Terence was great. Very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. He diagnosed the problem quickly and was very thorough in cleaning out the blockage in the pipes. He had to do it twice and never gave us the feeling he was rushing. Once the blockage was cleared, he thoroughly tested to make sure everything was draining completely and cleaned up so everything was completely in order. We really appreciate the excellent job he did.

Michael @Roto-Rooter did the fantastic job fixing the leaked of my water heater in the time as promised. The scheduled was also pretty easy to call!

Everett was an amazing, professional plumber who spent almost two hours at my house cleaning out my sewer lines. He was responsive and kept me informed throughout his visit, always wearing a smile. He truly made me feel as though I was his most important client. Rotor Rooter is lucky to have such an amazing technician. I will recommend him in the future! Bravo Everett!!!!

We had a water heater leaking all over the garage, I called Roto-Rooter for emergency service and they had someone on site less than an hour later on a Saturday!
David, the plumber on site did a fantastic job and was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely professional and thorough.

Can't say enough good things about my experience with Armando from Roto Rooter. I was in a tight situation being out of town trying to handle the situation with may parties involved and in-between renters and he was patient dealing with my concerns, my cleaning crew as well as walking me through my best options to fix the problem over the phone. I feel he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the outcome and am very appreciative of his work ethic. Thank you for helping me in a stressful situation!🙏🏽

I needed a shower cartridge/controller part replaced. 10am they said someone would be there in an hour. Shortly after scheduling they said the tech was running late so I rescheduled at 1pm as I was working from home and had an hour long meeting and lunch. I got a text saying tech between 1-3pm. At 2pm, I got another text saying he was running late. At 3pm, another text saying he was running late. 4pm I got a phone call saying he was running late. At 4:15pm a call saying they just realized I have been waiting since 1pm and tech will be there in a half hour. 4:45pm Armando showed up. Armando did good job and was very nice.

Mark was great! He was ready to identify and resolve the issue immediately upon arrival at my house. He was professional and very thorough. Highly recommend him for your plumbing needs!!

Very expensive for a 5 minute visit. I had tried to DIY replace the fill valve for my toilet and the rubber grommet had got stuck in the original unit. Armando was able to identify this was likely what happened when shown the issue. I pulled out the original unit, extracted the grommet and installed it and my hose was no longer leaking. $100 dollars seemed excessive, but Armando’s quick diagnosis was appreciated, so I can’t complain too much.

The company answered our phone call after midnight and set up an appointment for first thing the next morning. Andre was sent out and did a great job of letting us know our options. Then then was able to return quickly once we agreed to the work, same day. He did an amazing job and cleaned up very well. I would recommend this company to others.

Quentin was very nice and did a good job on the service which is why this gets the 3 stars. $390 for labor is crazy for something that took 10 minutes to replace though. I was also told by the scheduler that the tech would have the disposal with him, but he ended up having to go to the store to buy it when I could have had it ahead of time and not wasted both of our times. I liked the service and the quick response, but that labor price is just way too high and I will most likely go another route in the future due to that.

Update: I spoke with Mark from the management team and we were able to work things out and he provided a viable explanation for not having the part on hand at the time of install. I appreciated the quick response and service provided so changing to 5 stars.

Nestor came by and explained the process of my plumbing issues very thoroughly. After speaking it over with him he was very fast with resolving my issue and I was very satisfied with the experience at the end . I would definitely recommend this business and request nestor!!

Diego Pineda Was extremely quick and efficient! They explained everything thuroughly and even educated me on my pluming. They wer able to slove the issue and saved 1000s of dollars by investingating the problem and found out it was a common line that was incorrectly repaired and will be billing the community . I have a new born not even 5 days old yet and this was an emergency. They have eased my familys mind . Thank you so much!!

Our service tech was great! I would highly recommend him. He explained what he was doing and was very thorough! Hopefully we won’t need rotor rooter again, but if we do, we definitely will call them!!

I had to call for help on a weekend as I had two toilets that were clogged. They were able to schedule me in quickly. Armando was great, polite, and efficient. He explained everything to me, not only telling me what he believed the initial problem was but also provided insight as to what else could be causing the problem with both toilets. Great service, I highly recommend their company!
