I have been a customer for more than 10years and have been consistently
delighted with the service we have received from AHR including Mike the owner, his technicians and the office staff. The work has always been done on time and to our satisfaction. They have often gone above and beyond to
to please us. We have recommended them to family and friends who have also
been pleased with the service they received. Their charges are transparant
and fair with no unexpected add-ons. All in all I would recommend this company to anyone.

From my first phone call to AHR to the completion of the initial service, it was top drawer. Got an email reminder of the service date, a short bio of the service technician being sent to do the work, and an on-time arrival.
Chris Reeves was our service tech and was very polite, patient with my questions, and informative. Was very careful moving his ladder around the house (which my wife appreciated).
I came upon AHR by seeing their truck in the neighborhood, and since I wasn't thrilled with my previous HVAC service company. I gave them a call. I think I found a real winner. Try them. You won't be disappointed.

The measure of a great company is not that they never make a mistake, for that firm does not exist, but how they respond when they do fall short. AHR has been my HVAC company for a long time and on the rare occasion that they have stumbled, they have owned the issue with integrity and had my best interest and satisfaction as their customer at the heart of everything they did to remedy the situation. AHR is truly a great company of exceptional people.

Facing the 'Summer of COVID' with an AC system that was almost 25 years old, I made the decision to seek replacement of my AC/Heating system. Although not the least expensive, AHR did indeed install an excellent system, and they worked with us to help my wife and me 'fine tune' the system to our individual needs. Although we have lived in Scottsdale for 16 years, this has been our first summer season here in Arizona. I must say that the efficiency of the new TRANE system has helped us keep energy costs at a reasonable level. We must also recognize that Mike Jegoda was very helpful and understanding as we worked to achieve our common goals of installation and fine-tuning the new system. THANK YOU.

AHR has been servicing our AC & Heating for more than a few years now. Their techs are knowledgeable, friendly and responsive to questions. If they are ever in doubt they check in with Michael, the owner. I have no reservations recommending them to friends and neighbors.

I had a great experience with AHR. They came out, diagnosed, and repaired my AC unit same day. I was very thankful because it was over 90 degrees inside.

This is our second time using AHR and once again we are very pleased with the service. Julie promptly scheduled the appointment and when a change was needed Hannah was happy to help. The technician, Mike, was on time, very professional, and pleasant. He explained all of his findings and was careful to clean up before he left.
We plan to use AHR for our future heating and cooling needs.

We have been clients for 30 years. AHR does quality work and stands behind their products. We would not consider any other heating and cooling service. The service we had this week was HVAC maintenance. The tech arrived early wearing a mask and shoe covers. He completed the work in less than an hour. Very professional and courteous. Would rate the service a 5 on a 1-5 scale (5 being exceptional).

We had AHR come out and clean out years of dryer vent lint as new dryer was taking forever to dry laundry. Nathan was our technician and did a thorough job of clearing the line. He was professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend him without reservation.

AHR Mechanical did an inspection today and found some serious issues. Nate was our technician and I explained my mom just came home from the hospital and she wasnt doing the best and she has very strict rules on how things should go ...lol. He was extremely patient kind friendly knowledgeable and professional. He made a very difficult situation turn out extra great. Nate also gave us several options so we could afford the repairs and a great quote on a new unit should we decide to go that route. He called his office and I spoke with the manager and the accounts receivable person and both were so pleasant and nice to deal with. It made my mom very happy and she said they were very honest and honorable. She liked Nate a lot and said there are many companies who take advantage of seniors but she completely trusted Nate with his sweet and professional disposition. We have used a few companies over the 20 years because she likes to compare but we always come back to AHR because why use others when AHR always does the best and have the best people. Others in the past have not been honorable and took advantage of her with pricing and not being truthful. She said shes now comfortable never trying anyone else and will just let me call AHR. Everyone there we have worked with over the years have been great but I hope Nate continues with AHR!

