I have worked with Jeremy time and time again the past few months and overtime he goes above and beyond. He is always so kind and charismatic, an amazing tech to be representing this company.

Jeremy is an awesome tech that we use at my apartment complex I work for that we had him do a bid at my house for a mini split and had the work completed already...such a big help for us in the maintenance industry

I have been using Phoenix Air Dynamics for years. They are always my go to HVAC company when I need service or maintenance. Everytime I call they have a tech out within a few hours, even in summer! Loc is so professional and fast and June is so sweet. I highly recommend using Phoenix Air Dynamics for any maintenance, service or installation needs.

My home warranty company assigned this contractor to repair my AC unit. They called me promptly to schedule an appointment, and even called me a second time later and moved my appointment a few days earlier. The technician came on time, and quickly diagnosed and replaced the parts needed. He explained everything very clearly to us.

Our new home had ductwork/air flow issues from the beginning. For over five years the builder’s HVAC Company tried multiple times to address the issue … unsuccessfully.
Phoenix Air Dynamics was highly recommended from a trusted source and we were without heat due to this issue. Larry came to the rescue and was able to explain everything that was contributing to our ongoing problems… and most importantly, he gave us the process to follow so our home was livable again. I highly recommend this company from technicians to office personnel, June is efficient and follows up promptly with any questions.

This company was great all around. They went above and beyond to put together a full new HVAC system when the home warranty only offered to fix half of the system. You don't this type of genuine care, work ethic, and honesty very often that this company showed. I would highly recommend them!!

I am glad I found Phoenix Air Dynamics.
My story begins on a Saturday, woke up around 6 AM to find out my AC was spewing out hot air.
I put a service request with my Home Warranty company and they referred me to Phoenix Air Dynamics.
I was a little sad that they didn't work on Saturdays or had emergency service option, but temperature inside the house was around (during the hottest time of the day) around 90F so I decided to wait.
Called them on Monday as soon as they opened their office, a very nice lady answered the call and was able to schedule me for Tuesday afternoon.
One more day, I can do it! Hottest point of the day was 91F, still survivable.

If you are, at this point, wondering why I haven't gone to the hotel, well, dears, not everybody is made of money.

On the day of the appointment, I received a text informing me that the technician was on route.

Larry, the technician, was able to troubleshoot the problem. He told me the cause and was VERY polite on explaining it when I asked.

I would DEFINITELY recommend using this company, I know I will again in the future!!

Larry, the service tech, was professional, knowledgeable and kind. Our hi-tech Goodman unit had posed a challenge for other HVAC companies but Larry knew his way around it and had it up and running in less than hour! The office staff was courteous, kind and understanding of our frustrations from our first contact. They had a cancellation and scheduled us a day earlier than originally promised which we really appreciated. Highly recommend!

They had compassion for our experience of having no AC during this oppressive summer and were our advocates to home warranty to get our issue taken care of as efficiently as possible! Phoenix Air Dynamics is who we call for all of our AC issues. They have great customer service all the way around. Starting with the office team and their techs are very professional and communicate every detail about the repairs. Shout out to Jorge and Dylan who came over to fix our AC and brought the COOL back the our desert!!

Terrible organization. They worked on our system for roughly 11-12 hours and never solved the problem. They were here until 11:00pm one night. Their "fix" cause more problems and wasn't done right. We asked to speak to a manager twice and no one called us back except the front desk attempting to collect $2,300.00 from us. Expect to pay through the nose We called another pro who quickly diagnosed the problem and said it should've easily been fixed in 2 hours.
