We recently had a pipe leak in our kitchen and called American Leak Detection to locate the leak. They were able to send someone out that day even though it was close to the end of their business day.

The leak was located and we were able to have a plumber out that same day to fix the leak.

Both the initial contact person and technician demonstrated professionalism and genuine caring for our situation. I appreciate their willingness to assist us resolve our leak location issue in an expedient manner.

Jamie did our initial inspection and he easily located the leaks. One was in the garage wall and the other beneath our slab in the kitchen. We had them do the repair and were very impressed with the team. Ryan C and Isaac were delightful and the team enjoyed working together. They jackhammered and dug into the ground without making a mess in the kitchen. Everything was covered in plastic first. The leak was about 4 feet down and they quickly repaired it, replaced the dirt, and poured concrete over it again and made sure everything was clean. The whole process took about 3 hours. The price was very reasonable and the work was quality. We will definitely use them again in the future if our almost 50 year old home has another leak.

Jaime was excellent, he was knowledgeable, and gave me three scenarios and the time frame for each work so I could decide which one would be my best choice. I hope he gets a raise or a bonus! And I will definitely be recommending American Leak Detection and Jaime. Jaime, if you read this survey, you are the bestest! Keep it up guy!! 👍👍

I cannot recommend Ryan Alexander from American Leak Detection highly enough! Finding someone with this level of integrity and work ethic, especially on a major holiday is rare. If you need a leak detector who is professional, punctual, and transparent, look no further! He educated us on how he identified the leak and what would happen next which really put our mind at ease. And he didn’t up charge us, even though it was a major holiday and refused to take a tip! During this holiday season, we are thankful for Ryan!

This company is so great to work with. They consistently have friendly, prompt service on the telephone, they arrive at our office when they say they will, the guys that come to the office are actually friendly, their prices are great, and they even let our office communicate via email to make it easier!

Company contracted by the city to do work at times. They came out to the house and shut off the water. No prior notification for an appointment. Just when our AC has been off for a week and other issues in the home, this happens. The man got defensive when asked why there was no prior notification of day and time. He said he knocked on the door and rang the doorbell. I told him we were inside, no tv on and didnt hear anything. I asked him which doorbell he rang. He said the one next to the door. There are two. I told him I had been walking back and forth in the house and didn't hear a thing. He then told me he heard the doorbell. There are 3 of us in the house and none of us heard it...but him? He told me that he rang the neighbors bell and he saw them and they were fine. What does that got to do with us? His response was that they notified us months ago, but no day or time was given.Umm..how is that okay? I asked him who I can talk to about this and he started defending himself. He didn't answer my question, so I interrupted him and asked him to just answer the question because he was talking about himself. He was upset and angry about me interrupting him. He told me I needed to shut up(with his hand gestures) and let him speak. I told him I'd be okay with him continuing if he just answered the question and stop talking about himself. I told him I didn't blame him, or wasn't upset at him and that I just wanted to know who I can talk to. He was still upset that I told him to just answer the question instead of talking about him. I was okay with him until he told me to shut up with his hand gestures. He said,"it's my turn to talk, are you going to let me speak"?. He obviously has issues with someone trying to just get a straight answer out of him.Needless to say, very unprofessional and made me feel a bit unsafe with someone emotionally distraught out there. If he would have just said, "I'm sorry, I tried knocking and letting you know I was here before shutting off the water, I apologize that it's an inconvenience and I'll be done shortly ", then things would have gone differently instead he acted like he lied to cover up his negligence and backpedaled to defend his actions when that was not the answer to the simple question. Great job having this guy represent you.👏

This company is amazing. We had to shut down water to the entire building and Tech arrived and had water restored within two hours. Very professional.
