I have been very pleased with AC Experts services. Kid has been coming to do the maintenance on my air conditioner for several year. He’s explains what services they are providing on each visit.

Kid came out to my home today to quote a replacement heat pump system. When he got here I was in a whirlwind trying to get quotes & make sense of it all! Kid immediately set me at ease. It was obvious he knew what was doing with expert knowledge of my needs. Although I haven't made a final decision on AC Experts, he offered to open up all the vents in my home & the difference in airflow was unreal!! I am definitely considering giving my business to this company!

The technician was amazing! He was honest about all the costs upfront and they were able to come the next day to do the install. Talk about 5 star services, AC Experts has a very happy customer here!

I don't normally write reviews but this is an exception. On a scale of 1 to 5 I would rate the company as a 6. They are competitively priced and do outstanding work. They gave me a turnkey price and after running into some difficulties with one of the units they replaced it did not change. What should have been a 4 to 5 hour process turned into a 2 day process. Installers were very professional, courteous and personable. I would very highly recommend this company without hesitation.

I have never dealt with such a great HVAC company in my life. During the Phoenix summer, I couldn't even get a callback from a handful of companies. The ones I could talk to were all a week out to even come look at my unit. This company happened to be working on my street. While those techs were busy, they did give me their card and told me to call the office. I called and another tech, Eric, was out at my house within an hour or so. Not only was he pleasant and knowledgeable, he was able to fix the issues in less than 15 minutes. On top of it, he undercharged me since the fix was so easy. It is almost unheard of to be undercharged by an AC company during the Phoenix summer. A lot of the time, other companies want to overcharge you. I would recommend this company to anyone who asks.

Adam, Diego & Albert came to my home to replace ductwork that rats had eaten through. They arrived on time were very friendly and professional and went above and beyond for my job. They provided answers and suggestions that were valuable. Thank you.

I like supporting companies that don’t use high pressure sales tactics. Kid offered me a few options for a new ac and water heater and helped me choose the right systems for me.

I would highly recommend this company over the larger high pressure sales tactics companies out there.

Just had a new Trane A/C unit installed. We had Eric, Kid, and Luis involved. I have never been treated with better customer service from all involved in my life. This company rocks, and the technicians are some of the best around. I highly recommend this company for service, knowledge and performance. Kid was my saleman. He was very nice and knowledgeable about the products. He seemed honest and trustworthy, and that made me feel comfortable in purchasing a big item like this. They installed my new Lennox A/C today and they did a great job. Luis and Alex were the installers and Kid was there also. Kid truly went out of his way to make everything right. I hope to have ACExperts as my A/C expert for a long time.

Great experience with AC Experts. Kid came out on a Saturday when our AC stopped working. A different company came out and repairs would have taken a week. That company quoted me the same system for thousands more. I was offered gift baskets and my wife was offered makeup and don't forget about the 200 dollar check in the mail. After I called AC Experts Kid was there in a couple hours and no gimmicks, no flare, just honesty and a fair price. System was installed within days and they worked hard. I was very pleased with the installation, before AC Experts the flow in my house was very uneven and now it's perfect. I would highly recommend anyone who is the need of replacing their AC, check out AC Experts. Also, shout out to Alex, this installer is the best. Thank you.

Would recommend this AC company highly. Kid came out and gave us a great bid and made adjustments to our ductwork to improve airflow. The three installers were very professional including leaving no trace they were even here. After installation Kid made a trip out three days later to confirm all the work was done correctly and showed us pictures!! Thank you AC Experts!!

We replaced our 35 year old Trane heat pump system. The team (Alex and Alex) at A/C experts did an awesome install. Super happy with the price and the quality install. I would recommend A/C Experts.

The two people sent to clean the vents in my house were right on time. They were polite, courteous and pleasant. The worked diligently and did what I feel was a very professional job. I would recommend them to anyone.

2020 update: had our annual inspection done. Once again, they needed to come out a second time. This time a screw was left out of the air handler. While this is very minor, it is this lack of attention to detail that is very consistent. If you use this company, please pay to have a second company come out and check their work.

2018 initial review: We recently were in need of a new AC unit. I received quotes from multiple companies and decided to go with AC Experts. One concern I had with the initial quote was it did not include increasing the return size for the new unit. I had them reevaluate our needs and the salesman, agreed that a larger return was warranted and wrote increasing it into the contract. I signed and we scheduled for the next week.

They came out, installed the new unit, but failed to increase the return. Additionally, they left a jumble of wires hanging out of the air handler in our garage - it looked lazy and amateur (see picture). I contacted the salesman about it and sent him a picture. They had a different technician come out the next week to clean it up (which he did, it looks ok). At that time I also had them assess the air flow to the unit as they had not increased the return as originally contracted to do. Upon investigating, he found that the 1 week old compressor was shutting off due to... "Lack of return air". They agreed to have someone come out and do the ductwork.

When the guy came out to do the ductwork, he said very little to me and appeared to be frustrated that he had to do this work (it was the same guy who did the initial install). When work was completed, I asked what work was done and he rolled his eyes and said: increased the return, like we said we would. I asked about the compressor and he said it wasn't his job. Awesome.

I called AC Experts the next chance I had (3 days later) and asked if they'd be sending someone out to check the pressures and air flow. They said they'd be happy to for a $65 service fee. No thanks, I'm not the one who screwed up. I then emailed the guy who fixed the wires and saw the air flow issue, he said I "should be good to go." Not very reassuring.

It is frustrating to hire a company to do thousands of dollars of work, on something I know little about, and then essentially have to fight to get the job done correctly. AC is their business not mine. Things like return size and end product appearance should be on their radar...as supposed experts. If you use this company, inspect the work carefully. It might even be worth paying to have a second company come in and inspect the final product...I was definitely not satisfied with my experience. (I did have a second company assess. We were significantly low on refrigerant, and there were multiple leaks in our air handler. Ac experts had to come out twice more to address after that)

Wow! We have never had such personal attentiveness, respectfulness and caring actions taken by an A/C company as we have experienced with AC Experts and technician, Kid Meoli. From the moment we met with Kid in our home in obtaining a quote and the necessary information, we were onboard. Since our old Trane A/C was still working after 20 years, but was nearing its lifespan, we did wait a couple of days to notify Kid that we were ready to replace it with another Trane unit. Also, as we met the other AC Experts technicians, everyone was very professional and took very good care of us, and that includes Russ Ward, the owner of this 5-Star company. I have referred the upper management at my job to A/C Experts. I highly recommend their services and technicians! Thank you very much, AC Experts, you are the best!

Shopped around and the winner was AC Experts. Kid called and after discussing the work we needed to have done. We set an appointment and everything was set in motion. Showed up and began work. Kid and his assistant(sorry I am bad with names, Alex comes to mind)were personable, courteous, conscientious, informative and the work they did was spot on. Customer service was above reproach, I should know as I have worked in the customer service field for over 30 years. Appreciate the down to earth atmosphere but still keeping the business aspect present. I will be referring AC Experts to my friends. Thank you.
