I've been in my house in Desert Ridge for 20+ years and have been a customer since the beginning. They have helped me with new units, regular maintenance and even the occasional "emergency" service. Every time I was treated fairly and with respect, I truly felt valued as a customer.

I used Arizona Refrigeration Service based on a recommendation from a friend. I found the technician provided excellent communication and explained technical problems in plain English without using the typical jargon that I have endured in the past. They arrived within the window provided and the bill matched their quote for the annual maintenance we requested. The technician even provided helpful suggestions on how to keep my HVAC running smoothly, which is appreciated. I have now recommended them to a friend who lives out of town to work on their HVAC system as well and they were equally pleased with Arizona Refrigeration Service.

Jordan came by and checked out my AC unit and found a leak, then saw that the motor was bad. Kelly in the office was fantastic and said that Jordan had explained the part we needed to fix my unit had to be custom made, she reached out to my leasing company and requested a portable AC unit be placed in my apartment until this morning when Jordan came back and installed the new motor. He's extremely nice, informative, and even showed me the nasty gunk that was clogging up my air conditioner. Thank you all for a great experience!

Sebastian and Sal were both very polite and professional, they fixed the problem right away, and now lucky me gets to do dishes again. I’m a Phoenix resident… everyone knows how hot and excruciatingly dangerous our days are in the summer, Jerimaih and Alex came to repair my AC this morning..Alex had to leave because of heat exhaustion. I commend these men for being some of the hardest working technicians I’ve ever seen. 1000% would recommend any day of the week. I work with technicians all day long. We purchased an HVAC system through newac.com which I feel was a great deal. They subcontracted the installation of the system to Paramont Home Services. Initially Jordon came to our home to insure the system we chose was the right one, unfortunately it was not. With his knowledge and expertise the right one was finally chosen and an installation date and an installation plan finalized. Three knowledgeable young men showed up for the installation process Jordon, Jeremiah and Victor. They removed the old system and installed the new one. All three did a stellar job. Very satisfied would definitely recommend.

We had called for a yearly preventative maintenance. They were able to get us scheduled very quickly. The technician, Victor, was knowledgeable, personable, and very quick.
