Chad was great, it was a Sunday and we had the diagnostic and replacement the same day!! He drove to Salt Lake on the spot to procure the new furnace and then back to Utah County. The whole ordeal was only a few hours. Best experience I’ve ever had with an HVAC company, highly recommend!

I was worried that my Mother in law would get taken advantage of. I had no worries with Paragon. The team who did the work were very professional and explained everything in detail. I could not believe how fast they were able to fit her in their schedule. The owner even reached out to me several times during and after the install to make sure that we did not have any questions or concerns. They even sent me photos of everything. Chad listened to what my needs were and quoted a price that was a couple of thousand less than the competitors. He did not try to upsell me with confusing rebate and tax credit offers, nor did he make promises of huge utility bill savings by purchasing the high end high efficiency systems, which I do not need. He showed up on time and completed the tear out and installation all by himself in less than six hours. I now have an awesome new HVAC system that meets my needs and comes with a 10 year warranty! I recommend Chad and Paragon to anyone that wants a quality system installed by a true professional at a great price.

Heater stopped working on Friday, we think. The house did not get that cold until Saturday Night. Figured thay we would have to wait until Monday for service.

Stumbled through the vast number of HVAC firms on the web. The overwhelming positive reviews of Paragon Service Pros persueded me to go with them. I made an appointment on Sunday for Monday on the web site. Soon after we received a call inquiring if we would like service on Sunday instead. Yes, it was no extra cost.

Heater is 30 yrs old and we knew it was time to replace. We thought that we would get the heater working and then do the replacement later. Well Chad did get the heater to work on a limited basis. He was concerned about it for safety. He offered to replace the system and credit the work he had done on the old heater. Yes please. The next morning , today, Chad arrives with a complete system and installed it.

What could be easier. The Price is what I expected to pay for a new Heater and A/C. The Service from Chad is Rare these days. If I could five more stars I would.

Devan was great! He we very thorough with our inspection and even was also able to clean our condenser outside the house with just a bucket of water - our hose faucet broke but he was willing to clean it with filling a 5-gallon bucket 7-8 times to make sure we were taken care of.

Furnace issues are always very expensive. Unexpected problem my system needed to be cleaned up, they were here approximately 10 minutes and I had heat again and it cost about $450. I wish I made that much ha ha ha! But they did a great job and got me back in some warmth, and it is a necessary evil all in all a great job and I would recommend their service.

Chad with Paragon Pros was very professional and very nice and personable. Even though I ended up needing a completely new system he made it as easy on me as possible and answered every question I had truthfully, thoroughly and accurately. I would use Paragon Pros again and definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

I called Paragon Service Pros for a second opinion on a heater blower motor cleaning. Chad was great during his visit. He was respectful and honest - he showed me pictures of my heating system, showed me in person the parts in question, and explained everything. I didn’t need a blower motor cleaning after all, as the motor was pretty clean (which would’ve been very costly from the other company). Chad also spotted a small condensation leak that he addressed, which was never mentioned by the previous company. His attention to detail made for a quick and easy fix, and saved us from bigger costs down the road. The attached photo shows some accumulation on the pipe and the drip area from the leak. Good catch, Chad! I highly recommend this company. I appreciate their honesty and reasonable prices.
