Sunstate Mechanical did a fantastic job handling our tenant improvement project for our small business. Why did we select Sunstate Mechanical? They were professional in all aspects and were licensed to perform electrical, mechanical, and medical gas re-piping work. Sunstate Mechanical is a one stop shop, and for me, this was a real convenience and made the TI project easier to manage. Our TI project was in two phases. First, Sunstate Mechanical replaced all our commercial electrical outlets and switches to match our specified decor requirements. The entire experience from RFP to job completion was very professional. I appreciated Justin and Andy, the two supervisors, stopping by frequently to check on the project and follow-up on any issues that occurred during the remodel of the electrical items. The next phase was the remodel of our sterilization room. The project was to move several electrical outlets, add outlets, re-plumb for a sink, add some water supplied dental equipment, and move a medical compressed airline to a different wall to accommodate a dental sterilizer. Justin really stepped up and helped me navigate the coordination of a remodel project. The project grew in complexity and quickly went over my head. Justin really did an outstanding job by coordinating a painter/drywall contractor to help despite my over site in properly planning for such a contractor. Thanks to Justin, Andy, David the plumber, and the rest of the team from Sunstate Mechanical the project came together and was completed in the timeline we planned on. A dental equipment supplier, cabinet builder, plumber, electrician, and drywall contractor were all involved, and Justin and Andy made the project so much smoother for us. For that, I really appreciate what Sunstate Mechanical did for us. Our business is better able to serve our customers and Sunstate Mechanical had a big part in our two-phase tenant improvement project. Thank you so much Sunstate Mechanical.

I wished I could give Sunstate Mechanical MORE than 5 stars! ... When it comes to the vital service of climate control in Arizona, the value of knowing a truly outstanding, kind, and honest master in the AC trade is beyond a simple review. I have used Sunstate to service my business' 50 air conditioning units for a decade. I rely on that expertise for my home as well. The peace of mind and, more importantly, the lack of stress Sunstate provides my company and family is worth a good 20 stars. 😁👍

There are a lot of HVAC companies in the area, but this is hands down the best one! The customer service Andy provides is above and beyond. I recommend this company to all my fellow builders.

This is by far the worst company I have encountered. I live in the Scottsdale Shadows condos, where they completed work for us. Currently, I have a leak in my unit. Throughout my 25 years in the HVAC industry, I've never had such a poor experience. My father company government contracting has 1700 employs so I am very versatile in hvac. I’m dealing with an issue that may have originated from their work, but that's not the main point. Each time I try to get a quote to fix this problem, I reach their operator, William, who seems disengaged. I get transferred to a technician who says he’s unsure why I was sent to him, then I have to call back again. The next technician claims he doesn't handle that issue either. This has happen 4 times. Finally i spoke to some one 4 weeks ago and never got back to me. From what I've seen of their work in my building, the quality is subpar. I can’t decide if the customer service, workmanship, or pricing is worse. I’m relieved that they were eventually removed from my HOA. If you are thinking about hiring this company, I strongly advise getting at least two quotes from different firms; you might be surprised by the differences. It appears they have little concern for their service quality, likely because they mainly focus on industrial work rather than building customer relationships. When I called again today to inquire about the delay in getting a simple water shut-off quote, they accused me of being rude and hung up. I have never experienced a company that hangs up on a customer. Although I've dealt with difficult customers myself, I believe in prioritizing customer service. In my opinion, they charge excessively for their services. Seems to change based on customer to cosutmer. I typically don’t leave negative reviews, understanding the challenges in this industry, but in this case, I have been courteous, yet they continue to treat the situation lightly. I have reached out over and over to have this worked out and get no were. Also on line there is no corporate number I can reach so not sure if they truly have one. They have very little concern so I agreed to do the same. Changed a simple compressive issue into a problem.

I had them install 3 A/C units over a year ago and was very happy with the service and price. I was so happy that I promised a good review...well, things happen and it is now over a year later and finally a review! I chose A/C Experts because the other big name companies were overpriced and treated me like I didn't know what I needed or wanted. My salesman, Scott, was no pressure and respectful to me as the customer. He was also very attentive to my questions and concerns and was very professional. I will most certainly use them again and would and have recomend them to others. Thank you to A/C Experts for a positive, stress-free experience!

Had a quote from Parker & Sons that I had a feeling was overpriced for the services I actually needed done, and was quoted for replacement that actually didn’t need to be replaced. Shout out to Efren for the amazing work you did on my unit, still running great thanks to you man! And was quoted much less! Definitely recommend Efren!

Brian is amazing! He came out within 3 hours of us calling because our air conditioning was completely out. He was professional and kind. He even asked if he could give my dogs treats, which was so sweet! He figured out that I needed a new motor and made it his top priority to get the part. When he found out that the manufacturer would not have the part in for a week he called everywhere to hunt it down for us. Then after hours of research told the manufacture that there was no part in the valley and that rush shipping would not be enough when we have 100 degree weather. He got the manufacturer to agree to give him the part out of one of their brand new units. He had it installed within 24 hours. I have never had this great of service with an AC company. I highly recommend them!!!

Kid and his team, Luis and Alex, did a great job with the new A/C unit installation. They all were very professional.

These guys are awesome, 2 each 4 ton AC replaced, old units were 20 years old. They made the work look easy due to their professional workmanship. They cleaned ductwork, air intake and existing filters, checked if they were adequate. Explained new units (Trane) and showed failures in old units. Clean up and gone. Kid Meoli, Comfort Specialist, explained what happens prior and operation after. Great Team.

If you are in the market for a new HVAC I highly suggest you contact AC Experts. I had Kid change mine out. He was very professional, but also very friendly. Very happy I went with them.

This review is over 2 years late. I had AC Experts come out to my manufactured home over 2 years ago and they replaced both my furnace and A/C. They did a fantastic job, were very thorough on explaining everything and the new systems works very well! I utilized the down payment plan with monthly payments and just finished recently paying it off. What a great feeling! Friendly, Fast, efficient and I would absolutely recommend A/C Experts to anyone that has a need.

I highly recommend AC Experts. Our technician, Scott Cook was very helpful, pleasant, prompt, and efficient. He came to our home on Friday afternoon at the time the office said he would be there. He explained my options, definitely knew what he was talking about, and came up with a very fair price. I asked when it would be installed, he said tomorrow if I'm in agreement with that. I was very surprised that it would be installed on Sat. The two employee's that came out, were very polite,& professional, completed the installation and cleaned up. On Monday their trim man came out and did an outstanding job on the trim going up in the attic. Again I was very impressed and would highly recommend AC Experts.

Service from A/C experts was strait amazing!!!First off the tech was a super nice and passed my dogs🐕🐕🦮🐩🐕‍🦺 vibe check. They saved me a lot of money compared to what Parker and Sons quoted… Overall A/C Experts is my number one choice for any future repairs I mean done they are friendly honest and helpful!
