Robert did a good job with the installation. There was just a small glitch in that he forgot to turn the RO back on after he was done. But he was back in flash to rectify the problem. I enjoyed talking to him and the new garbage disposal works fine.

Excellent service, quick response and true professionalism! Bill and his team at City Wide are amazing. Whenever someone asks me for a plumber I always respond, "I got a guy!" I highly recommend them for any service, maintenance or repair. My kids shower faucet was out of wack. We couldn't get any cold water and they constantly complained about the water being too hot. City Wide was able to fix it in no time. Now my kids aren't bugging me to use my shower. Thank you!

Citywide (Robert and Lou) took an absolute disaster and turned it into a safe and reliable work of art with a future ready for additional changes and freedom from anxiety over a decade of leaks. Working around other trades physically and several changes in schedule might have been a real nightmare. Citywide handled it all with consideration and friendliness. Highest marks for an honest, professional, and cost effective job well done.

Your team needed to return because my sink started leaking again. When the repair was complete, it was a nice surprise to find out I just needed to pay for the part, no extra labor. Plus, your guys are so nice and professional.

After calling 10 different companies on the City of Scottsdale backflow testing contractors list (filtering for good reviews and close location to my neighborhood), I got in touch with City Wide Plumbing. All my questions were answered thoroughly, an appointment was scheduled, and the technician arrived on time and was extremely courteous. He completed the job quickly, walked me through the status of both units, and they'll be submitting paperwork to the City. Easy peasy, thank you!

Great job - friendly service. All working well. Only suggestion might be for them to leave a card magnet for my fridge since I will certainly use these guys all the time for any future plumbing jobs.

I wish my experience was different but unfortunately from start to finish it has been a very frustrating process. In October I noticed water coming up from underneath my floors. I googled a plumbing company and called the first company I found with good reviews. From the first visit, I could tell that it really was dependent on the plumber that was dispatched. The first plumber, Zack was super helpful and friendly. He wasn't able to do the proper diagnostic test, so someone else was sent out the following day to check the pipes. This plumber showed up later into the night and clearly wanted the work day to be done. I didn't feel like the proper attention was given to the situation and he reported that "nothing was wrong". Mind you, there is visible water leaking out from underneath my vinyl flooring through my kitchen, bathroom, and storage closet.
Zack was sent out again a few days later and was able to identify the problem. From there it has been 2.5 months of issues. Once the house was dry and reconstruction began, a plumber was sent out to remove the washer/dryer and water heater so new floors could be installed. This plumber was AWFUL. He damaged my washer by chipping a piece off of the door, left my washing machine and dryer in the middle of my living room for days, and left the water heater outside in the rain for days. He also forgot a cap, and did not go get one to be able to turn the water back on before leaving my house. Knowingly leaving me without ANY water for over 24 hours. My restoration company tried to contact ASAP plumbing to come back out and re-install the items, but were unable to get in contact with anyone to help dispatch someone else. I took it into my own hands to call on my behalf which then someone was dispatched to assist. This plumber, Robert was like Zack. Very helpful and friendly, giving me a small glimpse of hope into the whole experience.
A few days later, I notice that to the damage to my washing machine from the plumber who removed the item in the first place, was bad enough that the washer would not turn on anymore. Not only that, but it has a pool of water in it and is still leaking onto my floor daily. Once again, my restoration company has tried to reach out to get a replacement and to fix the issue that they broke, and have received no answer and will not take accountability for this issue. Mind you, this issue with the washer was 2.5 weeks ago, meaning each morning I empty my water-filled-washing machine with a literal cup from my cabinet for 2+ weeks. I have still yet to hear from ASAP plumbing for any repairs or even an apology for leaving me with a broken washing matching that leaks onto my floor.
Take it from me, please do not use this company. Take your business elsewhere because this company clearly does not care about their clients, the experience, or the fact that they break your appliances and then ghost you and your restoration company.

Had a great experience. They came out quickly, diagnosed the issue right away, and got the job done correctly the first time. Very professional, efficient, and easy to work with. I appreciate the fast turnaround and quality work, would definitely use them again and recommend to others.

ASAP Plumbing has done a stellar job in handling all our plumbing needs over the last two, nearly three years. After we had some dirt compaction issues due to the recent storm, ASAP came out immediately, assessed the situation, and without hesitation scheduled Juan O to address the issue. Anthony Ramirez is an all star technician! Showed up before the time he said he would be there, reasonable quote for the repair, and had to stay extra long due to city of Mesa water main valve failing and breaking when he turned the water back on to our house. As a note… I called five companies before booking an appointment with ASAP Plumbing and didn’t go with others because they would not give me an estimated base price for snaking a toilet…. Their phone service people were all scripted to not give out this information. So annoying. I let them know how frustrating that was and a few people‘s response was… “Well we like to be upfront And honest”… haha ok…. Really? THAT is not being upfront and honest… Really annoying. I miss the good ol’ days talking to a person without a script or agenda. The phone gal when I called into ASAP Plumbing was extremely friendly, professional, honest, spoke good English, and no longer hold times.

Genaro and Aaron tracked down the fiber optic contractor that accidentally smashed through our sewer line and helped get the repair taken care of quickly after they had assessed the damage with their pipe camera! They went above and beyond, I could not have been happier.

Genaro was professional, detail oriented and knowledgeable. Happy to have my sink line fixed for under a hundred dollars. Amazing work. Will definitely look for asap and Genaro next time I need plumbing help.

I called ASAP Plumbing early on a Monday morning about a possible water line leak. Joseph Pruett arrived promptly by 9:45am and quickly identified the location of a slab leak. Joseph and Adrian Diaz worked to reroute the affected water line overhead through a very tight space in our attic, with minimal impact to our drywall. Their workmanship was professional and clean, and they even corrected some pre-existing plumbing issues left by the original home builder. Joseph and Adrian were polite and provided clear explanations of the work being done as well as reasonable cost estimates. I will definitely be using ASAP for any of our future plumbing needs.

Our hot water wasn’t working so I called ASAP and was able to schedule service the same day. Our technician, Rob, arrived right on time. He determined the issue (leak) and then explained our options as well as sent us quotes for the different options. With the information he provided we felt very confident in our decision to have it replaced with a more reliable heater (it was our second time having issues with that brand of heater). He was able to install the new heater that night - from when he first arrived until he left it was about 4 hours. I appreciated that I was able to take a hot shower that night. Rob was very kind and easy to talk to, he answered all of our questions and got the work done. Thank you!
