Phoenix Air is the best! They are so thorough and helped change all the filters in my house and made sure my air conditioners/heaters were in great working order! So nice these gentlemen!

Phoenix Air is great. They did work on my unit when my house was being remodeled. The unit was working perfectly when I moved in two years ago and they continue as my service company. I appreciate the pictures they take of the unit so that I can see what they recommend. Very happy with them!!!

They were great in communicating with me on the arrival time of the tech Tomas, who was awesome. After they gave my air conditioner, a tuneup, he recommended a couple of parts be replaced due to age and condition. Returned a few days later and replaced the parts quickly not to leave me without air in 108 degrees.

Have had my unit for 5+ years, still works like new! Their technicians services my unit twice a year and is always very nice, on time and absolutely thorough! My unit still works amazing and could not be happier with my experience. 1000/10 will always recommend PHX AIR DEPT !!!!

Great experience with this company. I subscribed to a maintenance plan and was impressed with their calls to set up the covered services. Was very pleased with tech and with significant repair to the blower unit in my residence. I had to cancel due to a move, but recommended to the new owner of my unit as well as to neighbors. Customer service is excellent.

PHX AIR DEPT gets the job done right, very fast service. They were there in 4 hours from the time I called them. The technicians are knowledgeable and professional. The office staff is great on communication with the customer. I have recommended them to friends and 4 of them have had PHX AIR DEPT service and fix any problems. I have asked all the them if they were happy and all 4 said yes. You have 5 new customers and we are all happy with the service and price.

Great team! Very attentive, friendly, and did an wonderful job. Communication was excellent and very appreciative of their skilled & friendly tech. They were able to help correct some of the issues caused by previous vendors & my Home Warranty company. Would HIGHLY recommend.

We had been dealing with a lack of air getting to areas of our home for the last 10 years, just no flow at all.
We had called other companies from the phone book. But none of them ever wanted to try and fix it cause there was very little room to to move or work. Phoenix air came out took a look and said let's talk to our engineer, which they did and came up with a great plan that would start tight but get easier as the job went on. About 5 hours later we had a home full of cold air, my wife and I could not believe the wonderful job they done.

This is without question the finest experience i have had with a heating and ac company. The technician was supremely qualified, absolutely thorough and went the extra mile. He saved me from a $10K error. To top it off he is also a fine teacher and trainer, his assistant was filled with useful knowledge. This is the standard by which other A/C companies should be measured.

Update 6/2025- my 20 year old ac unit finally breathed its last breath of cool air. These guys did a great job keeping it going but it was time to replace the whole system. They were able to get in quickly and get the work done. Everything went really well and the new ac unit is so quiet and efficient. So pleased and the team did a great job. Highly recommend for everything from maintenance to repair to replacement. Good guys doing good work.

I have been using Phoenix Air Department for three years now they always send over the same technician Thomas. He is awesome. Always on time very well, educated and very honest with everything about my AC units. I have enjoyed using this company very much.

We were without air so I called PhxAirDept and they sent Thomas the next morning and he fixed the problem. He was neat, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. We had a leak and had lost a lot of coolant. The receptionist was kind and friendly and made our appointment quickly.
We would definitely recommend this company. They are reasonably priced and not pushy as to parts that are not needed. Thank you PhxAirDept….

I cannot resist writing a review. I was really hesitant to call PAD. It was the third attempt to fix an issue that two people already couldn’t solve. Did i really want to spend another $100 to have somebody come out and say they couldn’t fix it. The unit worked. It wasn’t that. But the duct work was cheap and flimsy and it made a bang when the unit cycled on and off. It drove me crazy. Louder in some parts of the house than other. ANYWAY long story short, Tomas fixed it. I wanted to hug him. We were told somebody would have to go into walls and then do drywall repair. Blah blah. They were just lazy and didn’t wanna do it. I honestly cannot believe it was fixed. I will never use anybody else and i will only recommend PAD.
