Van Marcke Trade Supply has an An AMAZING EMPLOYEE Cody smeal. I have done quite a few home repairs and have had his help the first few times, i went in again for another fix it problem and cody was not there.Let me tell you i hunted him down. Do you know what it took to figure out what store he was at. YES! HE IS THAT GOOD! He is kind and really knows his stuff. I brag about him to my husband and my husband had to go see what the fuss was all about. he loves him too. We believe he is an AMAZING ASSET TO VAN MARCKE.

I'm a contractor and use this location all the time. Cody and David are very helpful when it comes to any questions I may have. If I ever need anything they are first choice. The prices and customer service are unbeatable. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Great place to do business with.

I went to Van Marcke and showed them a picture of my project and he set me up with all the right parts. They know what they doing and I was in and out in a flash. The associates at the big box store had little knowledge of plumbing and couldn't help me. I am saving myself a headache and going to Van Marcke for all my future plumbing needs.

My first experience w/this place a year or so ago was negative. So I avoided this place and went to ACE, Home Depot,etc. Yet I finally gave them another chance a few days ago as they are close to my home, and I needed parts I couldn't find elsewhere, BUT, this turned negative as well.

First time I went in for a cheap fix for exterior water handle/hose bib They said it could only be fixed by an expensive redo of the connected pipes.
I went elsewhere and found a screw on attached handle and fixed the problem cheaply. I meant for this to be temporary until I had more funds, but it has held up and still functioning after a year.
Recent issue was for a toilet flapper and handle, for an angle tank, and the Van Marcke guy immediately said I needed to hire a plumber. I looked thru their parts anyway, and did not see much of a selection or availability of what I needed. A customer (and plumber) in the store advised that I go to Central Arizona Plumbing Supply. As I left the Clerk irritatedly said you need a plumber. I told him that I did most of the repairs in my home because of very tight retirement budget.
I purchased tank lever and flapper from Central AZ Plumbing, w/their confirming advice why most universals don't work w/that American Standard type tank. I installed the parts in less than 10 minutes. Easy!

The part that is not easy, is finding places that don't talk down to you, or that don't seem to care about good service, or perhaps are not informed sufficiently themselves.

Although I did not buy anything from this store, I called and asked a few basic (Dumb) questions and the gentleman was extremely helpful, thorough and patient! Thank you for your help! I ended up buying from your Peoria store and he at that store was just as helpful as the Tempe crew!! I recommended you guys to two people today after my experience.
