The representative,Adam was outstanding, He explained everything to me, and he also did the repairs. Was honest, and I trusted him. Very polite, outstanding personality, and the most important thing in this day and time that he was an honest individual did not try to upsell me. that is a breath of fresh air in this day and age. We had an underground pool leak and a couple different companies out, whom offered no help at all. Way out of their league. Finally called American Leak Detection and what a breath of fresh air! Totally transparent from the beginning. They identified the leak and returned to repair it. They had the right equipment to find the leak without tearing up our beautiful back yard in the process. You will never find a better “water detective” than Jamie. He diagnosed exactly where our pipe was broken under the slab. He and his apprentice, Ruesh were professional in every way. They cleaned up after repairing and all is well.

We had a fantastic experience with Ryan and his helper Ruesh. During their initial visit at the end of the day, they couldn't find a leak, which left us perplexed. My pool guy explained to Ryan why we were convinced there was an issue. Ryan took our concerns seriously and assured us that they would return the next day for a more thorough investigation, using nitrogen in the process.

Sure enough, they identified the leak, and we decided to have them fix it. They returned just four days later to complete the work. We couldn't be happier with the quality of their service, the level of customer care, and the honest, ethical approach Ryan demonstrated throughout the entire process.

Isaac found a previously undetected structural crack in the pool shell within a relatively brief amount of time considering the pool size. He was professional and informative during his time at the property. Would recommend him without hesitation.
