My job was cleaning my French drain. Cole was very efficient and thorough. The job was completed in a timely fashion. He also made suggestions on keeping debris out of the drains.

We had an unexpected water heater issue at our rental property, and being out of state, we were worried about how it would be handled. Thankfully, Nestor (Tempe, Arizona) at Roto-Rooter was incredible! He reassured us every step of the way, provided clear communication, and even sent a video so we could see exactly what was going on. He arrived within two hours of our initial call and had the new water heater installed just four hours later. While it wasn’t great that the water heater went out, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Fair pricing, fast service, and a true professional—thank you, Nestor! Highly recommend!

We had a toilet tank leak this morning, on a Sunday. We had used Roto-Rooter for a couple of larger jobs in the past and called them for help with the toilet. Within an hour, Cole arrived, assessed the problem, and gave an estimate. There was no charge for this. Cole completed the repair and was professional and friendly while doing so. Glad to have things back in order, and there is a one year warranty.

The Roto-Rooter technician Cole was very knowledgeable and efficient in opening a blocked storm drain line. I will request Cole in the future when I have drain issues to be solved. Cole was also friendly and answered any and all of my questions.
