for.

After dealing with another company, who were exhausting and painful to deal with, Phoenix air was an exemplary. It took a couple visits to get our issue resolved, but there was clear and consistent communication through out the process. The techs were knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy. They took the time to educate us on the situation and resolution. We felt the friendliness and compassion come through even with the receptionist, and they all understood our sense of urgency. They weren’t willing to let it go until it was resolved 100%. Wanting to especially call out Tomas for going over and beyond. There was visibility in quoting with reasonable pricing and even provided an option for savings.

Tomas was the man!!! I was worried my AC might let me down this summer with the heat wave coming and called Phoenix Air Department, they came right out! Tomas serviced both my units and even let my 5 year old son watch and feel included when he was washing down the units. Great customer service, super professional, honest. What more can you ask for?

All around great experience with Phoenix Air Department! They installed our entire HVAC system for our remodel. We had them re-route the airflow once we moved in. We called and they came out immediately to help get better flow in one of our rooms. Couldn't be happier with this company!

Was in a drive thru with this truck where he got incredibly heated because he went behind me in line where he proceeded to get incredibly close to my car’s bumper almost as close as he could for the entire drive-through experience. And then as we got onto the 202 he proceeded to drive next to me Wave at me to roll down my window then proceeded to get in front of me and break check me multiple times.

What a fabulous team! My first contact with Phoenix Air Department was about 7:30 in the evening because my A/C stopped working. A team of 2 were at my home about 11:00 the next morning. A quick inspection revealed a simple problem, and a quick solution followed. And the fee was really quite modest. These are good people. I signed up for their service plan, and I highly recommend them.

A+ company. Knowledgeable, professional, honest, experienced, friendly, trustworthy, caring owners and service providers. Their products are top quality with an excellent warranty and guaranteed proper installation. They excelled in every aspect of a new HVAC system. They even adjusted something on the other unit (that they didn’t install) without a fee. Having installed 2 new units in the past and doing required maintenance, I can assure you that this company is far superior than the other businesses. A+ for me and the Better Business Bureau additionally. 5 stars

Our company, Brick and Mortar Builders, has used Phoenix Air Department on 7 or 8 projects over the past couple of years. On each project, some residential and some commercial, we were impressed with their knowledge, communication and timeliness. The owner of Phoenix Air, Thaddeus, and each technician sent out to our projects were always clear on their scope of work and were great at communicating how they would go about completing that scope. It is nice to work with a company that puts in the time on the front end of the project, so the finished product is correct and done in a timely manner. We will continue using Phoenix Air Department for our building projects and for our personal homes in the future.

Tom and his crew arrived right on time and had both the air handler and new AC unit installed within 4 hours time. The crew was very responsive and courteous, I just stayed out of their way. The new unit works great, just as the weather is getting hot. Accurate Air was recommended to me by a construction engineer I have known for 40 years and they held true to every aspect of his comments. I had other choices, but I am more than pleased with the outcome, the price, and their post installation follow-up. I would recommend AAC to anyone!

Ben, the tech that recently serviced our two units did a good job. Accurate’s techs are professional, courteous, on time. They call when they are on their way. Accurate accommodates customer’s if they need to make a change in their scheduled time on the day of the appointment.

Came out next day and fixed the problem in under an hour. No charge. You really do get a family feeling and pride in workmanship with this group. Monthly newsletter is both informative and charming. I am on board for good!

They have been servicing my air conditioner and heater for 20 years. There has never been a problem with either, they make a recommendation and that's that. All the technicians have been very knowledgeable.

I appreciate Accurate Air doing everything they said they would do for us. I interviewed several different companies to install a new HVAC system for us, after our old one stopped working after 18 years. They were the most professional and very reasonably priced. I was very happy choosing them.

Ben was great! Messaged us when he was on his way. We have used Accurate Air since we moved into our home in 2007. Always reliable and friendly service.

My AC unit stop cooling over the weekend and I called Accurate Air. They responded early the next day and were able to get a tech out within an hour to diagnose and fix the problem.

You know that feeling when you turn your AC, and instead of a cool blast of life-giving air, you get warm air, at a trickle? That happened to me two nights ago- and it was cause for panic. Quickly the house got very warm and my dog started packing his belongings into his little dog suitcase.

I have been fortunate to find Accurate Air a few years ago, and knew they were going to be my first call in the morning. Once 8am hit I called and Dolly answered the phone. Dolly is so kind and patient and she was kind enough to get me on the cancellation list, and also scheduled in a day when they had a time slot.

Ten mins later Dolly calls me with the great news that David was going to be at my house in 25 mins.

When David arrived I explained what I knew and he jumped on the roof and began his evaluation. David came down and showed me a dead capacitor which needed replacing. David grabbed the new part- and in 20 minutes my AC unit was back in business.

I cannot say enough great things about David, Dolly, and the entire Accurate Air family. They genuinely care and their prices are more than fair. In a few years I will need a new AC unit- and I will 110% be going with Accurate Air. They stand by their products, work, and team.

Don’t be fooled by the companies with a million ads on TV and billboards. Ask yourself how they afford that overhead? Well it’s simple- they gouge their customers and take advantage of people who are desperate to get cooled down.

Take my advice- call Accurate Air for all your HVAC needs- you will be a believer and will always have the best team on your side- for when your AC unit quits or goes on strike. 🤓

In a world of crappy businesses who just want to steal from you and never see you again- it’s beyond refreshing to come across Accurate Air. Accurate Air has old school businesses practices that place a high value on honesty, trust, customer service and respect. While they are high tech and have top skills- they value taking care of the customer. In my experience- they would rather take great care of you and NOT gouge- and have a customer for life. This is way different than most companies who are happy to sell you the world, and not care that they will never see you again.

I’ve had the good fortune to get some AC tlc from Chuck and Sean- and both guys are just tremendous. Easy going and kind, patient and answered my million questions. Accurate Air is not interested in up-selling or any other nonsense that is so common. These professionals are dedicated to finding out what is wrong- and making it right. I’ve gotten quotes before and theirs is consistently competitively priced. I’m a big believer of “you get what you pay for” so I don’t go cheap on the important stuff. So Accurate Air won’t always be the cheapest, but when it comes to great work at a fair price- they will not be beat. Most of all, I know when I fire up my AC because we live on the surface of the sun- it’s going to work, because these guys have been doing the preventative maintenance. Eventually I’m going to buy my house an awesome present of a new Trane AC unit, installed by Accurate Air, but in the meantime I will baby my generic unit.

So do yourself a favor- and give them a try. I know that like me- you’ll be a customer for life!

Ben and David were so focused and careful throughout the entire service that it's almost as though the vents were never taken off. I'm very happy with thier high quality service..!

I referred one of my patients to this company. We requested Jordan, and he not only did a great job, but she really liked him (she's not easy to please)and she placed his card on the refrigerator and now will only use Accurate Air whenever she has a problem. Jordan was professional, patient, and even took the time to call her family as they requested to know what he discovered about the unit. Great company! You won't be sorry for using them!
