Do to the age of our 2 heat pumps we decided to bite the bullet and get 2 new ones. We did discuss our plans with a couple of other companies in addition to PriceMyAC. John was the first and the only contractor that showed us exactly what we were getting and the cost associated. Via email, everything was line item laid out leaving no doubt what we were paying for. We were quite impressed, frankly. After meeting John I knew he was our contractor. John's team installed both units (split systems) in less than a day. They were courteous, professional, methodical, and very clean. Every aspect was seamless and after 3 months all is working perfectly. If you don't call John Lamont at PriceMyAc you will surely be missing out.

Came out at precise appointment time. Tech needed a little help from owner. Owner came out quickly and had my AC working perfectly in very little time for a very reasonable cost. John (owner) was very knowledgeable and absolutely couldn't have been better. I will definitely use the company in the future as needed. Kudos John and thanks for your great help. I have been using PriceMyAC for about 3 years now. They have always been very professional and responsive. Anytime I have an issue, they have someone out either the same day or the next. They are good people and honor their work. Johnny M has been the primary technician I’ve worked with, and he has always been excellent. Today, my AC went out, and he was here in less than 2 hours. Really appreciate this company and plan to continue to do business with them.

Edit 12/29/2023: I recently had PriceMyAC back out to install a new AC unit (Bosch rooftop packaged unit). I got a few quotes - their pricing was on the lower end, and I already knew I could trust them, so it was an easy choice. I had a bunch of questions, and John Lamont (CEO) was happy to explain and talk me through everything. John and Johnny did an excellent job on the install. They put in a larger roof jack, added an additional return for better airflow, and made sure my ducts were in a good shape to handle the new unit. Another great experience.

I had my AC go down during the remaining days of summer, but I was happy that I had the platinum plan on both my AC units. Johnny and John were incredibly professional in getting the matter resolved and I wasn’t charged a dime for the visits because of my platinum plan subscription. Price my AC really cares about their customers and they really made me feel valued as a customer. I can’t recommend them enough! Stay cool!

I recently had price my ac come to my home and it was perfect. JOHNNY M was my tech and he was awesome. He took the time to explain what he was doing to service my home's ac unit and walk me through the check process to ensure my ac is functioning at its best for the hot AZ summer. Johnny was also very clean and professional. He cleaned up after himself and our dog loved him too.Trust me our guard dog doesn't trust anyone and he loved Johnny.

4-23-2025 Johnny came to my home to do preventive maintenance on my AC unit as well as my daughters at her nearby home. Johnny was polite, knowledgeable and on time as scheduled.

A friend referred me to priceMyAC and after my first experience, I will now be happy to do the same. I realized that I had an AC problem late on a hot June afternoon and John had a technician at our house just a little later that day. They got the unit running again, but by the next day we realized the problem was not as simple as we had hoped. I called back and the owner, John, was at our house in two hours to work on it. He worked hard out in the hot yard to identify the deeper problem, explained to me what was happing and got it all taken care of. He was more than fair and he will be my first call for any future problems. It’s hard to know who to trust
when you need help and don’t know anyone. I was glad to have a referral, and these guys were great!

We had Johnny come out for a normal maintenance. He caught an issue that could have turned into something much bigger and cost us a lot more money but he was able to fix it now. He always goes above and beyond. I can’t recommend this company enough for their honesty and knowledge. They’re the only company I’ll use!

When my HVAC stopped working, I called Price My AC and asked for someone to come out. Despite it being on short notice and already later in the evening, Johnny came that night, diagnosed the issue, and quoted a fair price for the work and replacements for faulty components. The next day, he installed them quickly and now my HVAC is working fine.

Johnny was respectful, humorous, courteous, and did a great job explaining what the issue was. I greatly appreciate his transparency and I never felt he was trying to upsell me on anything.

So I found that my TOP AC drain was dripping. I know that this means your AC is needing attention. I called Price My AC and made an appointment. Because it's a thousand degrees here in the Phoenix Metropolitan area at this time, I thought it would be a couple of days before I could get a guy out to my house. When I called I was STUNNED to hear that someone could be out to me in a couple of hours! WOW, What service! Even though my AC was running fine, I knew it needed attention. Within the next couple of hours, my bell rang and it was Johnny. I let him in and showed him the drip at the top drain and he immediately knew what to do to repair the issue. He grabbed his ladder and climbed in the attic. As I thought he was going to be just there for a look to "assess" the issue, he was up there for a bit longer. He was repairing the issue right away! I thought they were going to have to order parts and all, but NO. Just a bit of time and WAA LAA..... Totally repaired. He even took pictures in his Ipad device to SHOW before and after pics. We went outside and I now see my BOTTOM drain draining the excess condensation as it's designed. Don't be an idiot by calling ANYONE else other than Price My AC for ALL your AC repair and maintenance needs!!!!!!

Our AC technician(Johnny) did a fantastic job during the recent tune-up. He was thorough, professional, and really took his time to make sure everything was working perfectly. You could tell he knew his stuff — he checked all the components, cleaned the system, and made sure it was running efficiently.

Johnny recently made a service call. He was on time, efficient, personable, knowledgable & immediately diagnosed the issue & resolved the problem. He insisted there was no charge for the service call. Companies kill for employees like these - it's what makes you stand out. As for John Lamont, you could likely trust him with your life but assuredly with your air conditioning needs! They just do everything right!

What a wonderful find. Just wish we would have known about them sooner. Two years ago we paid around $12K for a Crane unit with 2 years of service. From the get go it vibrated sometimes so much that cupboards rattled. Also sometimes it made a thunk sound when starting. We contacted the installing company and they sent 3 different techs out. Two said all was fine, one said we needed to buy a $600 piece of equipment. Luckily a family member had some work done by Johnny Concho and recommended him. He was great! He fixed the issue at a very reasonable price, showed us photos of the unit, answered our questions. We will be switching to pricemyac just as soon as our current 2 year coverage runs out.

Our 16 year-old AC went out in the middle of July. The fix was prohibitively expensive so it was finally time to get a new system.

John gave us the most detailed and transparent quote I've ever received from a contractor. It even included their overhead rates, which I've never seen anyone else do. I really liked knowing that they were charging an agreeable rate for their work, and not just hiding the amounts in their top level numbers like almost all other contractors do.

We got several other quotes, but no one else was coming close on price for the unit we wanted (high efficiency Bosch unit). After speaking with John, he gave me a lot of confidence that he knew a lot about HVAC systems and was dedicated to providing a high quality installation.

The installation went well, the few hurdles that came up were handled with no issues. Our house is now nice and cool, and we will definitely recommend John and PriceMyAC to friends and family!
