My experience with this company was excellent from the get-go. They answered my phone call immediately and I got service within a couple hours of my problem considering it was a Sunday and my service technician, Cole, arrived on time, was friendly, considerate, professional, and obviously knew what he was doing. Cole diagnosed our problem and very quickly fixed it. Thank you Cole!!!

Roto-rooter always takes care of me, its a big company but with people who care and are flexible. Within two hours they had someone out to my house on the weekend, no extra fees, and Cole did a phenomenal job fixing my issue for less than half what other similar plumbers wanted. RR for life!

Cole came to do jet washing on my line. He did a great job. He was really kind and professional. He explained things in a very understandable way. 10/10 would recommend.

I checked a few plumbers out, that I found on line. The person who answered the phone was amazing, customers service skills were impeccable. All the reviews were positive on line and they give a military discount, which I appreciate. Caleb was knowledgeable and friendly and did a great job. I would recommend them highly.

It didn't give me an option for a new review. For these leaks and a different leak Kai came out before. She has been great and very thorough. Yesterday she unfortunately had to work outside for hours, and she had to fix/ chane out several copper pipes, but she explained everything and did a great job. We have had the pleasure of working with Kalib and Kai and both are outstanding.

My technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. They had all the tools and components they needed to complete the work, and the job was done quickly. They were very mindful of my home, and diligently put on booties before entering my house. After evaluating the work that needed to be done they walked us through every aspect of the job and made us aware of any near future concerns that may come up due to the age of our equipment. All in all we were well informed and comfortable before they preformed any work. Not only was the technician knowledgeable and skilled, their dispatch team has also been wonderful every step of the process as well. They're always friendly and empathetic to our water blues and provide us all the information we needed each time we called.

This past Sunday I went online to look for a plumber to fix some bathroom issues in my mother's home. I was surprised that Stephanie answered the phone and place a request to have a techinician come out the very next day. On Monday, I received a call stating if we could reschedule because the available tech was finishing up a job. I was expecting the tech to come out the next day but we were able to reschedule for the same day. This company has FANTASTIC customer service skills. I advised I would be handling the payments and communication for my 74 year old mother. They were accomodating and I spoke with Kaleb who sent me a quote and photos via text to approve the work. I was expecting to pay at least $800 for the work. When he completed it ended up being $600 with a senior citizen applied. Kaleb also explained that there were other damages and was able to refer us to another plumber who would help my mom file an insurance claim to fix the water damage that was found. My mom said they were really good to her and explained the process and provided details and were very patience. Thank you kindly for making this process less stressful and being an advocate for the senior citizens in the community!

We had an emergency situation in our workplace and Aloha sent out Kai within 30 minutes of my initial call. Kai was timely, professional, knowledgeable and kind and was able to diagnose and fix our problem in under 2 hours. Greg followed up on the service shortly after Kai left. Overall great experience, 10/10 would recommend!

Not only did they show up exactly on time. They showed me what the issue was as well as some different options. They did a phenomenal job and we're in and out quickly. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber. Kaleb was the tech and he explained the full process and all of my options. He did a great job and I am very impressed.

All Aloha plumbing is absolutely the best. Lou and George were able to clear my residential main line blockage without any issue after having other companies pull what felt like a bait and switch by charging hundreds of dollars and not unclog the blockage.
