Because of Cody Morgan's initial work, I hired Gold Star Plumbing a second time and specifically requested Cody. This was a much larger project—over $8,000 on a residential building. Cody arrived on time, worked professionally, and went above and beyond by fixing several additional issues at no extra charge, even though he could have easily billed for them.
What truly stood out was his dedication. He shared that he had been in the ER until 4:30 a.m. for his own medical issue, yet still showed up at 9:00 a.m. as scheduled and delivered excellent work. He has also offered to come back in a few months for a follow-up check and to inspect my drains at no charge, which shows that he genuinely values long-term relationships and takes great care of his customers.
Cody is a true professional, and I highly recommend him.

Adrian assisted Cody on this project and was truly impressive. He worked with care and precision, followed direction seamlessly, and addressed multiple issues along the way. Most notably, he stabilized an outdoor pipe fixture that had been wobbly for some time, securing it so solidly that it should easily stand up to the harsh Arizona heat. Adrian carries himself with clear professionalism, a strong work ethic, and an eye for detail. It’s evident that he’s well on his way to becoming an excellent plumber who can confidently take on projects independently

WOW! Gold Star saved me from a nightmare! I had a pipe blow and it was spraying water in my 2nd story window right before we went out of town! (see photo) I called my son Joey and he recommended Gold Star and I'm so glad he did. I wish I had called them sooner when the pipes started to discolor. AND I didn't know the valves that faced the wall were all rusted. I couldn't see them. I had no idea it was ready to blow at any minute. Do yourself a favor and have Gold Star replace your outside pipes before you have massive issues like me. Please take my advise because I don't know what would have happened if we had gone out of town for the long weekend. Seriously Thank You Mike G. at Gold Star for helping me and talking me through my issues. (Yes, that's me trying to shut off a rusted valve in my panic, and the before and after they fixed it. DAMN! )

Cody was amazing! His honesty and genuine discussion with me allowed for trust from the beginning to the completion of the installation. The work was done expeditiously, timely, and everything was clean upon completion. Cody is a great person and I am thankful I was lucky to have him and Gold Star plumbing for my new water heater

Called the company in regards to one of their drivers. Reading the reviews it looks like this is a common thing. The owner Vanessa thought it was ok to call me to tell me that I was wrong. Instead of handling it like a professional she blames a “thankfully” non-customer for simply informing them of their employees. Completely unacceptable.

A van from this company almost ran me and my family off the road on the freeway in phoenix. Drunk idiot on a Saturday night speeding on the freeway weaving in and out of cars at close to 100mph in a business vehicle… this company clearly doesn’t care about their image and will give a company vehicle to anyone.

Ricky came to my rescue and saved me thousands that another company was trying to get me for. Ricky was amazing and I would recommend him 1000% very detailed and will look out for you. Forever my new plumber ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

One of the worst drivers on the freeway. Riding a literal foot away from a car going 75 mph. Absolutely ridiculous road hazard. If your team drives and act like absolute menaces on the road i can only imagine the horrid services you guys offer.

The company drivers need to learn how to drive. Almost got driven off the road off 303 and grand! Forced him self in front of me when the lane was merging.

My faucet handle on my sink in my master bedroom was leaking. James came and fixed it in a timely fashion and was very informative on how it happened and explained it to me where I understood. It was the best plumbing experience I've had. Thanks James

on more than one occasion they were contracted by our builder to perform repairs. The service person never showed up and no courtesy calls were made that they wouldn't be coming. I wouldn't count on any courtesy from this company. When they do eventually show up there has been some confusion of wrong ordered parts which led to more delays. My impression is that they may have the knowledge but they certainly don't seem to care about customer satisfaction. Let the consumer beware
