We called for service on our A/C and was able to get an appointment for the next day, which was fine, as it was not an emergency. Connor came out on schedule and checked everything out. No repairs were required.

The first guy that came out was on time, extremely nice, professional and fast. He opted to send someone later when the water was back on for a quality check. The second guy was also over-the-top nice and provided options for payment. Paying online after the work was done was easy and convenient. I know I can always trust DC Family Plumbing due to the quality of their work and their service.

Amazing experience. Very professional and they even fixed a problem I had in addition to why they came out. I called in the am after the long weekend and they were there by afternoon. They called to let me know they were 30 mins out and showed on time. Very experienced and diligent!

My air conditioning unit started to leak. In Scottsdale... In the summer... What is the first thing you do? Panic! I had received a recommendation for DC Family Plumbing. I contacted them and Devon Carr arrived to diagnose the problem. He was so knowledgeable and professional. He repaired it perfectly. I will be recommending him to friends and neighbors.

So last week we had our drains BACKED UP. For about 3 days I tried to drain o it and use this crystal heat stuff to burn it out, no dice. I called them up, they had a guy out in 30 min (impressive), and knocked it out in another 30 min! Our guy was Connor. Super friendly and professional, he worked around us, babies and dogs. Honestly I'm saving my time and patience and calling them first thing from now on, Thank you Connor!

The most knowledgeable, plumbing company I’ve ever encountered. It’s hard to calculate the amount of money I save because they go right to the problem and fix it. No time wasted trying to troubleshoot, like other plumbing companies.

The agents were kind, effective, explained situation, solved the issue. Only comment is that I think the price was somehow high. In any case I will recommend DC to any neighbour in need of some assistance with the air. Again the agents handle the issues with professional efficiency.

I contacted DC Plumbing on a Sunday morning.
They responded within about 5 minutes and gave me a time frame for when they would arrive. They kept in touch providing updates about their arrival time and who would be coming to do the repair. I had an RO system that had leaked into my sink cabinet. The leak would not stop. They ended up arriving earlier than expected and made the repair. The tech also gave me some information about another plumbing issue I have. Very knowledgeable, personable and professional service tech. I highly recommend DC plumbing anytime you have a plumbing issue.

I can say hold heartedly the Plumber who came to preform the work are excellent and professional. And went ahead and did the major part of repair. But, I was disappointed to find out when the correct trim had not been order and was not in stock. Now I wait again for the trim and for install to be completed. Not sure where the breakdown occurred, luckily my work schedule is flexible enough to accommodate the additional visit required.
