My parents recommended these people. After postponing our first appointment for our broken AC twice, they showed up, saw there was a problem, and then left. They said they would be back later that day, but didn't come. They came back the next day and pinpointed the problem. They seemed to know what they were talking about, and even critiqued the previous AC guy's work, but didn't do anything about it. When we finally set up the appointment to actually FIX the damn thing, they showed up several hours early while nobody was home. I am not calling these people again, and I don't recommend that you do either.

AC broke. They came out next day on the hottest day of the year, had the part on the truck and got me going asap. All handled while I was out of town. Tech called and kept me informed throughout the whole process. A+ customer service.

Eric and crew really came through with repairing my duct work on my ground set mobile home. They could have replaced it and cost me considerably more. Thank you for your honesty and saving me money.

Eric and his team are knowledgeable, trustworthy, affordable and reliable. They will NOT upsell you to take advantage of you. They shoot you straight with what you've got, and give you options and pricing and pros/cons to make informed purchase decisions. They understand HVAC maintenance and repair is expensive, and they do a thorough job to get you your money's worth. Billing, invoicing and scheduling are a pleasure with Krista taking care of the office.

Eric (and team) was professional, courteous and promptly showed up for my service calls. He was patient with my zero knowledge of HVAC and took the time to educate me on what my AC issues were. On many occasions Eric answered various questions I had during off-hours and weeks within a few minutes. Thanks Eric!

Typically I am a DIY person. Decided to replace a simple thermostat, but soon realized the wiring was confusing and had no clue about multistage vs. single stage or heatpump vs. standard electric. Called Eric and he picked up immediately. Offered to come by and check system out after normal business hours-no extra charge. I was not in the area, so he suggested I call the next night and he would come by.
Next night he showed up and quickly diagnosed system, was very professional and finished within 30 minutes. Also suggested additional services, but was not pushy or aggressive.
Overall, I would recommend his company for your next job. Locally owned and operated. Keep America strong, support small business, try Patriot Air.

Been with Patriot Air for many years (5 or 6). They do a great job keeping my 18 year old ac units, I have 4, up and running! Highly recommend!!!!!

The owner Eric of this business is the most unprofessional, disrespectful, vile, and abusive humans I have ever had to deal with. He was hired last month to fix my ac. He did nothing other than say he was going to get some parts and would be back. He never came back but happily took my money. Weeks go by. It’s 115 degrees and my ac is not working again. I call him and he verbally attacks me on the phone. He tells me he was installing a system in an attic and will call back. He calls later attacks me again. At this point I am not addressing his abuse as I’m giving him the benefit of the doubt. Maybe heat stroke. He sends someone over to my house they say run the fan for 30 min and it will dethaw. He left. 30 min didn’t work. So I ran it for 6 hours then shut it off for 4 hours in 100 degrees weather 90 in my house with pets!! Still is not working. Running the fan 12 more hours. I text him in the am. He calls me and is belittling me, talking down to me, yelling at me and overall abusive as he was the day before. It’s definitely not heat stroke. It is him. He is just as the other reviewers have said “rude” “mean” “nasty” He lacks professionalism so much so he can’t help himself. When someone leaves a bad review he again attacks and makes false statements about them right on the review for all to see. Run from this man. I am in disgust he uses the term Patriot in his company. Such a disgrace. I am so happy I went with a different respectable company.

I am so Happy i called Patriot Air. I have been with 2 other AC companies in Phoenix and they both started off ok, then went to crap when I wouldn't replace my unit. Called Patriot and I don't need to replace it now,. I am still planning on it, but it is nice to know Eric will work with my finances and give me time to do this right. Thanks Eric for not walking away like the others.

David did an excellent job in servicing my air conditioning. He also helped to put together a three year maintenance agreement for my new location.

Well , the first time I used your services it was for my business.
Second time around you charged and refused to Fix my old A/C temporarily ti I get a new one.
That was for my Houses.

Let me tell you... Patriot Air (Eric -owner) came out and LITERALLY saved my mom from a huge AC/Heater Scam! She called me in so upset - She had another company by and they told her she immediately needed a new unit (to the tune of 8500!) and told her to not even try to start it up. Well... she wouldn't have been able to because they dumped Freon and disconnected wires to help her believe their scam tactics. Another scam attempt on an older female customer - shame!!! She asked me who to call and I immediately said Patriot (they had kept our 20 year old system running far more summers than it should have!) Eric came, saw what was going on and a tune up charge later... system is working PERFECTLY! I cannot thank you enough, Eric! Really. If more than 5 stars were possible... we would give them!

Had them over to give me an estimate on installing a new ac unit. I called them and explained the situation - I would be supplying the hardware, and I only needed installation. They agreed to come out and give me a quote in a couple of days.
They came out, and I went over the details of what I had in mind. They didn't seem to care too much about that; rather they were were very critical of an ac already installed, and even more critical of the ac I wanted them to install. They seemed to have an attitude - a "chip on their shoulder(s)" so to speak. They were just plain rude and obnoxious
Even though I told them I had already selected the new ac unit, they continued to criticize it and instead promoted a cheap Chinese ac available on Amazon. Of course, they expected I would purchase it through them.
They never did get me a quote - I guess it's just as well. I would not use them after their terrible attitude and unprofessional presentation of themselves.

while is was a while ago, Patriot Air was very good at diagnosing our A/C problem and recommending a fix without being pushy. They also too the time to explain the problem to us. High recommend.

Very through inspection and clean out of our HVAC. Dave was our technician. Really nice and patient guy. He gave us a complete education on our unit and all the components. We will use them again for sure.

I had several A/C companies come out to do a routine maintenance on my unit. The first told me my 12 year old split unit needed to be completely replaced at a price of $15,000 - $20,000. 2nd company said all I needed was a new compressor at $5,000. - $8,000. The 3rd company, again said I needed a whole new unit, oncluding a new duct system because mine no longer met code. Their quote was $30,000. Maybe more depending on what they might find once the work started. 4th company said my compressor was in great shape, I just really need the whole unit cleaned really good, possibly the coils replaced because they see signs of rust. I may need to replace the heat pump if they can't find right coils to fit.
Patriot Air gave me a complete comprehensive report, along with pictures. They were the first company that made me feel like they were giving me an honest report & estimate of $1,500. My unit worked beautifully in the record heat of 2023, and still working fine.

Been with Patriot Air for years, and Eric has gone above and beyond to help me out when I’ve experienced emergency issues with my AC. Everyone at Patriot Air is professional, courteous and responsive.

We are at our CA home and I noticed that the east side a/c at our AZ home wasn't cooling. It was running continuously. Eric the owner of Patriot had come out in July to address a blower issue. He was extremely informative and professional. My call for this issue went right to him. He was out at the house in about an hour of our conversation. He immediately located the issue. It was a compressor capacitor. He said he carries 100 of them on his truck. He completed the repair right away. He even sent me pictures of the part and his thermostat plugged into the ducting showing 60 degree air. The east side of the house had risen to 87. The cool down began! Eric and his company are top notch. Patriot will be our go to company for any/all HVAC issues. With so many companies out there that don't deliver, it is gratifying to find one that over delivers. A big Bravo Zulu to Eric and Patriot Air!
