Eric was incredibly reasonable in his price when our AC went out. We had many companies come through to give us an estimate and Patriot Air was by far the best. They were so thorough and helpful. Dave was an awesome technician. We will be using them in the future instead of George Brazil as that company was not remotely on par with Patriot Air in their service or cost.

We signed a maintenance contract with Patriot Air to inspect our HVAC twice a year. Eric Lipp was our maintenance person and he took me on a tour of both of our HVAC systems. He told me what they look for and what would be signs of problems. Luckily this time there were none. Eric did not try to sell me anything expensive and he told me what i should ask for in the coming spring maintenance check. All in all a very positive experience.
Patriot Air was also very easy to work with in setting up the appointment and making sure that Eric came out at a time that was convenient to me.

We had Patriot Air, Inc install a new A/C on our roof early this summer. They were available on Sunday, when it went out, amen n one else was. We knew we couldn't band-aid it up for another summer, so we chose replacement. They made it very easy and we were able to finance it. That was about three months ago. Last night the new one quit working so we text Patriot Air, Inc after 7pm, afterhours. Eric text right back and was here the next morning to see what was going on. We blew a fuse and three minutes after he was here it was all good again. He explained how our old house is set up in the box up there and we'll now be better prepared if it happens again. Great strong blowing unit, wonderful company with fast, clean service. We'd recommend them to anyone! Thank you!

Eric was extremely thorough in explaining options and technical details. He actually improved the air distribution system after seeing how bad the original system was installed. He did not add cost and stuck to original estimate. Fantastic work!👍👌🏻

Went through our warranty company. Phoenix Air Dynamics came out next day and fixed the unit. Technician did a great job.

Larry did a great job. He was in and out quickly and when finished told us what he had fixed and advised of allowing time for the ac to cool off the house. It was cool within a couple of hours.
