Chad did a thorough inspection of our AC unit. Very professional and respectful. Thank you for getting our starter components replaced before the summer heat!

Updating my review as our recent experience calls this place into question.

Last season our unit started making a really loud noise. Called Paragon back out to repair it after they had serviced our unit the year prior. They quoted us $800, which was out of our budget. My wife asked if there were any alternative parts or a cheaper option, Chad (the owner’s son or something) said we could get a “cheaper quality” part for a lower price. He installed it, we paid for the work and that was that.

Here we are in May of 2025 and the unit is making the same noise. Called to get their help and apparently our address is under the “Do Not Service” list. Why? God forbid a middle class family try and negotiate a price for services OVER $800. We paid for the service rendered but apparently because we asked for options on pricing we are blacklisted.

You don’t have the luxury of a second opinion with these services you just have to pony up. Piss poor customer service, we’ll be spreading the word.

TO THE OWNER’S RECENT REPLY:
“Displayed pricing” is rich Chad, there was no displayed pricing for the $1200 in services you charged us, the quote was developed by your son at our house during the service call.

And btw, ‘Anytime Heating and Cooling’ had to rewire your install after seeing what was done in the unit. Nice work!

We had zero clue what the cost would be, as intended I’m sure.

Chad was delightful! He had to do a bit of "try" and seek but last night he found and fixed our A.C. (102 outside yesterday). I would definitely use Paragon again and would definitely recommend this company!

Devan did an excellent job on our furnace tune up today. He was prompt and explained thoroughly each task he was performing. We haven't had our system check out since we moved in 8 years ago. So it needed some love. He also cleaned our extremely dirty burners and explained the purpose of it. Easy to book an appointment online and then they called to get details.

Chad was great! He came same day, explained everything going on with our AC. Everything made sense. Not sure how much other companies would have charged, so we just trusted him without getting a second opinion.

My experience with Paragon was fantastic. They arrived within 60 minutes of me calling. Their technician was professional and knowledge. He provided outstanding service. The motor on my AC unit died, they has the parts I needed and fixed it quickly. I was super impressed with the quality of the technician and his friendly demeanor. I will definitely be using them next time I have HVAC issues.

Paragon services was great! We had scheduled an appointment for next day service but got a call saying they could actually make it out to us that same day! Our tech Chad was super helpful in explaining what he was doing, how certain things could be beneficial for us to do to help with maintenance and life of the unit. All around a great experience.

Chad has been fantastic for us for the last few years. He’s been keeping our system in great shape and never tries to sell us anything we don’t need.

Stop the searching and call Paragon! Our hvac has been less than ideal for a year. With the system only being a year old we knew something hasn’t been right. Once our warranty was up we called paragon. Chad had our system sorted in no time and knew EXACTLY the problem. Paragon is our new go to for hvac!

I was in a tight spot with my furnace and Chad really went above and beyond to quickly help me out! He was super helpful and professional, and made sure I was taken care of. I definitely recommend them if you need HVAC help!

We are so impressed with Paragon! We called with a frequent but non-urgent issue, and Devan still came out on a snowy Friday evening to diagnose and maintenance our furnace. He was very friendly and professional, answering all of our questions and explaining what he found throughout the time he was here. Devan minimized our costs by cleaning what he could rather than replacing items, while still informing us on what might need replacement in the future as well as what we can do to keep the system healthy. Thank you for the amazing service!

The whole Paragon team was extremely helpful in our time of need! After returning home from vacation we found our house at 90 degrees and A/C not working. I called Paragon and was able to get someone out right away. Devon was very knowledgeable and had our A/C back operational very quickly! Great customer service and expertise!

Devan is literally the epitome of perfect customer service. I look forward to him coming knowing my home is in great hands and that I can trust the guy. 5 Stars is the least I can say about him.

Very impressed with Paragon. I scheduled an appt online at 10PM on a Friday, and they came out the next morning and fixed our AC quick. Chad was fast, very kind and professional, and we will certainly call them again if something goes wrong

Chad was absolutely amazing! I've had a few people look at my furnace trying to figure out why there is a natural gas smell coming from it without much luck. One found a leak but after it was patched we could still smell it. Within just a couple of minutes, Chad found the issue and replaced an entire pipe piece and only charged me for the diagnosis. I think most people would have charged extra for the fix but he didn't, I am so grateful! He was punctual, personable, quick, and kind. I appreciate his service and I had a wonderful experience!

AC went out in the heat of summer. They were super easy and quick to work with on a Sunday. Called and they were able to come in an hour and had everything diagnosed and fixed in less than an hour.
Wasn’t pushy with upselling but was able to provide some options but let me feel comfortable deciding. Chad also was great to double check a couple different settings and things that the builder had not setup correctly. Which will save us money in the future.

I called 2 other places before calling Paragon. Brooklyn was very helpful over the phone with my questions and concerns about costs. Chad was able to come the same morning I called which was a huge relief because our air con was not working and our house felt like it was on fire. The service was great and Chad answered all of our questions. The only “con” is I wish they offered military discounts! Overall, highly recommend!

We are so happy with Paragon! They went above and beyond and came to our house early in the morning after our A/C went out late at night! Chad was so knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything that was going on with our system. We are SO grateful for the time and explanations he gave but even more grateful that he got our system is back up and functioning! Thank you Paragon for the quick response to our problem! We will definitely be using them again in the future!

Had Paragon replace my furnace in the late summer, bought some CO2 and natural gas detectors in December. Eventually had some alarms go off for natural gas. Turned out to be a likely false alarm or hypersensitive device. We didn’t know however, so I called to have Paragon check it out. But the important thing is Chad came out same day used his own equipment to test for us, and help us understand the readings and feel
safer. Grateful to have Chad and Paragon to rely on.

Chad was super great to work with, very knowledgeable and helped me understand what was going on with my system. Very appreciative of the in depth explanations and will be happy to use them in the future!

Devan did a great job at explaining everything to me. He was polite. He made sure to keep me updated on the project and where he was at in the project. I could tell he knew what he was talking about and helped me to understand as well.
