Gale Contractor Services is top notch and trustworthy. It's nice being able to make a phone call, get an honest price and trust the work to be completed on time and done right the first time.

Spray insulation is the best but this company needs new management, new owners. Really bad at answering phones, instructions, planning, etc.....

They sprayed in R38 attic insulation in our older home. They got the job done quickly ad efficiently. Price was very reasonable. Art was great to deal with.

The installers did a fine job. The company sent out an estimator to my office for attic insulation, that didn't bring a ladder or flashlight. I asked him whether he needed to borrow mine, which he did. He later went outside, measured the perimeter of my building. I went out to double check and he padded the square footage. (NOT COOL!!!). But, to top it all off, they went ahead an put a pre-lien on my office building and primary residence. The total bill for my company insulation was less than $2,000. I had paid in full by the time I received a certified letter to both my home and office less than two weeks after service!!! Low class in my books. To top it all off, the estimator disparaged the company that referred them to me.

On rare occasion you come across someone who simply cares about what they do and how they do it, this is my experience with Gale. Polite, professional and obviously personally invested in ensuring your experience is the best it can be. I highly recommend them and I'm as picky as they get.

I have had Gale contractors do two separate insulation projects for me in the past two years n both experiences have been awesome . The entire staff have the tools n social skills that is needed to instill confidence in their work .

This place is definitely Not contractor friendly, the staff seemed bothered by my business here, nobody was friendly as I picked up insulation for a job site . There are no signs anywhere to show a customer where to go for a pickup here, so I end up going to several spots of the Warehouse trying to located someone to assist, and this is after paying in the front part of the office and being sent to the rear yard with a pick ticket, My purchase amount was for roughly $900, as I had my trailer loading, I was the only customer on-site, they locked the entrance gate, so when I tried to leave the premise I had to track down a lot attendant to open the gate. He walked back inside only to get informed to advise they would not open the gate and I had to exit to another area of the lot, who does this! Later this day I had to exchange two bags of the ten that I purchased due to a size difference on the job site, when I called the lady on the phone at the location she advised all sales were final. I advised I had a commercial account and the bags were never opened, just hoping to exchange , I also asked for a manager to assist, she said nobody could assist and they would not exchange. I did advise we would no longer be doing business with this firm, she didn’t seem to care, please go elsewhere for your insulation needs I did end up purchasing at FBM for the rest of the insulation I needed for the job , they were happy to assist. I did ask, and FBM allows returns, exchanges but they do have a restocking fee, which I have no issue with. We purchase insulation almost daily at my company, I don’t see any reason why we would want to do business at gale ever again.

2 hour for unloading truck forklift driver rude lazy without his all staff sounds good

We had additional insulation blown in attic due to some settlement and all new blown in over garage where there was none . It only took about an hour to finish. The 2 guys did a great job including cleanup. The price paid was as promised and Flo was great to deal with. Highly Recommend!

I had to wait for another contractor to finish electrical before blowing in my insulation .. They honored my original price and finished in ‘bout an hour! No mess, no fuss! Would have taken me a day to do! House doesnt need air till about 2 pm. So glad to have it done! They were Professionals!

I had some insulation in the attic that had fallen in to a "false ceiling" dropping about 7' down. It was a small job, but required a professional, due to the danger of falling through the ceiling. Skeptical of getting anyone out here to fix it, I called Gale Contractors and explained the problem. I was transferred to the estimator, who came out that afternoon, the estimate was fair, and the work was scheduled for a few days later. The crew showed up 6AM sharp, in the dark. They were prepared with appropriate clothing, headlamps, backup supplies, pleasant to talk to and ready to go to work. The job was completed within the hour. Nice crew. Billing and follow up was efficient as well. This interaction re-built my confidence that there are still good companies out there! Will definitely use Gale for bigger insulation projects in the future.

Unfortunately, I worked with this company after our home inspector found that our attic was missing some insulation during our 1 year follow-up, we purchased a new build and our builder sent them out for the job. I called Gale Contractor Services to see when they would arrive at my house, and the only positive thing during this whole experience was the receptionist, everything else was terrible. I asked the receptionist to have their guys give me a call before they arrived so I can get ready and put my dogs away, she said they would give me a call, that didn't happen. There were two men who showed up, but only one would speak to me, the other just stared at me. I asked the man who spoke to me to be careful, because our walls and doorframe were just repaired and painted. Right after I requested for them to be careful, they hit my door with their ladder, did not apologize. They then started hitting my walls with their equipment and tubes, I had to start throwing towels down so my walls and baseboards didn't get stained with their dirty equipment. At one point the man, the one who would speak to me, started laughing at me. At some point they "finished" the job, because they pulled the tubes out and ladder, but they didn't communicate with me that they were done, or showed me photos that they actually did anything. I have no proof that it was completed and will have my home inspector come back out to check their work. While they were leaving, the man who wouldn't speak to me looked at me, spit on my driveway and walked away. Overall a horrible, and honestly sexist experience, because I know they wouldn't have treated my husband this way. Oh, they also left a mess in my house and didn't sweep anything they left behind. Hire absolutely anyone else to install your insulation in Tucson, this company is one of the worst ones I've worked with here, and especially don't hire them if you're a woman. I had a school bus that I needed insulated with closed cell spray foam. Working with these guys was incredibly easy and efficient. It wasn't more than 2 weeks between the first appointment and completion of the job.

After talking with one of their reps directly and showing them specifically what I wanted, I was most confident in their ability to get the job done compared to the other insulation places around town.

They also had the best prices by leagues and I will not work with any other company in the future.

For the record, Jeremy did my bus and I was super impressed with his professional and friendly attitude. Will be asking for him again.
