Was charged for an Expansion Tank, that was not required on my system and never installed. I have reached out twice. Both times I was told it was escalated to the manager (who was in a meeting)

Also, They do not provide an "Itemized" receipt. merely list parts but no prices for items. $3400 is Very expensive for a 40gal gas water heater, but I was stuck between a rock and a hard place.

The Plumber, was thorough, knowledgeable, and courteous. Arrived same day and installed water heater same day as planned.

Nearly 1 month later (as of Jan 2, 2026), several text messages, phone calls, BBB complaint and a Bank charge dispute, a Refund been issued. Should not have to jump through some many hoops for something that should be a phone call and a few button clicks to remedy. But at the end of it all Due Diligence was done.

We love ASAP Plumbing and use them for all
of our plumbing needs. Recently we had our water lines in the attic shake loose and Zach came out first thing, found the extremely loud problem, and fixed it quickly. He was super pleasant to have in our home and extremely knowledgeable. Lastly, their prices are reasonable and fair.

Josh came out on a Saturday to repair a leak we had in our guest bathroom. He was prompt, explained what he was doing and why. He was able to fix the leak in a timely manner and was friendly and easy to work with.

We will definitely use their services again and would recommend them to others.

Great service. My service tech explained everything to me and seemed very ethical. He didn’t try to upsell me and just wanted to make sure I was educated on my issue. they charge a sixteen to nine dollar show up fee, but they apply it towards your service. They also responded within 20 minutes of my call, even though it was not an emergency call. Will use them again!

I recently hired ASAP to address a sewage line backup. While they were the first company to arrive, my overall experience left me dissatisfied.
In my view, several things felt off during the service:
- I was told my toilet fill valve and shut‑off valves were broken, but in my experience they continued to work normally afterward.
- I was told there was no waste line cleanout, because of this, we pursued an expensive approach that involved removing a toilet.
- The technician used the snake with a camera to suggest that the line was blocked by roots.
- The technician attempted to clear the line with a snake, which didn’t work, and then recommended a jetter service for $1,700.
- I was told the next steps for diagnosis would require a better camera and determining the location of the line.
- I agreed to pay for a camera inspection, and a supervisor was called out for that purpose. I had to wait about an hour for them to arrive. In my experience, once the supervisor was on site, they shifted into more of a salesperson role, pointing out roots in the line and proposing a $6,000 repair with a limited‑time discount. When I sought second opinions, other professionals suggested the issue was less severe than presented.
- After the supervisor and technician left, I realized I had not received the promised camera footage. When I pursued it with the office, the first file I was given was just a cell phone video of the snake’s camera, which I personally found unusable. After further back‑and‑forth, a second team eventually came out with a proper line camera to obtain the footage. Even then, the final file I received was difficult to view. It was 10 days between the service day and when I received the 1st video.
After the visit, I also noticed that the toilet they reinstalled began rocking, and the chalking at the bottom broke apart which to me suggests it wasn’t reset properly.
Based on my experience, I would caution others that:
- The first employee on site may be a junior technician who needs to call in a supervisor.
- The supervisor may act more like a salesperson, presenting higher‑cost solutions.
- The service style felt more focused on upselling than on clear, straightforward repair.
- From what I observed, the individuals on site did not present themselves as licensed plumbers.

This is only my personal experience, and others may have had different outcomes. For me, I would not choose to use ASAP again.

Very impressed with the team that came to my home. Our sewer line backed and prevented us from using any water. I called ASAP and they had someone out to our house in less than 2 hrs. They worked several hours trying to get the line opened. It was evident the sewer line needed to be dug up. Daniel and Thomas came back the next day and dug up the sewer line. Daniel and Thomas were very professional, pleasant and very hard workers. They explained everything to me as I asked questions. After digging a 10 foot deep hole to complete the repair they did the clean up. Once everything was cleaned up you could not see they had been there working. I woke up at 6am to a leaking toilet. Overnight a crack developed straight down the center of the tank. ASAP said they could be here between 12-4, but I thought I’d have to wait since my daughter had a dentist appt at 1. They said no problem, they’d put me in for the 12-4 slot, but make sure the tech came after 2:30. I was so shocked! Robert was here at 2:30 on the dot, was so nice, and worked quickly & neatly. I even requested a specific toilet, so he ran out to get it. He bagged up the old one & lugged it downstairs himself, & didn’t leave a drop or mess anywhere. By 5pm I had a new toilet installed & a perfectly clean bathroom. A huge relief for a week before Christmas! I am so grateful for him & ASAP’s quick service & accommodating my schedule. 5 star service for sure!

Their team worked efficiently to install new plumbing and added a ball-valve shutoff so I can easily isolate the line if any future issues arise. The entire process was handled professionally, with clear communication and quality workmanship. I appreciated their prompt response and attention to detail. Josh and Jose were super helpful. Late last night we discovered a water leak, got online and scheduled an appointment for the next morning. Josh and Jose were ahead of schedule and called to let us know they were here. It was a water leak in a very challenging location in our home but Josh communicated well the options and risks. In the end, he and Jose successfully repaired the leak. They also called restoration for us to come out and assess the damage. Kind, friendly, open with communication, great price, prompt and responsible. Excellent service from ASAP plumbing. This is the second time we’ve called them for a leak and it won’t be the last.

Victor was great and this is not a reflection on him. It’s a reflection on the company. Communication was terrible and I spent hours following up on the completion of this job. I was told all day I would get an apology call which never came until they needed payment which was even a mess because they thought someone put my card on file. Now they are on top of trying to get payment.
When my “apology” came it was blaming the first tech and call center. As a business owner and manager of employees in 2 states, responsibility lies on processes set by leadership. When that fails, it’s still up to them to take responsibility. There was no offer of discount on this service or a future service to try them again. It’s unfortunate since I work in an industry that refers specialists like this.

I have used this company for major plumbing issues, two times. The first need, about 1 1/2 years ago, was a leak in the main water line, coming into my home. Due to a custom pavered courtyard, a decision was made to run a new main, from my property line, to the house. The work done was professional, and well beyond what a neighborhood plumber could do.

Just this past week, I had sewage backup in the casita, which is a separate structure from the main house. ASAP came out the same day, assessed the problem, and had crews here working for two days. The backup was caused by a crack in the sewer line, between the street, and casita.
The crews worked tirelessly, both days, to complete the job. Yesterday, they were here until from 8am to 8pm, digging down over 4’, to reach and repair the sewer line, as well as lay a section of new PVC piping, until the job was completed. Cleanup was so good that you would never know the landscaped area had ever been disturbed.

I highly recommend ASAP PLUMBING, and would use them again, in a heartbeat. Thank you Pablo,Martin, and crew.

Joseph did an excellent job unplugging my shower drain. He was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing.
