I had a lot of plumbing issues in this house and they have helped each time, plumbing is expensive and you need someone you can trust. Mark and his team have been honest and less salesy than most companies. The guys who have came over have been nice to work with. Thank you!!

I was stuck in a negative water leak situation in one of my bathrooms. I had to turn the main water line off. I contacted another plumbing company originally and they couldn't come for repair for 5 days. It's hard to operate a household without water for five days. Zippity Split came to my rescue. Sheldon and his assistant, Joey were able to come 3 hours earlier than what had been scheduled. They fixed my problem in short time, didn't try and sell me on unnecessary repair, were professional and very nice. Bottom line, I have my water back on. Zippity Split are my heros of the month.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Jeremy, Sheldon, and Jesus on a few different projects. Most recently a sewer lining job. My experience has always been positive and job details have been explained thoroughly. Will always be giving Zippity Split a call for my sewer issues.

Had the boys out initially to track down a leak that had been really bothering me, and they were able to do so quickly and professionally and then get me scheduled for a serious reroute. The came out again today to finish the job, and again, Zack and Tommy were awesome. They communicated often and clearly, cleaned up well after the job, and were just great at making a difficult situation better. I’d use them again in a heart beat! Zippity Split is my go-to plumbing company. Every step of the way, from speaking to Amber to book a service, to the skilled professionals who came to replace the plug mechanism in my 50 year old tub, Tommy Hentze and Zach. These guys pulled out my stackable washer and dryer to cut through the drywall behind the tub. They were very good at communicating what they were doing. They work very neatly and respectfully. I fully trust them and highly recommend Tommy and Zippity Split.

My experience with Zippity Split went well with the entire process of getting a main sewer line liner installed. The initial inspection and assessment with Mark was good, he explained things well. Sheldon and his helper did a great job, and were good to work with. He definitely knows what he's doing.

Jeremy provided an inspection and a bid. He represented the company well and I trust his recommended action plan. Sheldon and his staff completed the job and I am very satisfied. I wanted to express my sincere satisfaction with the service provided by Zippity Split. We recently experienced issues with our cast iron main line draining slowly, and the team at Zippity Split was exceptional from start to finish.
Jeremy initially assessed the problem, running a camera to identify a severely corroded area in the pipe. He confidently suggested a repair through pipe lining. Ben then provided a temporary solution by hydro-jetting the drain, which allowed us to maintain use of the sewer while awaiting the full repair.
A few days later, Ben and John returned to perform the pipe relining. Their work was incredibly thorough, and they completed the repair in one day to an exceptionally high standard.
It is truly rare to find a company and a team that demonstrates such a high level of care and dedication. We are extremely pleased with the quality of their work, and the price remained fair and consistent with the original quote, despite unforeseen challenges.

I have had to call on Zippity Split a few times in the past year…fixed front main water valve, leak in main water line to house and most recently clogged laundry/kitchen drain. The gentleman that have come out have been great! Very professional and let you know what they need to do and why. Clean up afterwards and explain what they did. Definitely a 5 star company. Don’t hesitate to contact them, you won’t be disappointed.

Sam (not Michael as I was erroneously calling him) has just left as I write this. My saga began a few weeks back when my water heater stopped heating water, right before the Christmas and New Year holidays. At only 5 years old I had hoped to repair it. However, lack of regular cleaning combined with Phoenix’s hard water and outdoor installation made it necessary to replace instead. When I called, it was answered right away with by a real person who scheduled an appointment within 48 hours. The broken unit was made by Rheem which I didn’t know until today is sold only at Home Depot. Luckily it was under warranty. Sam made the call, got the info, drained the old tank, went to the magical plumbing supply store for accoutrements while the old deadbeat drained out, loaded it in his truck, followed me to Home Depot for the exchange, brought the new unit back, and installed it, all in under 5 hours. The cost of all this is extremely reasonable especially as Sam when above and beyond. I was able to pay with a credit card because who writes checks anymore?

If I could give 10 stars I would. Zippity Split is my new plumber.

I called Zippity Split Plumbing to get a second opinion on a main sewer line issue I was experiencing after seeing positive comments about them on social media and online reviews. There was a clog in the main sewer line causing a backup. The first company I called (Precision) came out and ran a snake down the line, but they were unable to clear the line even though the snake made it all the way to the septic tank. They then ran a camera down the line from inside the house, but nothing could really be seen as the line was full of water. They ran the line from the outside clean out toward the inside of the house and got to a point where the line appeared blocked. The plumber said that it looked like there may be a partial collapse. He then suggested that the line needed to be repaired with a liner (CIPP) at an estimated cost of $11,000! to include cutting a hole in my painted cement flooring in the bathroom and digging a hole outside.

I called Zippity for a second opinion and scheduled an appointment for an estimate for several days later between 8AM-10AM. At 9AM on the day of the appointment Zippity called me and told me that the person scheduled to come out could not make it as they were tied up on an emergency call. They offered to reschedule the appointment for the next day (2PM-4PM). Jeremy arrived at about 4:30PM. He was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. I explained the problem I was having, and he ran a camera down the sewer line from the outside clean out and cleared the blockage with the camera by itself (hooray)! Upon viewing the sewer line with the camera, he recommended a descaling to remove rust, sludge and hard water scaling inside the cast iron pipe. He showed me photos and video of the sewer line and later sent them to me via email.

Jeremy created a repair estimate with three different options. Descaling, hydrojet and installation of a double two-way clean out (outside) for the sewer line to replace the single 1960’s era cast iron clean out for a cost of $3,480 (I chose this option). It was recommended that the kitchen drain/vent line be replaced and rerouted to alleviate kitchen grease going down the drain where it was thought it currently does for $3,245 (I chose not to do this). The third option was to add two shut off valves and hose bibs where I needed them for $475 (I had them do this option too). Jeremy was able to quickly get me scheduled for this service the next day (Wednesday) between 8AM-10AM, as I was going out of town for a while at the end of the week.

The next day Mikey Wood and Zach arrived at 9:45AM. They completed the service and installation of the above options I chose by 4:30PM, after running into a couple issues with removal of the outside cast iron clean out in 103° temps. They ran a camera down the line before and after the descaling, and I was able to watch the viewing screen as they did it. Mikey and Zach did a great job. After they were done, you wouldn’t know that they even dug a large hole outside. They did a great job.

I highly recommend Zippity Split Plumbing. I will call them again for any future plumbing issues.

Had a leaking leaking water heater. They came out same day and fixed it right away. Very informative on what they fixed and answered all my questions. The tech was super knowledgeable and nice. Would definitely use them again!

The plumber, Tommy Hentze, arrived on time, quickly identified the source of the leak, and gave me a quote. There was no pressure to accept (although, obviously I did). He maintained a friendly demeanor, got the problem fixed quickly and, again, there was no pressure to upgrade anything. I would definitely use this company again.

The pipe under our kitchen slab burst, dumping hot water under our house. Zippity came out and provided a reasonable price. They did the work in one day and did little things they didn't have to we really appreciated. It was a bad problem, but a good experience overall due to ZSP. I'd recommend them.
