I recently had the pleasure of working with Republic West Remodeling on two projects: converting my tandem garage into a media room and replacing the windows in our living room with a sliding glass door. I initially explained my requirements to John Cowan, who provided a comprehensive estimate that instilled a great deal of confidence, prompting me to proceed with the projects.

At first, Andrew served as our project manager and did a commendable job securing the necessary permits. However, he was later replaced by Dakota, who truly stood out throughout the process. Dakota's exceptional ability to manage the contractors and accommodate my schedule was impressive. He was consistently communicative and receptive to any last-minute requests, all while ensuring that everything proceeded according to the timeline.

In summary, I am very satisfied with the final outcome of the project. I would certainly recommend Republic West Remodeling to my friends and family and look forward to the possibility of working with them again in the future. Van should take pride in having such skilled individuals on his team. All the best to the Republic West team—they rock!

We contracted with Republic West after receiving quotes from several remodeling companies. While we originally were going with another company, we changed our minds after spending more time with Van and are very happy with our decision.

We had a three-phase project: new pool and backyard landscaping, addition, and complete remodel of existing home. Landscaping included patio and pavilion pavers, artificial turf, and built-in grill. Addition included new bedrooms, laundry room, bathroom, and gym. Remodel included new kitchen, bathrooms, combining two small bedrooms into one bedroom, raising kitchen and hall ceiling, walk-in closets, removing hearth and wood burning fireplace and replacing with electric fireplace, all new flooring and removing popcorn ceilings!

Obviously, we had many workers through our home during this time. Dakota was the project manager and was wonderful to work with. He was very responsive to any questions or requests. Rob and Steve were also here a lot working on various aspects of the addition and remodel. Both did wonderful jobs.

Everyone was always polite and asked for our opinions and had many good suggestions.

I would definitely recommend Republic West for any of your remodeling needs.

Republic West is fabulous. From bathroom to backyard and everything in between- they are THE BEST!! From a total remodel to a simple update, they can help and they do it quickly, professionally, and reasonable. The most recent project involved tree trimming and huge haul away!

I recently had my old kitchen remodeled by Republic West Remodeling, and I am very happy with the results. I took my time meeting with four different companies for design ideas. I met with Van the Owner of Republic West and he provided me some good ideas and professional designs to consider. He was patient with me and all my questions. I’m very glad I chose them — they really delivered.

They completely transformed my kitchen — removed all the old cabinets, countertops, and the old peninsula layout — and replaced everything with custom cabinets, quartz countertops, backsplash, a new sink, and a beautiful kitchen island. It feels like a brand‑new home!

Kathy was wonderful to work with on the interior design side — she helped me pull everything together perfectly — and Dakota, the project manager and main point of contact, kept everything running smoothly from start to finish. The crew was awesome too: Rob did great work on the cabinets, and Steve handled the drywall like a pro. Tommy the tile installer did great work on my backsplash and floor tile repair. I don't remember everyones names that contributed to the work. But I can tell they were all very skilled at their job.

The whole process was organized, professional, and surprisingly stress‑free. I’d absolutely recommend Republic West Remodeling to anyone thinking about a kitchen remodel — they were fantastic!

Zack was very knowledgeable about caring for my sprinkler system. I also had him work on the pond. It was in need of a cleaner filter system.

Great service all around. From being able to grab a quote via text to performing on what was promised. I would highly recommend as this was just a great experience from start to finish. Included are before and after.

Zack was great! Communicated perfectly. Was even hand picking some of our weeds. Very personable, punctual and professional. Didn’t stop until the work was done. Even went out of his usual scope of work to help me out. Nothing but good things to say about this young guy!!

Zack responded promptly to my inquiry and showed up when he said he would. He did an excellent job getting rid of all weeds and trimmed bushes. I highly recommend him for all landscaping jobs.

I had Zack come trim some bushes and freshen up my back yard. Very nice young man, great communication and did a nice job. Very fair pricing as well.

We had a last-minute backyard patio project come up and he showed up ready to get it done! He was quick to respond, professional, and efficient from start to finish. Everything was completed in a timely manner and the yard looks so much better.

I had a great experience with Walsh Hardscapes LLC. Zack, was working on a neighbor’s yard when he noticed I was running late for an appointment. He kindly offered to take care of my yard while I was out, which was a huge help.

The yard itself self was getting a little wild! Zack even cleaned up the rock area where I had a few weeds trying to move in!

Zack was extremely friendly, professional, and respectful of my time. He did a great job and was very careful not to damage any packages that had been delivered while I was gone. It was clear he genuinely cared about doing quality work and being considerate of my property.
