I had a clogged drain line in my kitchen. They came and fixed it in an instant. They left the kitchen cabinet and the floor as they found it. In a single word: professional. I could even see their butt crack 😄. Happy customer!

Technician Joe Maurer and his helper were out at my home today. Joe and his helper provided excellent service and were able to communicate effectively what the plans are going forward. These technicians skill set is very good and I felt confident in the efforts made to resolve the problem.

I was very Impressed! The service was done on time, exactly what was offered for exactly the price quoted. The technician was extremely personable and did an excellent job and my house was cleaned up afterwards very pleased.

The technician came out on a holiday Labor Day and replaced our water heater the same day. He was extremely professional and prompt with the time frame given. He was clean cut and courteous. I would highly recommend him and the company.

Best tech ever! Assessed the situation, fixed temporarily until approval from rental company. Very friendly and attentive.

We have had techs here over the last two years to deal with this tub, he is the first one to do the right thing and tell the management company it needs to be replaced. If I decide to do hire on my own, I will be requesting him!!

Fantastic guys. They were patient with me as I was upstairs with my daughter and forgot my doorbell doesn't work! They didn't just bail like they could've. It was only about 5 minutes but it's hot and lesser companies would've been happy to use that excuse to not do work and go home early. That shows their character & speaks volumes of their company & worl ethic. They were quick, efficient & on top of it. Very knowledgeable, very experienced, problem solvers. Couldn't be more impressed & pleased. I Highly recommend them. Highly. And I dont write reviews unless im wowed. No doubt, ill never use another company as long as they are in business. Joshua and everyone who assisted us were very professional and knowledgeable. Kept us informed about problems found and how to resolve them. My only suggestion is buy your service guys a vacuum cleaner. They swept with a broom but there was still a layer of dust ion our floors.

Ray and Jon came out to help me with a bathroom leak issue that happened right before I left for vacation. They were courteous, efficient, and worked quickly to find the source of the leak and get the job done. I’d recommend them to anyone needing a plumber!

Tech did not come to do anything. Received a message saying that he was in route. 5 minutes late, a text asking for the order number. Then a message saying the order was cancelled. Then a message about feedback....then nothing. Drain still plugged. The stars earned is for being communicative up to the point of being " in route".

He did not have to reach out to me at all but, he did and explained the entire ordeal. Which I appreciate. Top level professionalism and indicative of the service his company would provide. If my current issue is not resolved by the "assigned company", ill call zoom drain.

The guys at Zoom Drain we’re great they found the issue that’s was causing me living room to drain and they got it fixed as quickly as they could I appreciate everyone who helped out to get it fixed and also their customer service was excellent they made sure I understood everything and they made sure everything was in working condition before they left.
