Hi, I would like to thank Arid Valley plumbing for sending out my technician Dustin. He was absolutely professional, courteous, and of course I had 1 million questions in the small space with my bathroom as he repaired a tub leak. He was very patient with me, but he did learn that there was a leak behind the wall of my shower. He explained step-by-step his plans. And notified Drylux. A tech from Drylux came out. Dustin introduced me and they both talked to me about the next process. I felt so comfortable with Dustin and that he just took charge and made sure that everything was taken care of to keep my stress level down…I highly recommend Dustin to anyone, he was absolutely amazing, courteous, and friendly. If I ever find myself needing to use Arid again, I will request him again. Thank you and God bless to you, Dustin and Avid plumbing for the best customer service I have received. Deb W

Dustin was great! Fixed our issue very quickly

We were out of town and we were notified of a water leak from our sensor. After confirming our neighbor said the water heater was leaking. Dustin assessed the problem and took care of it in a timely manner refitting pipes to the new water heater making sure everything was to “code.” We will be doing business with them again! Thanks Dustin!

So one of the Arid Valley plumbers, Chris, came to our house to do a small plumbing repair. He was very friendly and professional and explained what needed to be done and after he fixed our issue, he kindly showed us his work and explained what was improved. We really appreciate the personal attention.

What was amazing is, he took time to explain to me what the problem was and educated me on how he fixed it. Absolutely incredible service! They were assigned to me through my home warranty so I was a bit uncertain. Well, they exceeded my expectations!

The plumber, Brad, arrived right on time and was very courteous. I had a few problems around the house I needing diagnosed. He was relentless to find the root causes- one in particular was bewildering but he found it! He explained everything clearly in terms I could understand before starting any work.

The repair was done efficiently and meticulously. Not only did he fix the problems but he also took the time to make sure everything was in perfect working order and even offered some helpful tips.

Look no further for honest, reliable, skilled work!

Complete scam on work and pricing. Same situation as other Home Warranty complaints here on Google, charging for modifications that are unnecessary and basic process of an install, also using my old original parts and charging for new. Check out the photo of the exhaust vent, all the original venting parts except for that small piece of aluminum at the top that cost me $200, seems reasonable... right?!? This is all part of a $650 install scam for unnecessary so called modifications. Side note it took them 14 days to pull this robbery. Worst plumbing company practices in the valley stay clear from this so called business.

Frankly, I find your response beyond disappointing. A vague apology doesn’t fix the unacceptable service I received. This isn’t just about frustration—it’s about a failure on your end to meet even basic expectations.

Do you actually plan on doing something to correct this situation, or are you just leaving a generic responses and empty reassurances like you do for all the other disappointed customers who have left reviews of your bad business practices.

Mario was excellent and the service we received from AV Plumbing was better than I could have ever imagined. They were able to come out Tuesday afternoon and diagnose the issue with our water heater. Within 48 hours we had a new water heater installed. Fair pricing, prompt service and professional employees and technicians make an excellent business!!!
