We had an emergency and call this company we got a response within minutes and Robert was excellent very knowledgeable and very helpful the prices for good and we end up calling the company back for another service we recommend them

City Wide Plumbing made an easy fix on a faucet and since it was so easy didn’t charge us (on a Saturday!). The plumber asked us to keep “them “
in mind” for future plumbing needs and my husband said “ you’re our plumber!” We’ve used them in the past and have always been pleased.

City Wide will always have our business! Dave is the best, kindest, and most efficient plumber we have ever met. Whenever we call, they are there within a day or two and finish everything the same day for a fantastic price!

I had City Wide Plumbing before , I replaced my outdoor spigots,the service and workmanship was great and reasonable price. I called them again for a kitchen faucet leak and was consistent with the previous experience.

Recent services include a filtration system replacement and hot water heater trouble shooting and repair.
Both times, service was done right the first time. Area was cleaned up. I will use them again.

Dave was the technician that serviced our problem . The gas had been turned off and locked out by South West Gas Because of a minor electrical fire . Sw Gas required a pressure test on the gas line and an inspection by the city of Tempe before they would restore gas service . Dave was prompt and did everything to the book to satisfy the city and SW Gas. He explained everything he was doing before he did it. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the requirements of the gas co and the city of Tempe. I would not hesitate in recommending City Wide Plumbing and Dave to anyone having plumbing problems. My water heater sprung a leak and I had City Wide come out to inspect. They were very thorough and professional. Ultimately it had to be replaced and Bill was out the next day to install. Many thanks for making a potentially catastrophic incident smooth and painless. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

City Wide arrived quickly and worked on the problem with our water heater. When we realized the problem still wasn't fixed, the repairman, foreman and owner all arrived the next day to lend their expertise. By the end of the day, problem solved!

Robert and Taylor were timely, efficient and got a difficult job accomplished. Very happy with installation of four new faucets. Will request them again soon for other plumbing work.
