When Dave ran it, this location was awesome but ever since Dan took over, their customer service went out the window. Steer clear of this branch.

They don't answer phone when I call and even when I leave detailed messages to call me back regarding parts, no one calls back. This is a a very big improvement that Sigler needs to work on!!

I've tried calling for parts on a few different occasions and they don't answer.
I tried to walk in to get parts before 4:30 and they are closed. This is AZ. 115° temps for weeks on end. You'd think they would be open a little later than that.

Horrible customer service. I don't know how this company stays in business. Cannot ever get through on the phone lines to order parts. Always get sent to a voicemail after sitting on hold for 5 minutes.
I tried all yesterday & this morning with no luck at all.
Time to find a new distributer for Carrier. If Carrier was smart, they would drop them.

This location always gets what I need in a timely manor. If I ever have a problem April has always stepped up and help move the ball forward for me and my company. Keep up the great work!

Horrible company. No type of professionalism. Had to wait 40min for a call on a part for a unit and I got sent to 2 different departments and none were for parts. Buy else where this company is just bad business. Just disgusted with the rudeness and lack of availability and work ethic.

Had an issue with Ian at the call center. Came into the store and James helped me out and found all my parts. Spoke with April about my call with Ian and she was willing to hear me out and offer solutions. This branch is top notch, thank you James and April!

Their prices are about 50% more than the other hvac stores around the valley. Phone lady is nice though

The entire AHR team was great. They solved a problem that had stumped several other companies and have my system working great. Additionally, they did not charge me until they had figured out how to repair. I would recommend them over any of the competition.

After 17 years, our heat pump needed replacing instead of high-dollar fixes each year. That was OUR choice, not sales pressure from the tech who had come out a week before for an annual check-up of the system. We had a choice between heat pump brands & units within the brands, & were told the differences among them - again, OUR choice, no sales pressure. We really appreciated that approach. The install date was arranged, & 2 young men arrived within the quoted time frame. These technicians were very pleasant & considerate, as are ALL of the employees of AHR that I've dealt with since 2005. At that time I was taken aback by AHR's prices until the owner explained that they were not the lowest nor the highest, but the quality & service were top-notch. After all these years, AHR has proved itself many times over & I trust them.

We had a duct "separation" at a T Junction in out attic. I tried to tape it up to get us though the summer, but my patch job wasn't hold. AHR gave me an estimate and came out and fixed it. They came in under the original estimate. Each time I have used AHR for my AC, I have been very pleased and happy with their service. They definitely have a loyal customer from me.

These people are great! Courteous, reliable, knowledgeable and they care about the work that they do. My husband and I have used this company for a number of years and have always been more than satisfied with their work. Chris Reeves was our service man and made sure we had a number of options to remedy our problem.

AHR is a small family owned company who has been keeping my A/C unit happy for years. They are friendly, reasonably priced, always competent, courteous, and on time. I am grateful for their service and have recommended them to many! Thank you AHR!

AHR has great customer service and follow up. They provide great analysis of your systems current condition and options on how to keep it properly maintained. When my a/c went down they scheduled a technician the same day.

We have been with AHR for about a year and they are amazing! The first tech (sorry I forgot his name) who did the a/c tuneup offered (and thankfully did not push) suggestions for preventative maintenance. The second tech, Derek, did our heater tuneup this fall and he was nice and efficient and was great with our nosey dog.

Today (12/30) we had Chris come out because something was wrong with our water heater. He was knowledgeable and patient with me while I asked all sorts of questions. He was able to show me what was wrong, and unfortunately it’s nothing that can be fixed so he called in a new unit right away so we could get it installed in the morning. We appreciate his concern for our baby (and toddler) not having hot water, so we are grateful for him putting this in as a priority.

Great trustworthy company!!! Had a new unit installed. They made the process quick and easy without the two hour sales pitch. Everyone has been super friendly and honest. Chris Ragan installed and performed my fall maintenance. Everything is working great. No need to shop around, you won't be disappointed with this company.

AHR has always made sure our AC unit is running in tip top shape. Their technician Chris has been out the last few times and has always been prompt and professional. He very clearly stated how our unit is running and even took some pictures to bring down to show us what he looked at and what he did. I would recommend this company for any heating/cooling needs

We were very fortunate to have been referred to AHR by a friend. We wanted to have our air conditioning system inspected for any defects or inefficiencies. The service we received was nothing less than excellent. The technician, Adam, called to confirm our appointment and showed up on time. He did a very thorough job, including inspecting all the vents, the "handler" and duct work in the attic, and the condenser unit outside. He took his time and explained everything he was doing as he did it. We were very pleased with the service and will definitely be using AHR in the future.
