So pleased with the installation of our new Naveen NPE Condensing Water Heater and so grateful to get rid of the big tank water heater! And Paul, thank you for your time and patience yesterday with our inquiry of water heater options and reverse osmosis and for scheduling the timely service today, as well as updating our reverse osmosis system with new filters and a new tank! Michael Malone came to our house on time and provided a very quick fix to a backed up garbage disposal. Definitely going to be using Gold Star for any future problems. Michael also told us today is his boss's birthday, Happy Birthday, Mike!

Gold Star plumbing is the BEST plumber in Arizona! When we bought our house, we knew we'd need to find a reliable plumber, because we had a lot of projects. We had to find one quick because we found a leak. I searched for top rated plumbers in my area and Gold Star was number ONE! I called them and Catrina was absolutely wonderful. She scheduled our appointment with ease and she was super friendly, calm and helpful. The morning of our first visit, we were sent a text telling us about our plumber, Mike Malone. I loved reading about him. It's like getting to know a friend before actually meeting them. When Mike arrived, we instantly bonded. He's super friendly and kind. He's really smart, professional, and efficient. I've never had such an amazing experience while doing work on my house. Mike is an expert. He really knows what he's doing and he's kind enough to teach and share along the way. Mike has helped us with about 5 plumbing projects so far. We will use Gold Star for all of our plumbing projects!
We had another urgent plumbing issue pop up suddenly, and Jake Lambros saved the day. He arrived quickly, and listened patiently while I told him about our issue. He skillfully repaired our problem. He called out Rocky Mountain just in case we needed restoration, which, to me is going over and above! He's calm and professional and was so nice and friendly. I was so impressed with how he handled everything.
I'm positive that if you have any sort of plumbing or drainage problem, Gold Star can handle it with grace, care and love.

Mike Malone was an amazing guy, came by the help with something simple but saw problems, gave his opinion; and was willing to answer my questions about things to make sure I was comfortable with what he was suggesting. Got a second, bigger project done and it was done swiftly and correctly. Amazing stuff from Mike Malone.

Mike came out to help remove an old RO system that was leaking and installed a new valve and new RO system for me. He was incredibly professional, helpful, and friendly. The work he performed was, from what I can tell, very well done. The appointment was very quickly set and they are very communicative, keeping me apprised. I highly recommend them and have no hesitation in using them again in the future for plumbing needs.

Cody was very helpful and detail oriented. He brought things to my attention. I would have missed. He was helpful and prevented further damage while waiting for my warranty people to show up. He covered all the things I asked him about. Which was mainly the hydrogetting of my pipes at my restaurant. Thank you for sending this person and the quality of his work and his attention to detail.

Very good experience! Richard and Jose did a great job diagnosing and handling our plumbing issue. They were very informative and thorough! Upon finishing they explained the entire process as well as videotape and warranty explanation. Highly recommend!

I got stuck on a DIY project and called Gold Star plumbing at 10pm. Tony and Nate came to my house to help the next day and were professional and very helpful. They did not make me feel dumb for trying to do something on my own and gave me helpful advice to avoid plumbing mishaps. It was a bit more than I expected cost wise to replace valves, but you are paying for their work and expertise. I will call gold star in the future for plumbing concerns. They were quick, professional, and kind and I have no more leaking water.

Needed emergency repair of pipe leak in master bedroom on Friday morning -- drywall on side wall near patio door was wet and growing. My usual plumber advised first available time they could come was not until Tuesday(!). Researched other plumbers and decided on Gold Star from all the good reviews I read. Called Gold Star and they advised they could come that day -- office scheduler called me back within half hour and said they could have tech come by Noon -- great! Cody arrived just after 11am -- after examining problem and discussion, he removed wet drywall and located leaking copper pipe -- he was able to fix immediately and was done in less than an hour -- very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing -- very pleased with work.

Cody came out on February 26 to fix a leaking shower faucet and valve. He replaced the faulty parts, in a timely manner, and double checked everything before he left. He has always done excellent work for us!

Jake and Steven were wonderful…personable and professional. They took time to answer questions and helped us make informed decisions of what was needed to complete our job. We very much appreciated their attention to detail …they were very efficient and cleaned up when they finished…well done!

From the moment he arrived, he was prompt, prepared and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, offered smart solutions and handled the entire job with precision and care. His workmanship is top-tier, and his attitude is even better; respectful, friendly and genuinely committed to doing the job right.

It’s rare to see someone take so much pride in their work, and Tony absolutely deserves every bit of praise. If you need plumbing done and want it done correctly the first time, I could not recommend these guys any more!

Jake was awesome. If I could give him 6 stars I would. He was on time, friendly, communicative, and nice to my dog (always a plus). I appreciate that he was able to give me a few options, and talked me through the “good, better, and best” as far as effectiveness of the fix, how long it would take, and how much it would cost. He did great work very quickly. I’d definitely call Gold Star again in the future, and hope they send Jake my way :)
