Genaro Leyva, a technician from ASAP, went above and beyond by coming out after hours to fix our water heater. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, and took the time to explain everything clearly before completing the repair. Hot water was restored quickly, and the quality of his work was top-notch.
If you need fast, reliable plumbing service—especially in an urgent situation—I highly recommend ASAP and Genaro Leyva. Truly excellent service!

At 2 AM I had flooding and I needed an emergency plumber. I really didn’t expect anyone to come my house at 2 AM to fix my problem Even though ASAP Plumbing did say they are Open 24 hours. At 2:15 AM I left a message with the answering service and never heard back, not surprising. So I called the answering service at 4 am To make sure I’m in the queue for the morning. I was able to find the source of the water and turn it off. After not hearing from the answering service, I called back At 6 AM and was able to speak to a company representative and schedule an appointment for 8 AM the same morning. I was a little disappointing that the answering service didn’t do much. They kept promising someone would come out. I wish they would’ve told me the truth and say that most likely I would not be able to speak to anyone at ASAP Pluming until 6 AM. It would’ve saved me time and a lot of stress.

The person I spoke to at ASAP Plumbing was great. They sent me a confirmation via text to let me know the name of plumber and his certifications. They let me know what time Solomon was coming to see me. Solomon was fast and professional and the front desk was great and making sure I got the receipts, invoices and pictures for my insurance company. I would definitely use them again if I ever needed them.

With a new washing machine ordered, we realized that the valves in the wall box needed replacement. I found this company online and did a chat with a real live person at 6:30 in the morning. The company got back to me within minutes and they were able to schedule Robert, who arrived less than 3 hours later and was done with his job within an hour and a half replacing our washer valves. Robert was an excellent representative of his company, a hard-working guy and very personable. I would highly recommend ASAP Plumbing for a great experience when one needs any plumbing work done in their home.

Zach came out to assess my water softener. Not only is he knowledgeable about the brand of my softener machine, but he also gave me some great tips to keep it in good running condition. Zach also taught me the basics on operating the machine. He gave exceptional customer service! I highly recommend him 😊

Absolutely fantastic service! They came out on a moments notice after hours to fix a clog, and then came back in a very timely manner to replace my toilet. I have a home warranty, but decided not to go that route because their plumbing vendor had no availability, so I found ASAP on my own and so glad I did. I would highly recommend and will use them again. Daniel especially is very professional, trustworthy and personable!

I live in a house that was built in 1956. I used ASAP Plumbing to replace a water heater that broke on a Friday night. Josh and Jose had it replaced by Saturday. Then a few months later, toilets started to clog and pipes in the backyard started to collapse. I again used ASAP Plumbing. The crew which consisted of Victor, Mikey, Adrian, Octavio, and Aaron the Supervisor came out and quickly took care of the problem. They were very professional, efficient, hardworking, and quick. They were very considerate and kind to my 96 year old mother who suffers from dementia - their customer service was exceptional. They are all a real asset to their company.

ASAP plumbing helped us with a water leak. They came quickly after we called them. They quickly found where the leaking pipe was at. They did a great job of removing the old pipes and replacing with new ones. Their communication was great. They also stayed and worked late in the evening to get the job done so we could turn our water back on. Great company took with.

We were experiencing a water leak underneath the slab. Daniel came out on short notice to give us a quote. He vas very professional. He explained every detail on how they would fix the leak. His customer service was exceptional. We decided to go with another company that came in a little less expensive. Daniel was great and we will consider ASAP plumbers in the future

I had an outside water leak. Josh came out right away and was able to diagnose the problem. Rob made sure that i understood the issue and was willing to work with my insurance. Josh and Jose did a great job replacing my water line and returning my yard to it's original state. I had a positive experience with everyone involved. We had Zach out to address the issues with our Boiler system and he was amazing. On top of it the whole time and super responsive with what was needed and how we would need to get it done! Highly recommend ASAP Plumbing. We have had Josh and Zach out here for other service as well, they were just as great. Im very happy with all work done and the pricing was very competitive.

ASAP Plumbing was fantastic from start to finish. Aaron took the time to explain everything in detail before the job even began, which I really appreciated. There’s never a good time to replace your entire sewage lines, but they made the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Aaron had a crew of four working on the project, and every single person was professional, polite, and easy to work with. In just four days, they replaced all of my cast iron piping. Throughout the job, they communicated clearly, took before-and-after videos, and shared lots of photos of the new piping, which was very reassuring.

Any issues that came up were addressed right away, and everything was explained along the way. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ASAP Plumbing, especially Aaron and his team.

Had a kitchen sink clog and called a different company first and they mentioned someone could come next week which was a no-go, I then called roto-rooter and was able to have someone come within 30 minutes! Diego was great and was able to fix the issue and no problems! Thank you! Definitely choosing them for any future issues.

Terence was absolutely amazing- he came out same day for our water heater that was leaking and needed replaced. He was able to pick up the new water heater, replace all parts and the unit same day. He did excellent work and I would recommend him to anyone!

The company and the techs were terrible about communicating. The first service they showed up 3 hours after the scheduled windows. Then when they came to do the job, they gave you a quote that had a max cost and the final price was $100 over the quote's max. Didn't explain what they did to fix the leak. Scratched up my vanity and said they would come back and install the toliet after I had the dry wall replaced by someone else. Then today when they guy came to reinstall my toliet, he had no idea what the initial issue was or what the first group did. Come to find out that the first group never fixed the leaking toliet and only fixed the moisture so the new service guy was asking for another $450 to fix the broken toliet.
