Received a call from our front desk asking if DC Plumbing has permission to enter my unit to install a garbage disposal.

1) I did not order any garbage disposal to be installed in my unit

2) Probably a good practice to check the unit number before bothering other people

Original review:

I live in a high rise building and we have to shutdown the water for the whole building to make repairs or wait for monthly shutdown to make repairs.

1) Plumber came in to check the issue and determine what parts are needed to make repairs for shower and toilet.

2) Requested emergency water shutoff to accommodate repairs

3) Plumber brought the wrong parts for the toilet and tried to get parts from local stores during the repair without any success. I understand that parts might have to be ordered from online retailers, but he came in to inspect the issue and should have ordered the correct parts.

4) Plumber installed the wrong parts for shower cartridge. Dispatch said that the parts are defective.

5) Building turned on water and found out that the plumber installed the wrong parts for the shower and the shower drip is much worst before he “fixed” the shower. Dispatch said “it”happens and doesn’t think it’s a big deal. Blamed that my building can’t extend the water shutdown to repair the problem.

6) Called dispatch to get a part to shutoff shower head. Plumber came back and installed a part that still drips water.

6) Plumber can’t find parts for toilet. Simple google search and I ordered the parts for the toilet

7) 2 weeks later, Dispatch person (Janelle) rescheduled time from 2pm to 4pm block to 4pm.

8) I called back DC Family Plumbing to cancel all other services, since every step of the way seems there’s always going to be an issue.

This is my experience with DC Family Plumbing and I wish they are reading this to address operation issues to minimize future problems.

Had my Air Handler Fan Coil cleaned and water pipes wrapped.

The plumber arrived on time. He was courteous and professional. He quoted me an approximate price and I authorized the work. He explained the billing process and the installation of my washer was completed in less than an hour.

The techs were great. Honest feedback and courteous people! Makes a great business model. DC Family Plumbing my go to Phoenix plumbers!

I called a few days ago and spoke to Jennelle who promptly scheduled annual service for my tankless water heater and a small repair of my kitchen faucet. Within a few days it was handled quickly and very neatly. I highly recommend this “family” business!

Workers arrived early and performed the drain cleaning professionally.

Jennelle is a gem to this DC family plumbing, excellent customer service skills, respectful and friendly. Hurley the service tech was courteous and respectful, service expertise excellent as well. DC Family plumbing highly recommended to community.

DC plumbing has been great to work with. They are always prompt and responsive to any service call. They stand by their work, and very pleasant to work with. Connor has always been a great resource for us and does a fantastic job.

From the initial call to schedule service up to the day of service my experience was hassle free, prompt, and professional. I would highly recommend this plumbing company to anyone looking for HONEST & RELIABLE plumbing service professionals. I have found my new plumbers and I will be telling everyone I know about them!

Great Service-Called ahead when on their way; very knowledgeable and understood my situation. Fixed it fast. Only issue I thought I would mention is they appear to not carry supplies on their truck so had to go to hardware store. Which if billed by time could be a concern. Also, tech did not put on boot covers when entering home. I still give them 4 stars as the tech was very polite, patient and did a good job.

How you left my roof. The pipe above was leaking. Common sense would point to fixing the pipe before creating a pocket for water to fill in. The bag they taped up filled, and dirty water from the neighbors upstairs got all over my bathroom. This was a week ago. Pipe is still broken and the neighbors dirty water is still leaking into my bathroom. This was a very disgusting way to temporarily patch the roof.

I heard great things about DC family Plumbing, so my expectations were high

DC Family Plumbing always does a wonderful job. Devon, the owner, really knows his business and always comes up with the right solution. Connor, one of the techs, is friendly and knowledgeable. We have never had an issue with any of the work these folks have done for us, and they are our go-to contractor.

On Feb 11th Devon came out to our residence to diagnose the cause and origin of a leak that caused our 1400sf house to be flooded underneath the floors. This has been a very stressful experience, as I am I new home owner. I'm also not the most patient person and I tend to over communicate!
