The work done was for a bathroom repair after some water damage. Communication was great, and when the work was done you couldn’t tell that there had ever been a problem. Everything matched perfectly, from the drywall to the replacement of shower tiles and even painting on the walls. I would use them again for any work that I might need.

Had a contractor hit an electrical line. With service being what it is we did not expect to be able to get anyone out for a few days, nor at a reasonable price. Lo and behold, in calling this company, not only were they out within hours, but completed the job in a timely fashion and at $100.00 less than quoted. Extremely happy with professionalism, service and pricing. Was even called after the technician left to ensure all was done well.

I called Ralcon because our back porch was full of termites and dry rot. The entire back porch minus the roof needed to be replaced. Our home is in a historic district so certain standards must be applied. I was referred by the owner to Carlos, his brother in law, for an estimate. Carlos gave us a fair estimate. Within two weeks Carlos and his assistant, Jose, were at work on our project. Again, our house is almost 100 years old so there are many problems associated with the age. Carlos is knowledgeable and comes up with solutions. He is an excellent tiler and Jose understands dry rot and how to fix it. The project had numerous problems but still came within budget, Ramon the owner, checked in several times and gave suggestions. Thank you Carlos, Jose and Ramon! Highly recommend Ralcon for all your construction needs. Very professional. Did a great job at our salon. Work was done on time and no messes were left. Two large partition walls, recessed dimmable lighting throughout salon, new paint in suites and new baseboards.

We had damage to our house after a large palo verde fell on it. After the tree was removed we had Ralcon come and repair the storm damage. They replaced the tiles on the roof but used the old tiles to line the front so they matched the rest of the facade. The new tiles went further back where they wouldn’t be visible. We had stucco damage and not only did they repair the damage, they painted the front of the house so it all matched. The roots of the tree damaged our irrigation system and our landscaping lights. The replaced the irrigation line that was damaged along with the electric line that came from the control panel. They were able to use the landscaping lights that weren’t damaged and after burying the line hooked them back up and got them working properly. I dealt with Ricardo and he was perfect. He checked in every day to make sure we were satisfied with the work the crews were doing and even repaired a small issue that wasn’t part of the estimate. I have no problem recommending Ralcon to anyone. They did a great job and the house looks like new. We have some other jobs to do and plan to use Ricardo and Ralcon for those also.

It’s hard to find trustworthy and good General Contractors. I really enjoyed working with Ramon and his crew. They were so professional and went above what was expected. I just met Ramon and within just a couple days he was out giving me an estimate and put me on his schedule right away to work with my time frame. I was super impressed by him.
I really appreciated all the ideas Ramon shared with me. He really cares about people and doing quality work. He stands out from a lot of contractors I have worked with. We need more Ramon’s in Tucson!!

I have worked with Ralcon for a number of years and just recently had them perform a personal roofing project. I can't emphasis enough that their work was above any of my expectations. They went above and beyond without any discussions and completed the work ahead of our anticipated schedule. Having worked in this industry for many years, it is rare to find a team like this. We were very satisfied with the work from Ramon at Ralcon. To start out with, their estimate was below the others we had received, and formally sent to us to accept and sign. Forty feet of damaged gas pipe was replaced on the roof of the house we recently purchased. They were on time and did a great job. I would highly recommend them!

I hired Ralcon to do some renovation projects at our house. Specifically, they installed LED recessed lights in our 20’ vaulted dinning room and kitchen, as well as replaced existing outdated can lights throughout the rest of the house. They also updated our bathrooms as we swapped out the existing builder-grade shower/tub and vanities for something more custom and nicer. Ramon, Ricardo, Carlos, and everyone at this company are amazing. They are personable, friendly, responsive, and professional, and their pricing is highly competitive and fair. I’ve had some shotty contractors in the past, so I was wary, but these guys blew me away with their professionalism.
