This service was prompt and efficient. The technician, Rynn, provided knowledgeable advice and found the pool leak quickly. He also provided excellent follow-up information. I would use them again.

Called them after another leak detection company said they had to charge extra for the camera but could not find the leak.

Kelly was very pleasant to speak and set up my appointment.

Rynn came out with his camera and narrowed the leak to specific area and now my restoration company can demo the area and fix the leak. Rynn spent extra time to try to pinpoint the leak, which wasn’t his job but he did this because he cares about his customers.

I was provided excellent service by American Leak detection. Ryan did a great job finding the slab leak and providing options for repair. Veronica worked tirelessly for 2 days running a bypass pipe and managed to save my power room walls.

As a result of insurance requiring more details from a drain failure, American Leak Detection of Phoenix sent out Isaac to review our case. Isaac provided both very high level explanation of what occured and as I asked questions, more specific answers to help us understand what caused the water intrusion. Isaac was very cordial, professional, and on time with everything. Highly recommend this team!

Had American Leak Detection out to search for a pool/spa leak. Isaac was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to figure out the configuration of our valves, explained what he was doing and used some amazing software and tools (proprietary to them) to find the leak in our spa piping. Awesome communication from the office as well. Great company here in AZ. The leak is being repaired today and it is exactly where he marked it.

Isaac came out today and was very efficient at finding our leak under the slab. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Update: on a follow up visit, turns out they couldn’t find the leak due to the pipe being surrounded by insulation. We had to abandon the pipe by capping it off and lost an outdoor faucet. The second team tried their best and were also professional but we were disappointed that the leak could not be found. We were going to reroute the soft water line to the faucet as we don’t use it often but we’re not able to do so due to code. Soft water kills plants.

Ryan Alexander came to my property and easily located and confirmed the location of my water leak. He also helped me investigate a complicated sewer line problem. Due to the complexities of my older property and septic system, the cause of the blockage was not easy to diagnose. I was impressed that Ryan stayed patient and used creativity to camera the sewer line from a few locations to map the underground path of the lines and what was affected vs unaffected. Now i have an understanding of how to solve the problems.

American Leak Detection rates so high, so favorably for expertise, efficiency, precision, professional performance and so much more! I was experiencing unusually high water bills which continued to increase each month. Upon calling the city water dept, I learned that 17 gallons of water per hour was registering although no water was on. I contacted plumber(s) and 2 consecutive days they were unable to detect the leak.
I was referred to American Leak Detection.
The employee was on time exactly. SHE (Rushie) was professional and very respectful. She inspected my home outside/ inside everywhere. Then a second American Leak Detection plumber arrived. SHE (Veronica) was smart, professional and fantastic! The leak was located! and thet took the time to patiently explain what caused the leak! These two women deserve all the accolades and commendation that I can give and more!!

I was very happy with the leak detection services that Ryan provided! From my first phone call through the end of my service call, American Leak Detection of Phoenix was professional and a pleasure to work with. They promptly returned my call; they asked for details of what I was experiencing and gave me a price quote for their initial service call; they kept me updated with reminders and the day of service, Ryan let me know that he would arrive as scheduled. Ryan walked with me to familiarize himself with the areas of concern, and then quickly went to work. He was able to detect a leak at my pool skimmer, and repaired it. He also discovered that some of my sprinkler heads were using much more water than I realized, due to them being replaced with higher flow capacity heads at some point by my landscapers. This was something I was completely unaware of, as I had only paid attention to the times set on my sprinkler timer and I was happy to find out these items were easy fixes! (I appreciated the education, Ryan!) I would highly recommend American Leak Detection of Phoenix.

Great visit by Jamie. He was quick, logical, polite, professional, walked me through the detection process with patience, and isolated the leak (my fountain). It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I wish all companies sent such competent and friendly techs!

Veronica came for my service call . I have had leak issues for a few years and when I called plumbers they all said the fixed the issue but it still existed . Veronica found a leak inside the wall that others couldn't. Im very happy with the service and knowledge of thr tech . I recommend this company and Veronica for your leaks.

Ryan was terrific. Experienced, knowledgeable and thorough. The technical equipment he used to find my pool & spa leak was quite impressive too.
Last not least, I was relieved the pricing was upfront & very fair.

American Leak Detection quickly found the cause of our extremely high water bills, a cracked waterline to the automatic pool fill valve. Rinn was very professional and friendly and explained everything regarding the equipment he was using to detect the leak.
I would highly recommend this company.

Jamie was very professional, informative, courteous and personable. He was patient and efficient with his descriptions of the leak problems in my home, even though he had to explain it multiple times. I've never left for any company. I felt compelled to do so for this company. It is very stressful to have a water leak in your home. It's another world having under your slab.
Jamie came to my house. He went to work to determine where my leak was coming from. He went to work very thoroughly to find this leak. Sure enough he found it in my kitchen unfortunately under my slab.
I gave them the job to jack hammer my floor and repair it. Omg... Sure enough he was dead on it. He did it without tearing apart my kitchen. They covered the area the need to work in. They were extremely clean for that type of work. Found it. Fixed it. Cleaned up everything and I am good to go.

I had never had to use this service before. It was impressive seeing all the equipment it takes to do a thorough inspection. He not only pinpointed the exact location he located every water line underground and what it was feeding.
