Our AC unit stopped working on a very hot Saturday afternoon. We called PricemyAC’s emergency number and John picked up right away. He said that he could stop by in about 30 minutes and he arrived promptly on time. He diagnosed the problem in about 10 minutes and our AC was working again soon after. John was punctual, professional, polite, knowledgeable, honest and his rates were very reasonable. We would highly recommend John and PricemyAC for your air conditioning needs.

John was very professional and arrived early. A contractor came previously to my home from my home warranty and said that the compressor was bad and I would eventually need a new unit and there was nothing they could do until the air conditioner stops working. John tested my system and replaced the failed capacitor in 5 minutes. The house is cool for my kids and animals once again.

I used John’s company to install my system last year. Nothing but good things to say about the process and his transparency on costs. He even loaned me a portable A/C unit for a few days.

I used them again just today to troubleshoot an issue. They were on-site about 90 minutes after I called, on what will be a very busy 118F day for them. The part was covered under warranty. John and Johnny are reliable, honest, and a pleasure to work with.

My wife and I are in the process of buying our first home and wanted to make sure the AC was functioning properly before closing. Previous technicians claimed to have found no issues, but there were some red flags. Johnny came out to take a look before our final walk through and couldn't have been more helpful. He was able to get to the bottom of the issue and performed a full evaluation very quickly as well as educated us about proper AC care and standards. Johnny did a fantastic job and we could not be more satisfied with the service.

John is a great guy and I trust his work. He installed two new units for me 16 years ago and has taken excellent care of them. It is easy to get ahold of John and to make an appointment. Maintenance is the key and they are awesome at reminding me when it’s time for service. John even replaces my filters regularly since a ladder is no longer my friend. Price my A/C completed a complete replacement of my existing A/C and heating units in 2020. They were great to work with, provided competitive, fair pricing, and have responded to every call I have made in a quick time-frame and reliable manner. When installing the unit I needed to coordinate for them to install when my neighbor was home because I could not be there. They were flexible and the installation was performed without a hitch. When the first winter came and we needed to use the heat, it wasn't working properly and they sent someone the very next day who was able to fix the problem immediately. I just had the units serviced yesterday, and again had to coordinate with my neighbor since I couldn't be there. They were great about communicating their arrival time to her and keeping me looped in as well. I would highly recommend Price My A/C if you are looking for service or an updated unit.

John installed AC units on our house and has performed yearly maintenance on our house and rental properties for over 11 years. They are always prompt to respond, explain the issues if any and handle the issues for us and our tenants without any problems. I really appreciate that I feel like they are almost on-call for us and our tenants. Even helped me solve a Nest thermostat issue over the phone that was my own install. Highly recommended.

Johnny did a fantastic job getting to root cause on my AC unit during the hottest time of the year the day before the 4th of July holiday. Unfortunately the AC needs replaced but in the meantime Johnny provided two portable units so that my dogs and I will be fine until the new unit arrives. I greatly appreciate this gesture and desire to keep my dogs comfortable while I am at work. Johnny was very kind and willing to answer questions while he worked. I made an appointment for Monday online because one of our roof mounted AC units was blowing warm air, called Nick to see if they had any availability sooner (Sunday), and he called back to say that Johnny would be able to do it!
