Sheldon at Zippity Split Plumbing was excellent. He was extremely smart, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on and the best options to fix it. His professionalism really stood out, and I felt confident in the work being done. On top of that, Sheldon was very friendly and—bonus—handsome, which made the whole experience even more pleasant. The entire Zippity Split staff was also great: responsive, friendly, and professional from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, communication was clear, and the service was top-notch. OMG, My experience with Zippity was absolutely WONDERFUL from first call to schedule to the time Brett left. As a woman heading into to senior years, it was so refreshing not to feel taken advantage of, scammed or pressured to do anything more than was absolutely necessary to clear my drains. Brett was patient, informative and didn't give up for what seemed to be a simple snake of drains. After several attemps with snake, my drains are clear. I thank Brett for all he did to make that happen. I had tons of questions and he so freely and willingly answered for me. He was very informative. Again, aside from him finally being able to clear my drains which I am happy for, I am happier with his professionalism and not feeling like I was told something other than was needed in his visit as other companies have and will do. BIG SHOUT OUT TO ZIPPITY and BRETT.

Sam and Raul did an amazing job! They dug out all my old cast iron piping and drains, replaced all the old copper lines in my Master Bathroom and adjacent bathroom. They added a new shower head, toilet and sink faucet to my 2nd bathroom. Very knowledgeable team and they had wonderful customer service. Amazing team and they did a wonderful job! My bathrooms went from the 1960s to now the 21st century. Thanks guys! Steve

We recently had our pipes relined and we had an excellent experience with Zippity Split. Jeremy came out to give us an estimate. He was very straightforward and honest which we appreciated and I really love that this is a small family run business and not corporate. Austin and Trevor were the two guys that did the work on the pipes. They were very friendly, on time, and provided an excellent service. The project took two days. They had to remove some of our pavers and did an amazing job of removing them without any damage to the pavers and they kept the area they were working on very clean and tidy which I appreciated. Thanks guys for the great work! I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future if I have any plumbing issues.

I had an excellent experience with Zippity Split Plumbing, Drain Cleaning, and Sewer Repair. Sam and John replaced my mothers old galvanized steel water service line from the 1960’s and the entire process went smoothly from start to finish. They were a pleasure to work with—professional, courteous, and clearly very knowledgeable about every aspect of the job.

They took the time to explain what they were doing, worked efficiently, and left the area clean and tidy when they were finished. It’s not often you find a company that combines technical expertise with great customer service, but Zippity Split does exactly that. I highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Had a great experience with Tommy and Zach! They were able to come the same day, actually within a couple hours, that I called for an issue with my water softener. They quickly diagnosed the problem and scheduled me for service the next day. I ended up having them install a new unit. Within 24 hours of their first visit, the whole process has been buttoned up! I will definitely consider Zippity for my future plumbing needs.

They came out quickly, assessed the situation and were back out in the morning with everything needed for a professional repair. Prices were reasonable and everyone I dealt with were very friendly and informative. We highly recommend them.

My water heater broke so I went on a facebook group for Chandler and saw some really great reviews of this company and gave them a try. I am so glad I did!! Brandon, the owner, came out within a few hours and looked at my water heater. He noticed that the heater I had was only about 3 1/2 years old and he said that he'd check to see if it was still under warranty as he was fairly certain it was (I think the caveat was if it was already replaced once under the original warranty). He took the heater and came back and it was still under warranty. He replaced it right away at a cost that was much more reasonable than I had anticipated (effectively labor). He was super personable, prompt, communicated what was needed and what wasn't and didn't suggest anything that I didn't need. Got me back up and running extremely quick. I would not hesitate to use his company again!

Was introduced to Pipe Masters Plumbing & Sewer through HomeGuard Home Warranty for a non-functioning garbage disposal. John Colon arrived at the property and quickly found the issue. After resolving the issue, he performed some maintenance and additional cleaning to add to the longevity of the garbage disposal. He was very efficient and professional. And when I called the office for a copy of the documented maintenance, Brandon DeShazer was super helpful with providing additional knowledge on the proper care and maintenance one can do at home to help keep the garbage disposal in tip top shape. This organization truly keeps service to their customer top of mind!
