For two weeks I had a leak in my walls in the hallway and all the other plumbers just tried to charge out the wazoo but these guys actually gave me a reasonable price and fixed it with no troubles.

I definitely recommend Pipe Masters Plumbing and Sewer for all your plumbing needs!! I googled 24 hr plumber and came across Pipe Masters 5 star reviewed company. I called the number and they were able to get me over to the owner who was on call for the night. He said he was able to fix my shower issue-water, did not shut off when in the off position. I sent him pics of the lever and plate and he instantly knew the model and part! Impressive! I knew then I was in good hands and that my shower would be fixed and he gave me a quote over the phone that didn't have to break the bank!! He fixed my shower in 30 minutes. I am very grateful for him to come to the rescue! The owner is very polite, very knowledgeable in his job, professional and down to earth!

After receiving the fairest pricing quote from Pipe Masters, we decided to repair our leaking outdoor faucet with them. Tyson was fast to arrive to help my wife with the repair and another existing issue we discovered. We will definitely use them for any future needs.

Update: the Hot/Cold was switched and I almost scalded myself last night when I went to take a shower.

I called today asking for them to fix it and they refused to fix unless I paid a trip fee.

So grateful they were able to get us in last minute during a mainline pipe crisis we were having at our house. We’ve used them twice and have been very happy both times! Will definitely be calling again next time we need a plumber!

I had a shower drain issue (leak). They were referred by my realtor and the 3rd plumber who looked at the issue. (The first gladly offered to replace the entire shower, the second said it was 'too wet' to work on - quit.) They fixed it.

John and Tyson showed up, listened to me about the issue to understand the problem, then troubleshot the fix -- simplest path first. They were professional, efficient and did great work.

The whole process was smooth, from getting on the schedule to paying. The cost was transparent and reasonable.

I know every problem is unique but, being left at square one after four wasted days with the last plumber, going from a phone call to fixed in under 24hrs was really amazing for a change.

The entire staff was amazing. I’ve worked with Brandon on some projects at my elderly mother’s home. First, she had a flood from a broken pipe. He arrived within an hour. The repairs were made quickly. He was most informative and even took the time to have a snack with my mother and explain what he did to her making it very easy to understand.
Secondly, we had a water softener installed with Pipe Masters and of course Brandon shared information on the various options and products. So we could make a good choice for my mother’s needs. The process was a great value and seamless, smooth start to finish.
They beat all other quotes and provided the most outstanding service.

These guys are amazing I would highly recommend them to anyone out there that needs a plumber. They are all master plumbers from 15 years to 18 years experiences. I had issues with three other plumbing companies no one could figure out the problem Brandon walked in. And figured out exactly what the problem was within seconds and was able to have it fixed in 20 minutes after wasting hours for three different companies. Like I said on the remains supposed. I also have a house in 10 feet and they do an amazing job. There still 10 out of 10 highly. Recommend this family own company. They're the best around with the best pricing. Please give them a call if you are smart. By any means, you would at least get a free estimate from they don't charge to come out. No trip charges don't know nothing free. Estimate your gram price. They get the work done and their warranties are 20 to 25 year warranties, which are unheard of these guys are amazing, please do yourself a favor and save yourself.The headache by hiring these guys.I promise you you will not regret it!!

$1600+ for water heater replacement for a 914 sq ft condo! Then after water heater was replaced, right away leaks in the bathroom tub faucet appeared. Pipe Masters quoted $800 to replace the cartridges. Well, the cartridges were replaced not too long ago and I paid $165 including the hardware. I happen to have a handy man there as well. After Pipe Masters left the handy man looked into the leaks and had it resolved in 5 minutes at no charge. Cartridges didn’t need replacement. Due to the water heater replacement some sediment got loose and clogged up the bathroom pipe. The handyman cleared it within 5 minutes.
Brandon is a nice guy and kept saying they are the cheapest in town. Well they are actually the most expensive plumber in town. Starting with $150 trip charge before any work is performed.

Had a clogged line that needed to be hydrojetted. It came up last minute, of course. Contacted Brandon mid-afternoon, and he was out to fix it within a few hours. Both Brandon and John were very friendly and resolved the problem efficiently. Pricing was fair. Hopefully I don’t need any other plumbing repairs anytime soon, but if I do, I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Pipe Masters again.
