I've had my AC for just 18 months. Very happy until it shut down (onthe hottest day on record) AC Experts came out same day, however informed me that they don't have the parts on hand to repair. SO MUCH FOR A 10 YR. WARRENTY! I was informed that it would take 7 days. They have made no compensation for me whatsoever. I borrowed 2 portable units and my less than 1000 sq. ft. condo is still at 87°.. I'm sadly disappointed at the way they have handled my situation and I'm only 18 mos. Into a 10 yr.warranty!!!

My tech came out, never opened up my unit to access the situation and quoted me a $2000 repair. He said I need a txv valve replaced. I am an elderly disabled woman in a wheelchair and he clearly thought he could take advantage of me. I called another company who did open up my unit, immediately saw the problem (my coil was ice over) and he explained there was absolutely no way it was my txv valve and fixed my unit for the price of a service call. I would never recommend this company. I am extremely disappointed and if ever quoted a high price from them, get a second opinion!

This company has one of the highest work ethics out there. We worked with Erick and he is extremely honest and professional. We are purchasing two units for our office. I found AZ Air Tech on a neighborhood site and the review was so good, I called them for service. That was a couple of years ago. I have called them many times since and they have never failed to respond quickly and professionally. Mindy is the voice of this company. All service people have not failed…ever. I highly recommend this company.

Had a AC emergency. AC Experts tech Eric arrived same day. Eric is the best! 110 out and he would not stop until the unit was fixed. He knows his stuff! If you have a AC issue call AC Experts and request they send Eric. My AC is blowing air so cold now I have 3 blanket's on the bed. My wife Angie is very happy!

Jared was very prompt and professional. We called True home Maintenance for an issue with one of our ACs at 3:45 PM on a Monday afternoon, Jared showed up at 4:15 PM and took care of everything. I was very impressed. I would recommend them to anybody

We have had a service contract with AC experts for a few years. They’ve always been honest of what needed to be done and taking care of it for us, charging us what was specified in service agreement. We just had a new system installed as we had “limped” along adding Freon for a couple years and had to replace the system. It was done within 3 days of the original appointment and assessment day. Epheon has worked with us for a few visits and he knew the history of the system’s issues, felt very confident in his recommendations of what we should do. So new system installed by two very competent and polite men. They were very considerate efficient and professional. So we’d now have a great new AC that works very well for an affordable price. I definitely recommend you use them for your heating and AC needs.

Not only did Kid do maintenance work on our fairly new a/c unit, he cleaned the ducts, installed a new filter system and showed me how to replace the batteries in the thermostat. I am pleased with his customer service. This is not my first rodeo with A/C Experts. If they are good, why change?

First off I’d like to mention that I had an excellent experience with A/C experts! Kid came out and gave a great presentation for a new A/C system install. He was knowledgeable and explained the process in a way that was easy to understand. On top of all that, we received a high quality system at an affordable and fair price. Their proposal far exceeded the other proposals that I received from other companies. Louis and Alex showed up to do our install. These technicians did a great job installing our new system and were friendly and polite throughout the whole process. They were not intrusive, and they maintained a respectful attitude throughout the day. Upon completion of the service, they were sure to clean up all debris after themselves and did not leave any mess lying around my property. Kid also stop by to ensure the job was completed correctly and according to the proposal. We appreciate the excellent service and the level of professionalism that we experienced with A/C experts. Honest HVAC really lives up to their name! When my AC broke down, they came out the same day and got it working again without any hassle. Their rates were competitive, and the technician was friendly and efficient. Great experience overall!

Our AC went out at 8pm, I logged on to book an appointment for 8am and by 9am the next morning, our AC was back up and running! They were very professional, and prompt and Johnny quickly swapped our compressor and entertained our kids in the process! Would definitely recommend!

It has been 6 years since Price My AC installed new AC units, ducts, vents, and thermostats at my home, and I continue to be impressed by their service, professionalism, responsiveness, and transparency. They are the real deal. Any time I have needed a service check or have had any issue, they are prompt and reliable and make me feel like the most important customer they have. In an industry that sometimes feels shady, their transparency and detailed price breakdown give me the utmost confidence that they are doing exactly what they set out to do for a fair price. Last night I called with an issue, this morning they came and fixed it. I barely felt the inconvenience of a compressor problem. I'm not sure how they treat all their customers so well, but they do! Highly, highly recommend.

Jon did what the big guys couldn't (or wouldn't). I had a large well known company out who determined that my compressor had failed. They called around to find a replacement but the best they could do was 1-2 weeks out. So, they tried to quote me an new unit, and put no effort into trying to expedite the compressor.

I called PriceMyAC.com and spoke to Jon. While I was still on the phone he was able to confirm local availability of the compressor and was able to quickly install it. Thank you Jon!
