My plumber from Lex Corp Plumbing recommended I visit this store to find parts and replacement filters for the RO system and water softener he installed. The customer service was excellent; they went above and beyond to answer my questions about additional parts, and their prices were very competitive. The best part is that they are a local plumbing supply house, so I can easily stop by and pick up what I need in person to complete my job. I’ve been using them for the past four years, and I’ve consistently had a positive experience when looking for unique plumbing supplies. AAA+++. I highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing items.

We have previously used City Wide for various plumbing repairs and have always been highly satisfied with their services. The quality of their work is high and the price is reasonable. I considered numerous plumbing companies for installation of a new water heater in my home. Since my unit was 10+ years old, costs have gone WAY up and so I was very deliberate in researching to find a provider. Citywide (Bill) was remarkably responsive as were the 2 technicians who promptly came to my home and answered my (numerous) questions. Citywide is impressive and very professional. I'll be calling on Citywide in the future for other plumbing issues I may have.

2026 - different plumbing job -
Needed our valves and seats replaced for our MB shower faucets. Robert came over, gave us an estimate, and showed up the next day on time and did a great job. Once again, Citywide did top-notch excellent work at a fair price! 5 stars indeed!

Lou & Bill did a great job. It took less than 30 minutes from first phone call, for Lou to arrive and go over our water main replacement needs. We wanted Type K copper line, so Lou made some calls and found it. FYI - type K is the thickest copper pipe for water lines, so quite a bit more expensive than Type L. Lou provided us with a reasonable estimate, with work to start next morning at 8am.
Bill & Lou showed up a few minutes early, and the job was done in a few hours. They were professional and answered all our questions. Would recommend City Wide for your plumbing needs, professional and less pricey than most competitors.

While many of the other plumbers I tried weren't available until the next week, City Wide sent someone out (Lou) within a couple of hours and they fixed it for 35% less than what two other companies quoted me prior to calling City Wide. Lou was also very professional and courteous. We've finally got a plumbing company we can trust.

Pinhole leak found when I removed the drywall to expose. City wide replaced short section of pipe.

Robert answered via telephone, my request for service and arrived on site in about 15-20 minutes. He got to work, contacted the City of Phoenix to request assistance, and said he would follow-up later in the day. He finished by straightening up the project site. He was in constant contact with peer professionals who helped diagnose the problem, and establish a course of action. Robert was very professional throughout the entire visit. Robert and Lou did a great job! They fixed our problems and were friendly, knowledgeable, and Robert even remembered my kids name. Bill called me up a few days after the work was done to make sure everything was working well. A+ service at a great price!