This was a great experience. My technician was Chris Reeves and he took time to explain everything very clearly so I understood exactly what was happening with my ac unit. He helped with the repair that made the most sense at the time. He also shared pricing and finance plans that would help me in the future. Leigh B of AHR recently installed a Nest Thermostat after a local company, offering to install one for free, was unable to do it. The other company said we needed to rewire the thermostat to the tune of $800!
Leigh determined we could use the current wiring - not an issue! Service was fast, easy and professional. The Nest is operating as expected. We have been Cactus Club members for about 7 years - excellent, honest service. I would highly recommend them!!!

I have to add this to my review below: Christian just came out to do a check up on my air conditioner and work on my evap that would not power on. I could not be more pleased with his expertise. He found the issue with the evap, ordered the parts and setup a service date. During his visit I encountered a medical issue, he was extremely concerned, went above and beyond to help me and reported my issue to management. Shortly after Christian left, I get a call from AHR's owner to check on me, not my air conditioner, but me.... how great is that???!

This only adds to the reasons that I totally recommend AHR; they are not only technical experts, they are really great, caring people. I love you guys!

I found AHR Mechanical, almost 15 years ago, through a recommendation from Salt River Project when my old air conditioner finally died. I have been with AHR Mechanical ever since and would never think of using anyone else.

I usually get the same technician that takes of my units. This is nice because they know the history of the units and the problems if any. I love their maintenance plan which includes bi-yearly checkups and discounts on repairs and services.

I have 2 homes being serviced by AHR and they even take care of my evaporative cooler if it has problems.

They are always on time, calling before they arrive. They never leave a mess and their technicians are always very professional and knowledgeable.

I have recommended AHR to many and will continue to recommend them. It is so nice to have the peace of mind, knowing that they have my air conditioners in perfect working order. Thank you, so much!

We've been AHR customers for the past 13 years. Mike and crew have always provided straight-up advice, they've been extremely responsive, and their service team has delivered a high level of dependable service. We returned from a lengthy summer trip this week, and discovered our AC unit was laboring under the summer heat.. Julie, Chris and Leigh have been superb with quick-response service calls and we're in great shape tonight!

I had my air conditioner serviced today by Josh, who did an incredible job. I'm supper impressed with his knowledge of the air conditioning system. Its hotter than hell outside and I feel that his service will keep me cool for awhile.

Chris was just here to winterize my air conditioning. As usual excellent reliable work done right on time with good counsel on optimum use of my units. AHR has helped me with so many issues (cleaned ducts, located and replaced kitchen exhaust fan I had searched for without success). Mike and his team go the extra miles on all their service.

Chris and Mike arrived promptly to do our Fall check up. They were both professional and friendly. They even cleaned our clothes dryer vent which was greatly appreciated. We have used AHR for 25 years now and are very happy with their services.

Before a friend recommended AHR I had spent more than 2 weeks, on and off, waiting for repairs for a unit that never got repaired. Then the professionals at AHR came by and fixed the issue right away. They were on time and polite, as well as competent.

I LOVE AHR Mechanical. I've been with them for years now and they've been amazing. Unlike other services, they have excellent customer service, come during the scheduled time, fix everything the first time, etc. They are friendly, professional, and great at what they do. My a/c and heating have been running like a dream since I joined their "Cactus Club" checkup service. Can't say enough good.

AHR is my go-to company for all of my HVAC needs and they even installed my water heater last year! I say trusted because they gave me the honest truth (now 3 years ago) that my unit at the time needed to be replaced soon, but that with a little TLC (which they provided) it would last me another 2 years, and it did! Another well-known company said it wouldn't last another two months and needed to be replaced right away, so I'm glad I called AHR to get a second opinion. A year ago, they installed a brand-new Trane unit which has far and away exceeded my expectations and saved me a ton of money on my electricity bill. I will also always come back to AHR because of great, friendly technicians like Josh who was just out for my annual spring inspection. While everything was good with the unit (as expected), he was also willing to help me with adjusting/calibrating my thermostat - turns out it was off by about 3 degrees relative to the rest of the house, and even offered to help with changing my air filter since he had his ladder there already.
