Had my air vents and dryer vent cleaned be Integrity today. Brian was upfront and fair with the pricing, no scams or gimmicks. Yes see alot of coupons out there for 99.00 dollars, they will come and in the end it will be 600.00. The crew was great, they were professional, clean and on time. I've done all the research for you already. Just call Integrity, you won't be disappointed.

Tyson did a great job, very happy with the service overall. They sent a courtesy text on the way, arrived at the appointment time and answered all my questions. They worked thoroughly and efficiently, they were careful and quiet (even the equipment was relatively quiet), they protected furniture with plastic, and cleaned up when they were done. All around great experience!

Doug came out to assess what was needed for a complete estimate for all our living spaces. In talking with Doug, I felt very comfortable with what his company had to offer. His detail in how they not only vacuum the ducts, but wet mop them assured me this was the company I wanted to go with. Matt and his crew did an excellent job cleaning the ducts in all 3 of our buildings. They were very professional and courteous! Plus they did a great job cleaning up after and worked as a team to get it done in a timely manner. Oh and did I mention after checking pricing with other companies, Integrity Duct Cleaning was by far the best!! I highly recommend this company!

I was so impressed with the work that Daniel and his team performed at my house, that I decided to actually leave my first online review! We purchased a home where the previous owners had not installed filters for an undisclosed amount of time, which was apparent from the smell and the clots of dirt hanging from the ceiling vents. I did not want to overpay for a dry vacuum of the vents from other companies, as I could do that myself, and there was too much dirt in our vents. We found Integrity's mop and clean method interesting so we called and were quoted a very fair price, scheduled service and were given a time frame. On the day of service, Daniel and his team showed up on time, and were professional, courteous, friendly, and did a fabulous job on all of our disgusting ducts and clogged dryer vent. Daniel took the time to show some before and after photos of how bad our intakes and vents were, as I was very curious. We also had a damaged dryer hose and some holes in the vents which needed caulking that the team fixed for us. Instead of charging for every single vent, Daniel only charged us for the few vents which actually needed the patching, which I found very honest and refreshing. The team finished up within the time frame we were initially quoted, and I could immediately smell a difference when the AC was turned back on and have stopped sneezing when it runs at night. I also like to support locally family-owned businesses and Integrity definitely lived up to their name.

Very happy all-around. Great crew members. I appreciate the clean/mild smell of the cleaning solution. The guys worked as a team. Left everything clean/swept when they were done. We had are ducts cleaned by a different company. The method they used did not wash the ducts just brushed and vacuumed. It was still very dirty. Kinda felt pointless and like a waste of money. I was really impressed with Integrity Duct Cleaning. Great crew, efficient and polite. I am very satisfied with the duct cleaning. Worth the price.

I had a great experience with Integrity Duct Cleaning. They scrubbed and cleaned my vents, showing before-and-after pictures. I also had them do the Aeroseal. One side of my house didn't need it, which is unusual for a 14-year-old house, but the other side did. Both crews showed up on time and were very clean and courteous! My home is not as dusty and my HVAC is not running as much as it used to!

The Experience: The technicians arrived within the 2-hour window and completed the work quickly (about 30 minutes). While the service was effective, the communication beforehand was lacking—I didn't receive the promised arrival text and the office didn't respond to my calls during the wait.

Follow-up: I reached out afterward because I was disappointed not to receive before/after photos (which I’ve seen in other reviews). The manager clarified that they only provide photos for air duct cleaning, not dryer vents.

I also asked about upgrading my flexible hose to a rigid one. The manager followed up with the lead tech who confirmed my current hose is in good condition and is actually better suited for the tight space in my condo.

Summary: Overall, a solid and honest company. I’m happy with the technical advice and the cleaning, though the initial communication could have been smoother.
