Earlier in the year, I had received an email from the City of Tempe stating my property was using an unusual amount of water. I looked around and found a company that detects leaks for $249 per hour. I was told that was standard pricing. I had them come out, and in five minutes, they told me it was an irrigation leak in the front yard and that they charge a 1 hour minimum. I was so relieved that it was an irrigation leak only, that I didn't even care about the price in the moment. A few weeks ago, I had received a similar email and reached out to the person who first detected my leak and scheduled for them to come out. I then looked at my previous payment to them and was shocked at how much I paid so I immediately cancelled. I did some research and came across Zippity Split Plumbing offering leak detection services for $99. Jeff M from Zippity Split came out and quickly found it was an irrigation leak again. He even showed me exactly how he found it and how I can be confident that it isn't a slab leak, which would have been a nightmare. I appreciated his thoroughness and explaining it to me at a basic level so that I could understand, and of course very glad I saved $150 this time. Hope I don't have a leak again, but if I do, I'll reach out to Zippity Split again.

Excellent company: they show up on time, very resourceful & hard working, finish the job, no hidden surprises, great communication. Raul A., Amber and Mark are great. Zippity will be my first call on any plumbing issue, large or small. I had old cast iron drain pipes that were scaled, rusted, nearly clogged and falling apart. I have a neighbor that is digging up his foundation to remove and replace old pipes, but Zippity had a different solution: a complete trenchless relining of the pipes. Seeing the before and after videos of the pipes was amazing; I now have new pipes with a 25 year warranty. Thank you Zippity.

Everyone I communicated with at Zippity was top-notch. All my cast iron plumbing collapsed under my house. The whole incident was extremely stressful. After getting estimates from 2 other companies, I went with Zippity because I felt able to trust them. The work they did was great and went through 4 inspections flawlessly as I put my house on the market and sold it afterwards.

I recently had my water heater replaced and I couldn't be happier with the service. The technician, Sam, was absolutely AMAZING. From start to finish, he was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with the new system before he left. If you want the job done right, ask for Sam!

Our kitchen sink drain was plugged so I called Zippity Split plumbing at 4:30 in the afternoon. The nice lady who answered the phone was able to have someone out the next morning by 11:00. The technician texted me within the time frame specified to let me know he was on his way. Sheldon showed up. He was very friendly and a knowledgeable plumber. He spent about an hour working on the line but was able to get the stoppage out. Price was very reasonable.

These people are rock stars in the plumbing industry. We didn’t call them first but they were the most knowledgeable people. Two plumbing companies failed to fix our plumbing problems. We called Zippity and they spent several hours diagnosing our problems and laying out a solution. It was a huge undertaking but these people really know their craft. Great team. Zippity was highly responsive when I needed them most. The owner was very fair with me on a complete and complicated repiping job of my large rental home requiring more than 40 drywall entry points. The Zippity team worked responsibly with my renter, kept their mess to a minimum and cleaned up after. My drywall repair guy said he’s never seen a cleaner/straighter cuts making easier his repair job. I highly recommend Zippity plumbing and would use them again.

If I could give 5-more stars!!! We cannot recommend Zippity Split Plumbing enough! We live in a 75-year-old home with the original cast iron sewer line plumbing, so we knew repairs and re-lining were inevitable. From the start, they provided a thorough, free inspection and a very clear plan of action.

During the project, we discovered the drain lines also needed repair. While there were a few "bumps" and even some unplanned leaks due to the nature of the work, the team "scooped" right in and handled everything. We didn't have to worry about a thing; they truly took care of us the entire way.

Our sales rep, Jeremy, was great, and Sheldon, our tech, was exceptional. Sheldon oversaw the work and was so kind in explaining every detail. Even when human mistakes happened, they were completely transparent, coming to us immediately to explain what happened and how they fixed it. Their integrity is top-notch. We actually have a massive regret about not using them for another project we had quoted—lesson learned! We will definitely be calling them for all future needs.
