Had a sink backup "they came out right away!" Couple days later my water heater took a dive. Again, they came out right away. Awesome people/Awesome work... thank you again guys. Beautiful job and as friendly as can be. Will never call anyone but this company!

Landlord covered the bill. But she not one to be over charged. However the customer service is so good. I would pay a little more just for that!

I had my bathroom replaced, ie, tile shower , new glass shower doors, looks great. I'm very happy and will recommend bathroom and plumbing restoration with DC Family Plumbing.

Very friendly and professional from start to finish. Also, their service call fee was included and the total price. I haven't seen that lately. Other companies I've used have the service call and then the repair on top of it. Highly recommend.

I had a really great experience with this company when my kitchen sink/disposal started leaking. From scheduling the appointments to getting my questions answered, and having quality work completed, the staff were all very professional, communicative, and friendly. They made a stressful situation much more tolerable!

This company has also been taking care of our HOA's boilers for about a year now and they have helped us resolve hot water issues that prior companies couldn't troubleshoot. They have been responsive to leaks and continue to fix poor craftsmanship as they come across it. They've made critical recommendations and upgrades for efficiency and to help extend the longevity of the system. We are grateful to have them as a partner in our community!!

Mario, from Arid Valley Plumbing did an amazing job servicing my home. I called to set up a scheduled service the night before and the issue was fixed the following day, less than 24 hours. He communicated promptly and gave a reasonable timeframe to be at my property. When he got here, he asked specific questions to address the issue. He then worked swiftly and had plenty of time to also educate me on what procedures he will be taking. He was very professional and knows this industry and vocation very well. I highly recommend Mario Garcia and Arid Valley Plumbing.

Arid Valley replaced all the sewer lines in my house. Quite a larger job that included a lot including tearing up and fixing the slab, replacing toilets, digging outside, the works.

They did an absolutely stellar job. The work is high quality, they got it done quickly and they were very communicative and responsive. Chris the project manager was absolutely fantastic.

Just overall wonderfully experience and I will definitely be using them and reccomend in them in the future.

Zac was a very knowledgeable contractor! He spent time explaining the error code on my hot water heater and why it kept appearing. Great guy, very thorough and hard-working.

Chris G is awesome! He came out to fix my leaking toilet and two bathtub faucets. He fixed the toilet right away but a tub faucet had a more serious issue that he had to come two more times and replaced water pipes and a valve behind the tub.

He explained every step very patiently and communicated crystal clear about all the costs I needed to pay.
Making appointments with him was no problem and he showed up in time. I highly recommend the company and Chris for any plumbing issue.

We really appreciate the service provided by Chris G. Chris was thorough, efficient, very courteous and professional and demonstrated clear technical expertise. Our repair requires a second appointment due to parts needed, but the immediate issue was resolved and water restored to our home which makes me very happy. I also really appreciate how he carefully cleaned up and removed all debris from the repair and explained next steps. These things are never fun, but my experience today with Chris G was great. Chris G was great! Very efficient and explained everything he did for each of my issues (I had a list!). He was helpful and told me a few things that he noticed that weren't of concern yet but may be in the future and what I need to look out for to hopefully catch a problem before it gets much worse.
