I want to give a BIG THANKS to the following employees: Gavin, Victor, Adrian, Kallee and Jordan. They went above and beyond in helping me with the problems I had with my ac unit. They are all very professional and great to work with in providing the best solution for my ac unit. I can see that they love their job and their main priority is to help the customer. I was in desperate need of replacing my dead ac unit and in a very short time, they took care of me and replaced my ac unit. They did an excellent job and explained to me everything that was done. Paramount Home Services is my AC company from now on. They are a company I can trust and I know that things will get fixed correctly. I highly recommend this company to everyone.

I run a business in Tempe. One of my employees referred me to Paramount Home Services when our A/C stopped blowing cool air. The 1st visit was by Samuel. Very professional and nice young man! We thought it would be an inexpensive fix unfortuanetly the compressor went out after only 6 years. They were not the ones that installed. Side note, dont buy coleman units!! Anyway, Samuel had us up and running on the next day as he had to order the compressor overnight delivery. Once installed we had a nice cool breeze. Unfortunately, it went out again after only a week. Samual honored the warranty and replaced it a 2nd time. He spent along time diagnosing and verified nothing else was wrong. Once again 3 weeks later the air was blowing hot. This time Samual came out with his supervisor Adrian. Very professional and knowledgeable also! They spent about 45 minutes and found that one of the casings holding the fuse/ regulator was loose casuing it to misfire and not run properly. It was also determined that it will probably come loose again at some point and I should replace when it does or keep tightening. Alls good now!! Icy cold this morning in the office. My take is that any comapny that stands behind there work needs to be shared to the public. I would recommend Paramount Home Service. I plan on using them for both my business and my home needs!

Hired paramount for my ac that went out, Adrian & Alexis came to do the service. They were absolutely fantastic, super friendly and knowledgeable. We have had other companies and these two young men were the absolute best. We will be frequent customers going forward!

Raul and Roman are the 2 hardest working men in this industry so knowledgeable and skilled and well deserving of raises and promotion. I can say enough about how they fixed our sewer line that leaked for months on end and they came and fixed it and now no more problems these men need to be foremans

My AC went out in the middle of summer and Paramount Home Services really came through for me. As soon as the new unit arrived, they had a team out right away to get it installed. Gavin and Jerimiah were the installers, and they did an outstanding job. They were professional, efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right, all in just one day.

We had incredible service from this company. They were prompt, professional and explained our problem with the leak and the resolution for repair. They replaced our corroded angle stops and also repaired the PVB for irrigation. Thank you Raul and Roman.

I had a leak in my HVAC closet and needed help locating it and fixing it. Jerimiah did an outstanding job, showed me where the problem was, took care of it quickly and professionally, and did the job for the price that I expected. Overall, very pleased with him, his superior attitude, and his performance.

I want to express my appreciation and thankfulness for the exceptional service provided by Paramount Home Services. When the AC went out in the back part of our office, we called them midday. Despite the extreme heat and their busy schedule, they had someone out within a few hours.

They sent a nice young man named Victor, who quickly assessed that the condenser fan had failed. He gave us a reasonable price, especially considering the short notice and the middle of summer. Victor had the necessary parts on his van and fixed the problem immediately.

The owner even showed up to assist Victor, ensuring the job was completed quickly and efficiently. They topped off the refrigerant, which was a pound low, as an added touch.

I would give Paramount 5 stars. Jeremiah and Jordan were excellent. They arrived on time, installed a new AC and explained everything to me. They made sure to protect the stairway and were very careful in handling huge items up and down the stairway.

Alexis did an excellent job cleaning out my AC unit, It was super dirty, and he handled it thoroughly and professionally. He was polite, respectful, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. Great service overall, and I really appreciated his professionalism. Highly recommend you ask for Alexis at Paramount!
