We had a major plumbing issue when our shower was being installed. John Akamine came the next day and was amazing! He was very knowledgeable, explained what needed to be done, and was very pleasant to interact with. Highly recommended!

I appreciate the abundance of communication before the technician arrives as well as the thoroughness of the technician once he does arrive. What can I say...Mike was one of the most professional, friendly and knowledgable contractors of all kinds I have encountered over the years. Very respectful of our property as well. We had a clogged double-kitchen sink issue and he came in, examined the situation, explained to me the solutions and options, took care of the problem, and gave me an advise on maintenance. He was honest about the problem and the cost, and the final bill was exactly what he quoted me to install a new water heater and for the 9-year warranty plan. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. I am very pleased with Gold Star Plumbing Service and the tech Anthony who came out to my home. Had a clogged sink drain it was clogged very far down the line he was able to get it unclogged and made me very happy. Anthony was very personable knowledgeable and professional he explained everything to me clearly and cleaned up the area very nice day afterwards I am very pleased and I'm sure you would be also.

Michael Malone was our plumber, he was on time and very professional. He completed the repair in a timely manner and communicated the entire time.

Good scheduling and availability. Prices for sewer scope were upfront and no hidden random costs. Tony showed up on time and performed the scope and identified two cracks in the sewer lien beneath the slab within about 10 minutes of being there and then walked us through the various options and pricing.
