We have been with Patriot Air since 2007 or so. Fantastic company and service! They have been our sole provider of service for 2 homes in the NW Valley. We just bought a primary home in Waddell (far West Valley) and we plan on ONLY calling them. I hope they service that far out, I think they will.

Great service! He went above and beyond to do everything he could to keep costs as low as possible and got our unit cooling again and even gave it a thorough cleaning, Most repairmen would just try to sell you a new unit, so it was a relief to have a truly nice guy to work with!

Eric with Patriot Air was absolutely amazing. He's extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing with our AC. After having a terrible experience with another company, it was so refreshing to deal with an honest and knowledgable person. I won't let anyone else work on our unit! Patriot customers for life!

Patriot Air is a reputable and friendly company. They installed a new air conditioner when we moved into our condo. Since then, regular checks have been performed on the unit. Knowledgeable, expert, and efficient are characteristics of their workers. I would highly recommend Patriot Air for your AC needs.

We replace our whole duct and air unit. They did an splendid work and always on time. I would recommend Patriot Air over and over. Great quality and professional attitude. Always on time. Patriot Air is my to go place for all of our Air Conditioning issues.

Tonight our AC went out and after calling 3 companies (all weren’t available or could only give us a 8-11pm window), Eric was at our place within an hour and knew immediately which part needed to be replaced and already had it on his truck. Our AC was back up and running within 15min and he saved us from having to check into a hotel with 3 kids and a dog. His service plan is so reasonable and totally worth it!

We needed a new A/C unit for our house after the warranty company(One Guard) refused to fix the one we had. Patriot Air came to the rescue. Eric and his team were able to get us in on short notice and a 3 day turnaround to boot. I highly recommend this company for any heating and cooling. I've been with Patriot about 6 years. They are great about sending someone promptly. Usually in a few hours. That's huge for me! Our last summer in AZ was "hell-fire" and my AC was great!

I would highly recommend the 3 year maintenance plan! Before the plan, I had an issue every year. Every year of issues exceeded the cost of the maintenance plan. I call in the Spring and I'm good to go! I've learned alot from Eric. 😉

I also change my filter on the 1st of each month! Critical for your AC maintenance! Like oil changes in your car. Very happy with Patriot Air, and would highly recommend! 😀

Patriot Air serviced our a/c in the middle of winter in 2010 when our heating broke down at my previous home. They were prompt and reasonably priced. Eric was friendly and easy to work with.

One of our AC units was going to cost more to fix than it was worth. Patriot Air installed a new version of the unit, quickly and reasonably priced, with no extra duct work. I highly recommend them for their service quality and professionalism.

Delivered as promised in every way! This is where you want your business to take place if you need HVAC work done. I have been in the valley for 15 years. I lived in several homes and I’m just sorry I didn’t know about Patriot Air sooner.

I've had a few air conditioning problems in the middle of the summer over the past few years and every time Patriot Air has someone out the same day and gets the problem fixed. David just fixed my air conditioner in time for the July 4th weekend. A few years ago my 30 year old A/C unit totally died and Patriot Air had a brand new unit up on the roof within 24 hours. Would highly recommend.

Patriot Air saved me when my old air conditioner died. They showed up quickly and installed a new unit. They also gave me a fair price. I have had no problems since, but if I do, I will certainly call them again.

Patriot Air quoted me a price to install a new AC unit on my house and honored the quote 1 month later. They were very professional and informative through the whole process. I had a great experience with Patriot Air and would highly recommend them.

Just want to shout out Christa, the dispatcher and Dave the repairman for getting my home back to livable temperatures! We had 2 other companies come out who aren't able to diagnose the issue. patriot air came out and realized the issue was our multi-room panel/damper switch in the attic causing our A/C to misfire when trying to kick on the unit. They showed me what parts to buy on Amazon to save me several hundred dollars and a couple weeks waiting for parts. 5/5 would recommend the patriot air to anyone in need of complex AC diagnosis and repairs!

Patriot Air responded very quickly with a same day appointment. Our tech, David Fusselman, was very straightforward. He fixed our AC got it up and running. Also corrected a few mess ups made by a prior AC company we had hired. Very highly recommended company and tech.

David from patriot air is by far the most amazing tech. He has never been late in fact been early. Answers all my questions and even my kids unrelated questions. Very professional. Also Krista got setting up my appointment same day super polite and kind. Also can set it up all over text if you leave a message after hours she promptly contacted me before 8am and got everything rolling. Highly recommend!

**Disappointing Experience**
I had a very negative experience after signing a contract with this company. Throughout the entire contract period, I only received one service. Each time I called for assistance, I was told there would be an additional charge for sending someone out, despite what was promised in the contract.

They never performed regular checks or changed the filter as expected. Instead, their first recommendation was always to replace the entire HVAC system, which seems to be their most profitable option. Even after two years, my AC is still working fine, despite their lack of service.

When I raised my concerns to Eric, I was met with unprofessional and dismissive responses. I would not recommend this company and will not hire them again.

I contacted Patriot Air and Eric promptly came by to give me an estimate to fix my heating problem. His price was $1000 less than Parker and Sons. His honesty was imptessive. He promptly repaired my unit and I am very satisfied with his work and honesty. I highly recommend Patriot Air.

Very informative, never rushed service or pushy. Explained everything in detail and ensured I knew what was possibly needed. I’ve sadly used other companies that were pushy or spent maybe 10 minutes looking at my AC. Patriot Air spent quality time and ensured my satisfaction!!
